Abstract

This study aims to find out the problems and challenges of determining the honorarium of a notary in making a deed and the solution. This research is normative juridical research using statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Legal materials were collected through literature study and analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are problems in determining the honorarium for making deeds, namely 1) notaries are faced with a choice between following the organizational provisions of the Indonesian Notary Association or participating in market competition; 2) there are several notaries who end up being dragged into bargaining over the cost of making a deed which has actually been stipulated by the notary professional organization because they are more indulging their egos to get a large number of clients without considering the notary's dignity as a public official; and 3) it is necessary to stipulate rules on the minimum honorarium for Notaries, so that an equal honorarium will be formed between one Notary and another.

Abstract

This study aims to find alternative solutions to peer-to-peer lending problems. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The data collection technique used is documentation technique (scientific journal articles related to peer-to-peer lending). The data analysis technique used is analytical descriptive analysis regarding default settlement options in peer-to-peer lending. The results of this study indicate that alternative solutions for solving peer-to-peer lending problems are based on  Article 21 POJK No. 77/POJK.01/2016 the parties are required to mitigate risks through litigation channels, namely by going to court on the basis of default (Article 1243 Civil Code) made by the recipient of the loan; and the non-litigation route, namely through mediation because mediation efforts are included in the substance of the law (Law Number 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the prediction model of the graduation status of prospective teacher students at IAIN Bone in terms of attributes, accuracy levels, and differences in the level of accuracy produced in the attributes of decision tree C4.5, Naïve Bayes, and k-NN data mining algorithms. This research uses a quantitative approach by adopting the Data Mining method. This research was conducted at IAIN Bone. The data collection process in this study used documentation techniques in the form of data on alumni of the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Bone. The data analysis used was a descriptive analysis using decision tree C4.5, Naive Bayes, and k-NN data mining algorithms assisted by the RapidMiner application.  The results of this study show that (1) model prediction of the graduation status of prospective teacher students in IAIN Bone in terms of attributes generated in the Decision Tree C4.5 and Naïve Bayes data mining algorithms  consist of gender, age, Semester 1 IP, Semester 2 IP, Semester 3 IP, Semester 4 IP, and GPA, while the attributes produced in   k-NN data mining algorithm  consists of gender, regional origin, number of siblings, age, IP Semester 1, IP Semester 2, IP Semester 3, IP Semester 4, and GPA; (2) model prediction of graduation status of iain bone teacher candidate students in terms of the accuracy rate generated in the Decision Tree C4.5 data mining algorithm  of 93.90%, Naïve Bayes by 90.24%, and k-NN of 92.07%; and (3) there was no significant difference between the accuracy rate produced by decision tree's data mining algorithm.  C4.5 and Naïve Bayes (p-value = 1.00); Decision Tree C4.5 and k-NN (p-value = 1.00); as well as Naïve Bayes and k-NN (p-value = 1.00) in predicting the graduation status of iain bone teacher candidate students.

Abstract

The hierarchy of laws and regulations, as stipulated in Article 7 of Law No. 12 of 2011, shows the types and levels of laws and regulations in force in Indonesia. In addition to the hierarchy regulated in Article 7, Article 8 paragraph (1) of Law No. 12 of 2011 also regulates other types of laws and regulations that are legally recognized. The existence of laws and regulations in Article 8, paragraph (1) has reaped a number of problems. One of them is the position of the regulation in the hierarchy of laws and regulations and the identification of which state ministries/institutions are entitled to issue regulations as referred to in Article 8 paragraph (1) of Law No.12 of 2011.  This paper is a normative research study that uses a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. The results showed that the types of laws and regulations recognized according to Article 8 paragraph (1) of Law No. 12 of 2011 should only include Bank Indonesia Regulations, Ministerial Regulations, and Regional Head Regulations. Furthermore, the existence of Article 8 paragraph (1) will have an impact on the ambiguity of the preparation of laws and regulations based on the concept of Good Regulatory Practices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of-assisted online learning Moodle, the difference in effectiveness between-assisted online learning Moodle and WhatsApp Group, and a comparison of the effectiveness between-assisted online learning-assisted learning Moodle and WhatsApp Group in improving students' understanding of the equipment and completeness of electrical engineering drawings. This research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental type using a design nonequivalent control group. The population in this study were all students of class X from SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta with competency in electrical power installation engineering expertise consisting of four classes. Classes X. TITL-1 and X. TITL-2 were determined as a random sample. Both classes were given instruments pre-test and post-test to measure students' understanding of the equipment and completeness of electrical engineering drawings. To test the effectiveness of online learning, the one sample t-test was used, the difference in effectiveness was used the paired sample t-test, and the comparison of effectiveness used the independent sample t-test. The results of this study indicate: (1)-assisted online learning is Moodle effective in improving students' understanding of equipment and electrical engineering drawings; (2) there is a difference in effectiveness between online learning assisted by Moodle and WhatsApp Group in improving students' understanding of the equipment and completeness of electrical engineering drawings; and (3)-assisted online learning is Moodle more effective than-assisted online learning WhatsApp Group in improving students' understanding of equipment and electrical engineering drawings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of HOTS mathematics questions for fourth grade elementary school students that have been developed. This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The HOTS mathematical instrument was developed with 15 reasoned multiple-choice questions by considering three aspects of HOTS according to Bloom's Taxonomy namely Analyzing (C4), Evaluating (C5), and Creating (C6). The questions were made using fractional material and tested on 15 grade IV students at SD Laboratorium UPI Kampus Serang. The validity of the HOTS instruments was verified by 3 experts in the field of mathematics and continued with calculations using the Aiken V index formula. The quality of the HOTS math questions developed was seen from the validity, reliability, and item difficulty index. The validation results show that all 15 items are valid with an average Aiken index of 0.94. The reliability of the HOTS instrument is also quite reliable with a reliability index of 0.74 which is calculated using Cronbach Alpha. The index of difficulty level of HOTS items is in the range of -1.03 to 1.04. This indicates that all questions are included in HOTS.
