Abstract

Penyebaran virus Covid-19 di Indonesia terus terjadi dengan jumlah yang terus meningkat. Bagaimana pola penyebaran virus perlu diidentifikasi untuk membantu pencegahan penyebaran yang tidak terkendali. Salah satu cara menentukan pola adalah dengan melakukan clustering. Metode clustering dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode K-Medoid, yang mana metode ini telah digunakan dalam beberapa penelitian tentang analisa penyakit. Hasil Clustering perlu diolah dan dianalisis agar pengetahuan dapat ditangkap lebih mudah. Proses ini disebut interpretasi yang dapat didukung dengan visualisasinya. Proses interpretasi dilakukan di antaranya  dengan melakukan visualisasi perbandingan 2 atribut yang mungkin terkait. Proses lainnya dengan pengolahan data yang masuk klaster-klaster dengan rekapitulasi/penjumlahan menurut provinsi dan atribut lain dengan cara filtering dan seleksi record. Hasil interpretasi diperoleh kesimpulan daerah dengan Kepadatan Penduduk tinggi, Area Wilayah yang lebih kecil, Populasi yang tinggi menunjukkan jumlah kasus dan kasus baru Covid-19 lebih tinggi. Interpretasi untuk setiap klaster penyebaran virus tampak klaster 1 adalah Kota Besar, Klaster 2 adalah Kota Wisata dan Bertetangga dengan negara lain, Klaster 3 adalah Pulau Jawa dan Klaster ke 4 adalah kota-kota lain diluar ketiga klaster lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat dalam memahami pentingnya mengetahui kondisi tubuh, terutama batita yang paling rentan mengalami penyakit usus menggunakan system pakar. Salah satu penyakit usus yang dimaksudkan adalah enterokolis. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan system ini menggunakan metode hybrid yang terdiri dari forward chaining dengan certainty factor. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan history dari penderita penyakit enterokolis yang dilihat dari variable gejala dan penyakit. Proses identifikasi dimulai dari penentuan kondisi awal pasien melalui gejala dan kemudian menentukan penyakit yang diderita. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan informasi berupa pengetahuan baru yang bisa di gunakan oleh pasien dalam pengambilan keputusan. Hasild dalam penelitian ini lebih akurat karena disajikan dalam bentuk persentasi berupa keyakinan pasien terindikasi penyakit yang dimaksudkan. Penelitian ini dangan bermanfaat untuk masyarakat karena akan memberikan edukasi yang baru dalam memahami masalah usus. Sehingga pasien bisa ditindaklanjuti dengan cepat tanpa harus menunggu.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi yang semakin canggih dan berkembang menuntut pendidikan untuk selalu menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi, hal ini bertujuan agar terwujudnya pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien. Dengan pentingnya pendidikan maka program indonesia pintar merupakan salah satu program pemerintah berupa bantuan tunai yang diberikan kepada anak usia 6-21 tahun dari keluarga tidak mampu dengan tujuan untuk meringankan beban orangtua dan siswa dapat melanjutkan pendidikan. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih belum tepat sasaran, maka untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat menentukan prioritas calon penerima beasiswa PIP. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Preference Selection Index (PSI) dengan kriteria pekerjaan orangtua, penghasilan orangtua, status siswa dan jenis program bantuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 1 Jamblang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan dibuatnya aplikasi SPK menggunakan metode PSI dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam proses pengajuan calon penerima beasiswa PIP dengan cepat dan tepat.

Abstract

Analisis sentimen merupakan interpretasi dan klasifikasi emosi (positif, negatif, netral) pengguna tentang suatu subjek dalam data teks dengan menggunakan analisis teks. Dengan bantuan analisis sentimen, informasi yang tidak terstruktur yang dapat diubah menjadi data yang lebih terstruktur yang kemudian dapat digunakan menjelaskan opini masyarakat mengenai produk, merek, layanan, politik, atau topik lainnya. Terdapat beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan analisis sentimen, salah satunya adalah machine learning. Machine learning digunakan sebagai tools untuk menghasilkan robot yang mampu mengklasifikasikan jenis sentimen dalam data tekstual. Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), merupakan kebijakan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, yang bertujuan mendorong mahasiswa untuk menguasai berbagai keilmuan yang berguna untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Kampus Merdeka memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk memilih mata kuliah yang akan mereka ambil. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan model machine learning dengan menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat popularitas program kampus merdeka yang telah diluncurkan oleh Kementrian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi Informasi Republik Indonesia berdasarkan data komentar atau opini masyarakat di media sosial.Berdasarkan penelitan yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa jumlah true positive rate adalah 270 record dikategorikan sebagai label positif dan false positive rate adalah 0 record dikategorikan sebagai label negatif. Kemudian jumlah true negative rate adalah 11 record dikategorikan sebagai label negatif dan false negative rate adalah 67 record dikategorikan sebagai label positif. Hasil pengujian data ditemukan bahwa tingkat akurasi algoritma SVM adalah sebesar 80,75%.

Abstract

Data mining is the process of analyzing data to find patterns from existing data to produce useful information. One type of data mining is classification, which distinguishes a data object from another. There are several algorithms for classification. This study looks for the best performance of data mining algorithms for decision tree classification, nave Bayes, k-nearest neighbors, neural networks and Support Vector Machines. Performance is seen without using feature selection and using feature selection found in the RapidMiner application, namely Backward Elimination and Forward Selection. The data used is data on divorce cases at the Penajam Religious Court from 2018-2020. 2018-2019 data is used as training data and 2020 data is used as test data. The best performance found from the use of test data is the nave Bayes algorithm that uses Backward Elimination with an accuracy value of 81.72% and AUC 0.691.

Abstract

In data mining, many techniques and methods have been carried out in predictive models, classification methods for example, one of which is the Decision Tree or Decision Tree including ID3, C4.5 C5.0 and others. In this study, the authors evaluate the performance of the classification and comparison system of the ID3 Decision Tree Algorithm with the C5.0 Decision Tree Algorithm, where the C5.0 Decision Tree Algorithm is an extension of the C4.5 Decision Tree Algorithm and the ID3 Decision Tree Algorithm based on the K-Fold Cross Algorithm. Validation. These algorithms need to be compared to find out which algorithm has the best performance and will be used to predict the data. Therefore, in this research the aim is to compare the ID3 Decision Tree Algorithm with the C5.0 Decision Tree Algorithm. In this research, 215 datasets of the feasibility of labor placement are used. This research AIur starts from data collection, pre-processing, calculation of the ID3 and C5.0 Decision Tree Algorithms and then evaluated using K-fold Cross Validation. The results of this study indicate, through a comparison of the performance of the K-fold Cross Validation-based classification system, the ID3 Decision Tree Algorithm is superior to the C5.0 Decision Tree Algorithm. Decision Tree ID3 algorithm with 95% precision, 94% recall/sensitivity and 93% accuracy. While the Decision Tree C5.0 Algorithm with 91% precision, 92% recall and 89% accuracy.

Abstract

The elderly as part of the citizenry receive special attention, especially in the health sector, so that the welfare of the elderly will be better. The Elderly Posyandu is a form of government support for elderly health services. The Posyandu for the elderly, which is organized by the Puskesmas or Puskesmas Pembantu (Pustu), makes it easier for the elderly to check and maintain their health. The pandemic conditions that require us to always keep our distance and the limitations of manual administration services at the Posyandu, make this health service experience several obstacles such as repeated recording, difficulty accessing the schedule for the Elderly Posyandu, difficulty in finding data back from previous health checks, making drug prescriptions that are still very simple, and reporting difficulties related to posyandu for the elderly. These obstacles have prompted the need to develop a manual system into a web-based system. This web-based system for the elderly posyandu was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The web-based system allows the elderly to register from home and get medical cards that can be printed independently. The process of examining the elderly can be faster and diagnoses recorded systematically and accurately. Reporting is also easier to make because the data is already recorded in the database. The web-based elderly health service system for the Elderly Posyandu in Tepus Village also aims to protect the elderly from the potential for Covid-19 transmission by reducing queuing time and checking at the Posyandu.

Abstract

The study program is an absolute thing and must be chosen by prospective new students when registering to become a student, the lack of knowledge of the courses offered by the campus becomes a difficulty in determining study programs that match their interests. The first research method of analyzing data uses the association rule to get the relationship of study programs with other study programs, and subsequently classifies the study program using decision tree j48, and is followed by examiners using confusion matrux. The results of this study are to use the association rule Fp-Growth method obtained 10 best rules, namely for the first rule D3 Informatics with International Relations. Of the 10 rules obtained as a reference or basis for determining classes on the j48 algorithm, from the results of the 10 rules, analyzed according to the rules applied in Amikom, then obtained into 11 classes where the rules are based on the origin of natural science or social studies schools. By using the j48 algorithm, 99.8% accuracy is obtained with the highest hierarchy in the decision tree, namely the D3 Informatics study program and for the origin school, namely IPS high school

Abstract

The Neighborhood Association are community organizations that are recognized and fostered by the government to maintain and preserve the values of Indonesian people's life based on mutual cooperation and kindship. The Neighborhood Association has the duty to serve the residents in managing the administration. The problem faced by the caretaker of the neighborhood association is that data management is done manually. To simplify the task of the neighborhood association, a web- and mobile-based data management application was created. By using the Rapid Application Development method, the author can develop the system in a shorter time than other methods because the Rapid Application Development Method uses the Prototype model. The neighborhood unit information system can receive information made by the management without having to visit every resident's house and payment of contributions can be made by means of inter-bank transfers or via e-wallet application.

Abstract

PT. Surya Inti Alam is engaged in manufacturing Panel Making, Sheet Metal. The company has three main services/services for you, namely Electrical Installation Work, procurement of Electrical Panels and Indonesian sales representatives for Solutions Electrical Software products, providing Software for designing and calculating electrical systems. The problem so far is the distribution system of working drawings at PT. Surya Inti Alam still uses a semi-manual system, so many shortcomings are felt. The use of sheet paper for working drawings that are printed is too much so that it interferes with the smooth distribution which results in the loss of predetermined working drawings, another problem is the delay in the distribution of working drawings to the relevant departments so that problems arise, namely the frequent delays in achieving the production process targets. So designing a system by applying the concept of paperless office which aims to reduce the use of paper in the activities of the company. With the design of the Paperless Office information system, it facilitates the distribution process of Working Drawings in the form of a web-based Paperless Office and can accelerate and facilitate users in making reports that are more effective and neat.
