This thesis aims to inform teenage gangs conditions to public education in the media, especially the world of comics. Embodiments of the comics media because they are freer to imagine and fantasize. Methods and steps in the process begins with the preparation, elaboration, synthesis, the realization of the concept will be presented to the public through exhibitions. This study aims to determine the efforts of teachers and school growinginterest in entrepreneurship to students, and knowing the interests of students majoring in Kriya Logam at SMK 8 Padang to entrepreneur. Metodologi in research is descriptive qualitative research methods. Source of data obtained from structured interviews with teachers and students in Kriya Logam department at SMK 8 Padang. The data obtained were analyzed by using the model of Miles and Huberman. The effort of teachers and schools in growing interest in entrepreneurship to students at SMK 8 Champaign include providing motivation entrepreneurship to students in any learning process is done, provide exemplary / entrepreneurship example, involve students in the production unit, held an exhibition at the end of each semester and brings students practice in metal craft industries. For student interest in entrepreneurship is seen that the class X students do not have a picture of entrepreneurship and venture what will be done, on an existing class XI student interest in entrepreneurship and in class XII students have a high interest in entrepreneurship and already have a picture of the business to bedone. Benefits of research for teachers in order to motivate students to doindependent business activities, guiding, and involve students in theproduction unit in turn.

This study aims to determine the effect of Project Based Learning and Prior Knowledge learning model on the result of VII grade students in SMP Negeri 2 Padang on art and culture subjects in art study. The type of this research is quantitative research with quasi-experimental form. Population in this research is all class of VII grade that exist in SMPN 2 Padang, while VII.2 and VII.7 are taken as the sample. The data which is needed in this research are primary data in the form of preliminary knowledge test result and students learning result test. The data is analyzed by using t-test. The finding of the research shows that 1) there are differences of students' learning outcomes that are taught by using the Project Based Learning with student learning outcomes taught by using conventional learning model, 2) there are differences in students` learning outcomes who have high initial ability taught by using Based Project Learning with the ones who taught by using conventional learning model, 3) there are differences in students` learning outcomes who have low initial ability taught by using learning Based Project Learning with the ones who taught by using conventional learning model. Based on the result, it is concluded that Project Based Learning as one of the learning model has a positive effect on student learning outcomes.Keywords: Project Based Learning, Learning Model, Learning Outcomes, Education, Prior Knowledge

The following research is purposed to described the influence of of Discovery Learning model towards learning’s result of students in the subjects of Art in SMA Negeri 1 Koto XI Tarusan. Thisresearch is using quantitative method with an quasi-experimental model. the instrument is using learning’s result test in the form of learning outcomes. Afterwards, the data is processed by using SPSS program version 16.00. Based on hypothesis testing by using SPSS program version 16.00, obtained that t (count) is 4,195 and t (table) is 1,699 with significance of (α = 0,05). It shows that there is significance difference between two classes. Therefore, it is concluded that applying discovery learning model has a positive influence toward learning’s result of students in the subjects of Art in SMA Negeri 1 Koto XI Tarusan. Kata Kunci: Model pembelajaran discovery learningdan hasil belajar

This final work visualizes the expression of stress, with human objects in contemporary painting. The visualization of this work is expected to be able to have a positive influence, in evaluating problems faced by themselves and the surrounding social environment, through contemporary painting. The methods and processes used in the creation of a work include several stages: (1) preparation; (2) elaboration; (3) synthesis; (4) concept realization; (5) finising; the discussion of paintings includes the expression of human beings who experience psychological disorders in the form of stress. The titles of the work produced are: (1) Kurekah, (2) Blind me, (3) I want to stretch, (4) But it feels hot, (5) Try to be silent, (6) But the burden is where, (7) Break it , (8) Tie me up, (9) Forced me to see, (10) If God is still here.Kata Kunci : ekspresi stress,seni lukis.

This type of research is experimental , with a pre - design study testpost -test control group design . The population of this entire class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Gumanti valley and the sample is VII2 class as a class that is used as the experimental and control classes VII5 , purposive sampling technique sampling.Teknik using questionnaire data collection and data analysis using t - test .The results of the study that there are significant portrait drawing mediause against class VII student motivation subjects of cultural arts ( visual arts ) at SMP N 3 Valleys Gumanti . It can be known after the price obtained test statistic t t t 2.28 while the table is 1.999 , which means t count > t table ( 2.28 > 1.999 ) . Thus , the more often teachers use media images to the student in the learning process students' motivation will be increased .Can be described students who earn the use of media images of teacherswill increase learning motivation , otherwise if the teacher is not using media images in students can lead to decreased student motivation . This is due to the media image is one aspect that determines the effect of learning for students because of the media image serves to motivate students in belajar.Belajar is a change in attitude and behavior after interacting with learning resources .So it can be concluded that the more often teachers teach to the studentsusing the media image it will also increase the students' motivation to learn , and ultimately students learn well and seriously .Keywords :Learning Media , Media Image , Motivation , Learning Arts

Waste is something useless and discarded by most people. They regard it as something useless. If left too long will couse disease. Whereas processing correctly will make waste into economically valuable. The emergence of this idea came from the author’s observation of the waste that has not been explored, thus inspiring the creation of works this thesis. In the embodiment of the author’s work adopts the form of accessories existing spase to be used as a three-dimensional works. The concept of embodiment of this thesis is the utilization of household waste into spase accessories that become object of aesthetic value and economic. Simauang (pangium edulle 2reinw), egg shells and corn stalks that have not been conserved up to the author a body accsessories pottery, flower pots, ornaments and others audut.Through the mosaic technique (patch) the authors suggest to the craftmen’s creative use of waste, to make it more marketable, beautifull and fun.Keyworks: Limbah, teknik mozaik (tempelan), aksesoris, ruangan

This study aims to analyze how the level of appreciation of students' fine arts in the subject of cultural arts sub-section of Fine Arts Study in SMP N 34 Padang. Researchers use observation, documentation and interview methods to analyze it. The results showed that the appreciation of students at the level of enjoying, liking and reacting had good results, while at the productive level it was still not good. In the Student Fine Arts Appreciation Process of SMP N 34 Padang, judging from the process of observation, introduction, the process of living and the process of evaluating the works of art during appreciation activities, it was known that students were able to appreciate well.Key Words: Fine Art Appreciation Level

Viewpoint is to see something, mean something to others by thinking. Every man is not free from problems, in everyday life we can see how the perspective of each person is different. The goal is to create or visualize paintings with the object of human figures through paintings by contemporary realist technique. This thesis was made through five stages, namely preparation phase (exploration), phase penetepan ideas (elaboration), the synthesis, the realization of the concept and stages of completion. The work achieved by the title of neglect, loneliness, lying, excellence, just us, compassion, and entangled. The work achieved by the title of the mirror, the light spot, blur, guns life, race, selfish, views, wasted, masks, limited eye. The title is taken from a condition that occurs in this current era. This work is made manually producing work that is unique and has artistic value that can be used to beautify the room. I hope these ideas and techniques can be developed by writers or other writers in the future.Kata kunci: Seni Lukis, Sudut Pandang, Kontemporer
