Abstract

The purposes of this study were to (1) increase the interst of art appreciation learning through the use of learning model of quantum teaching students of class VIII-5 SMPN 32 Padang, (2) Improve the learning achievement of art appreciation through the use of quantum teaching odel of students of class VIII-5 SMPN 32 Padang. This classroom action research is carried out collaboratively with the subject teachers of Cultural Arts. The source of this research is teachers and students. Collected by test and observation techniques. Research findings is the cycle I got 72% with enough category, after the improvement of learning by reseacrhers/teachers in cycle II, then there is an increase in student learning interest to 86% with very good category. As well as art learning appreciation results that show significant improvement. This can be illustrated on the average pre cycle I, students ability continues to show a very significant increase in cycle II with an average of 93. Based on the findings of the above research it can be concluded that the teaching model of quantum teaching can increase interest and learning achievement of art appreciation of class VIII-5 SMPN 32 Padang.Key words : Interst, Learning Outcomes, Quantum teaching learning model

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the difference between the results of student learning that is treated with a model of discovery learning with classes that are treated with conventional learning model of fine art material class VII Junior High School 30 Country of Padang. This type of research is research experiments with design research Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample in this research is the 64 students i.e. Class VII. 5 and VII. 3, each numbering 32 learners, with a population that is the entire class VII Junior High School 30 Country of Padang. The collection of data in this study uses the tests to measure learning outcomes learner and processed through the program SPSS v.16.0. Based on the hypothesis test results retrieved can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the results of the study the learners with the use of a model of discovery learning and learning outcomes students use learning model conventional learning material culture art art learners Class VII Junior High School 30 Country of Padang. Researchers suggest for schools and teachers, especially teachers of art and culture to implement or try using a model of learning by discovery learning.Keywords: Discovery learning, Konvensional, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of an image of TK Negeri 2 Padang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, the data used in this study are primary data and secondary data and literature study through observation, interviews and documentation. The type in the picture kindergarten children Negeri 2 Padang ie haptic, structural forms, organic, schematic, decorative, enumerative, and ekspresionist. Based on the data above discussion tendency of children to draw with haptic character and expressionist higher than other types of drawing. Colors are often used children in kindergartens in coloring is the tertiary color chartreuse.Kata Kunci : Karakteristik, Gambar, Anak-Anak, TK.

Abstract

This research aims to develop the video of sculpture Art learning with the construction techniques valid, practical, and effective class XII in vocational high school. The research uses the Research and Development method using the 4D model. The test subject of the product involves three validators including media validator, material validator, and language validator. The subject of this study is a grade XII student sculpture department with a total of 12 people. The study uses data analysis techniques such as quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative analytical techniques. The data collection methods used are interviews, documentation, and polls. The results of this study stated that the product that the author develops is valid, practical, and effectively used in the study of sculpture with construction techniques.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analysize: 1) the corelation of fasilities or tools at the school with students’ achievement in fine art subject at tenth grade of SMA 1 Lubuk basung: 2) the corelation of fasilities or tools at home with students’ achievement in fine art subject at tenth grade of SMA 1 Lubuk basung: 3) the corelation of fasilities or tools at the school and at home with students’ achievement in fine art subject at tenth grade of SMA 1 Lubuk basung. The kind of this research is descriptive corelation. The population of this research is all of tenth grade students SMA N 1 Lubuk Basung that its number is 321 students. The technique of colecting the sample by proporsional random sampling that its nambers is 76 students. The technique of data analysis is analysis of descriptive and analysis inferential. The data that is collected will be analysized statistically by using the double corelation and SPSS program in version 16.0. Based on the result of this reseach, the researcher suggests that for all the parents at home will be able to give the fasilities at home, so will be able to help improving students achievement in fine art subject and for school, it should give the learning fasilities at school so that the students who do not have the fasilities at home will be able to use the learning fasilioties at school.Kata Kunci : Sarana Prasarana di Sekolah, Sarana Prasarana Belajar di Rumah, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of creating chicken as resemble human behavior. That is an inspiration in the work of graphic art with the technique of serigraphy. Chicken resemblance to human behavior. Is represent a half of human chiken in keeping relationship with spouse giving children and take good care of there.The method of creating works of art, using five stages: Preparation (tools and materials), elaboration stage, sistensis, concept realization, and Settlement. From several stages in the process of creating works of art has created ten graphic works in this final paper.This final work describes of chickens behavior that are similar to human behavior, from how to pair, give birth and take care of their children. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the difference between student learning outcomes taught with a project based learning model with student learning outcomes taught with convetional models of art material. The experimental method at the research site in the state 2 Junior High School. The type of data collected in this study is primary data in the form of the test results of students of Junior High School Negeri number 2 Padang, as the object of research. The results of the study showed that the results of learning the art of Junior High School Negeri number 2 Padang were prepared using the SPSS 16.0 program whithin the application used a project based learning model.

Abstract

Abstract Minangkabau wedding rich in visual variations. As the center aisle, District Lubuk Begalung deemed to know and be able to answer the research objectives, describing 1) Variations in raw material 2) color variations. 3) Variations in the arrangement of elements weddings. Descriptive qualitative research method. Sources of data in the form of oral testimony from informants and literature library. The procedure of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentary study. Data were analyzed by performing data reduction, display and conclusion. Checking the validity of the findings made ​​by the technique of triangulation. Based on the results of data found that: 1) the basic ingredients of the aisle velvet, sateen fabric, lame, spoonhard 2) wedding colored red, yellow, green, blue, turning to silver, back to the many colors, 3) structuring element of the aisle, ceiling, rectangular, square bagonjong, Osborne-Osborne half circles, triangles, tongues and cancang, payuang one level and two-level, stems wrapped in cloth and spoonhard katorok. Banta gadang mounted single, double parallel and there are no double parallel, wedding chair shaped sofa, wearing the crown, circular and terraced. Box envelope single-legged and more. Based on the findings, it was concluded: 1) the basic ingredients aisle no velvet, satin, lame fabric and spoonhard.2) wedding colors like red, yellow, green, blue, and silver. 3) aisle display varies from langik-langik aisle, Osborne-Osborne, payuang, banta gadang, chairs, and a box envelope. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the craft Rattan Silungkang Kota Sawahlunto. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Sources of data in this study are products of rattan (primary data) and informants, and literature (secondary data). Data collection procedures done through observation, interviews and documentation study. Based on the results of the study, concluded the following. The conclusions of the study: 1) Engineering workmanship rattan is still done manually, and traditional (hereditary) using simple equipment. 2) The shape of rattan produced entirely in 3-dimensional shapes, such as household products. 3) motif on the rattan arising from the use of matting techniques, depending on taste and creativity of individual craftsmen. 4) The process of finishing in the given lacquered rattan cane to be more durable is not eaten by termites. Advice to future researchers to investigate further, so that the information rattan Silungkang more complete.Kata kunci: rotan, kerajinan rotan , silungkang
