Abstract

This class action research aims to find out and prove that the Team Product Method can improve the skills and achievements of students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu Semester I for the academic year 2015/2016 in learning activities in Art and Culture with material showing appreciative attitudes towards the unique ideas and techniques of art works applied archipelago. This school action research consisted of 2 cycles which were implemented in 2015 and carried out for 6 months. In this school action research the research subjects were students of class VIII D of State Junior High School 1 Nusawungu Semester I of the 2015/2016 Academic Year with a total of 32 students. Actions taken in cycles 1 and 2 are the use of the Team Product method in learning Culture and Art with material displaying an appreciative attitude towards the unique ideas and techniques of applied works of the archipelago, with observation sheets for skills and test questions as instruments. Data analysis uses comparative descriptive. Based on theoretical hypotheses and empirical mentions through the use of the Product Team method in learning Cultural Arts with material displaying an appreciative attitude towards the uniqueness of ideas and techniques of applied works of the archipelago there is an increase in the skills and learning achievement of students in class VIII D of State Junior High School 1 Nusawungu Semester I Academic Year 2015 / 2016 ie from the average initial condition value only reached 64.78 after taking action using the Team Product method in the first cycle the average value rose to 79.98 or an increase of 23.5%. Whereas in cycle 2 the grade average value increased again to 84.19 or up 5.3% from cycle 1 and 30% from the initial conditions. So both theoretically and empirically through the use of the Product Team method in learning Culture and Art with material displaying an appreciative attitude towards the unique ideas and techniques of archipelago applied art can improve learning skills and achievement from low start conditions to high end conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to ask questions and student learning outcomes on material motion systems in humans in class IX D SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu with cooperative learning model type TPS (Think Pair Share). This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is a research conducted systematically reflective of the actions taken by the teacher as a researcher, ranging from planning, implementing, to assessments to improve learning conditions. In this class action research researchers used two cycles, each of which consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research instrument was in the form of a test aimed at finding out student learning outcomes and non-tests in the form of an observation sheet filled out by collaborators, and a student motivation questionnaire sheet filled out by students. The subjects of this study were students of class IX D of SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu, totaling 32 students. The data analysis technique used for the assessment process is quantitative descriptive to find out the improvement of student learning outcomes, and qualitative descriptions to determine students' asking abilities. The results of this class action research are the application of the TPS (Think Pair Share) learning model that provides an increase in the ability to ask questions and student learning outcomes from cycle I, cycle II sequentially having a percentage of graduation of 25% to 97% while the ability to ask students from 36% to 92%. so it can be concluded that the application of the TPS type learning model can improve the ability to ask questions and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Learning Biology is part of science that emphasizes providing hands-on experience. During this time students have difficulty learning Photosynthesis material because there are many things that must be proven by experiments and learning that are abstract with the lecture method. To help students understand the material, learning is applied with the observation method which is varied with LKS Word square. This research was designed through Classroom Action Research (CAR). The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in learning outcomes of reproductive material in plants and animals through the application of the observation method which was varied with the LKS Word square in class VII A semester 1 of SMP Negeri 1 Binangun in the academic year 2015/2016. The subject of this research is class VII A SMP Negeri 1 Binangun with a total of 32 students. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: planning (planning), implementation (acting), observation (observing), and reflection (reflecting). Indicators of the success of this study were (1) an increase in the percentage of students who received a score of = 61 or the number of students who studied thoroughly increased to 85%, (2) completeness of classical activity =75%. Based on the results of the study obtained data increase in the percentage of achievement of classical learning completeness in the first cycle 83.33% and the second cycle 91.67%, while the classical activity in the first cycle 61.11% and the second cycle 80.56%. The conclusion of this study is that through the application of the observation method that is varied with the Word Square worksheet on Photosynthesis material can improve student learning outcomes in class VII A semester 1 of SMP Negeri 1 Binangun in the academic year 2015/2016. While the suggestion of this research is that the method of observation varied with Word Square Worksheet needs to be applied to other science teaching materials because the observation method varied with Word Square worksheet makes it easier for students to understand the material being studied.

Abstract

The teacher is a component that affects the creation of education in the classroom, because the teacher interacts directly with students in the process of teaching and learning activities. The process of interaction that drives learning is also called education. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu. This type of research is Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles, each consisting of four stages: action planning, action implementation, observation and evaluation, reflection. The purpose of this Classroom Action Research is to find out the Skills Training approach (Drill Method) that can improve mathematics learning achievement on the subject matter of Round Number Calculations in Class VII E of SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu in the 2015/2016 Academic Year. Conclusion Based on the results of research on the Skills Training approach (Drill Method) in Mathematics subject matter, the subject of Round Number Operations in Class VII E, SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu, 2015/2016 Academic Year, is that the Skills Training approach (Drill Method) can improve student learning achievement in class VII E Public Middle School 1 Nusawungu. Improved student achievement is indicated by the results of daily tests at each stage. The completeness rate in the initial study was 31%, cycle I was 72%, and cycle II was 91%. The average results of daily tests also increased by 65 in the initial study, 79 in the first cycle and 87 in the second cycle. So that the average increase in total learning achievement from the initial conditions to the second cycle 22.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) to analyze the impact of using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) method to increase student motivation about the concept of calculating the area of a triangle in class IV SD Negeri 1 Dermaji, Lumbir District, Banyumas Regency. (2) analyzing the impact of using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) method can improve student learning outcomes about the concept of calculating the area of a triangle in class IV SD Negeri 1 Dermaji Banyumas District Banyumas Regency. The CAR procedure consists of four steps of research, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection in its implementation of two cycles. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: (1) the use of the STAD method in mathematics learning about calculating the area of a triangle can increase learning motivation of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Dermaji Banyumas District Banyumas Regency with an increase from 10 students to 22 students or 50.00%. (2) With the use of visual aids can improve student learning outcomes in class IV SD Negeri 1 Dermajid with an average from the beginning of learning to the second cycle that is 49.79 to 75.63 increased 86.67 and mastery learning from 8 students to 18 students later rose to 23 students from 24 students overall. So in the conclusion of this study are (1) The use of the STAD method can increase student motivation in class IV SD Negeri 1 Dermaji Banyumas District Banyumas Regency; (2) The use of the STAD method is proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes in class IV SD Negeri 1 Dermaji, Banyumas District, Banyumas Regency.

Abstract

One of the goals of national education is to educate the life of the nation, but efforts to realize the goals of education are not easy. In fact, there are many obstacles faced by both students and teachers. The level of mastery of learning material in SD Lumbir State Lumbir UPK is not in accordance with the criteria of success. Therefore teachers need to make improvements to learning through Classroom Action Research (CAR). Classroom Action Research begins with self-reflection, discussing with colleagues (collaborating), knowing the problems faced and finding alternative solutions that consist of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting in each cycle. In this study the teacher uses the field trip method which will be divided into three cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes.After conducting research through 3 cycles with Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) 7.5, the results obtained increased each cycle from the initial study to only 3 children who completed learning or 18%, the first cycle of 6 children who completed learning or 37%, cycle II as many as 10 children completed study or 62% and cycle III 14 students completed study or 87% of the total grade IV students were 17 students. So, the use of field trip methods has succeeded in increasing student activity and learning outcomes. After carrying out this research teachers should be able to use appropriate methods and can improve student learning outcomes so that learning is successful and effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this Classroom Action Research is to improve student learning outcomes in grade 1 SD Negeri 2 Karanggayam Kidul Kec Purwojati, through the application of demonstration methods (experiments) so that natural science learning about material objects that can be changed in shape is achieved. The research design is carried out through two cycles, starting from planning, implementation, action, observation, reflection and proceed with planning the next cycle. The results of this class action improvement is the average value of student learning outcomes have increased from the initial condition of 60.1 can increase to 71.5 in cycle I. While in cycle II to be 75.6. In terms of completeness in the initial study 16 students completed, cycle I 26 students completed and cycle II 33 students completed from 34 students with completeness values of 70 and above. Based on the findings of the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of the demonstration method (experiment) in natural science learning about material objects which can be changed in shape can improve student learning outcomes in grade 1 SD Negeri 1 Karangtalun Kidul

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of natural science subjects about the structure of the human body and its functions for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Jatilawangsang odd semester 2014/2015 academic year. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes. The research was carried out through two cycles, namely through the first cycle and second cycle using the Snowball Throwing learning model. In the initial study the average value was 56.85, the first cycle being 72.85. Then in the second cycle increased optimally to 82.28. The percentage of completeness of the initial study was 25.71% then the first cycle became 77.15%. Then in the second cycle increased to 94.28%. The percentage of incomplete in the pre cycle 74.29% then the first cycle decreased to 22.85%. Then in the second cycle to 5.72%. Conclusion of the application of the Snowball Throwing model Improved Learning Outcomes of the Human Body Structure and Its Functions for Grade IV Students of SD Negeri 2 Sudagaran, Banyumas Regency 2014/2015 Academic Year.

Abstract

This research was based on the low learning outcomes of Social Studies students in grade IV SD Negeri 2 Adisaran odd semester 2014/2015 academic year. The research was carried out in stages, namely through cycle I and cycle II using the examples non examples model. From this research, it can be seen the results of social studies learning about the components of the map and how to read the maps obtained in pre-cycle learning, with the lowest value of 40, the highest value of 90, the average value of the class 59.52 with mastery learning 19.05%. Learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained the lowest value of 50, the highest value of 100 and an average grade of 76.66 with a mastery of learning 66.66%. The learning outcomes in the second cycle are the lowest value of 70, the highest value of 100, the average grade of 89.52 with 100% completeness of learning. The conclusion by using the examples non examples model can improve social studies learning outcomes in class IV students especially about the map components and how to read maps. Researchers hope that if there are teachers who use this learning model in order to minimize existing weaknesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems that occur in learning mathematics about fractions and find ways to solve these problems. The focus of the problem under study is "How to improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Fractions of Class V Students in Tanjung Kulon Elementary School, Jatilawang District, Banyumas Regency". This research was conducted using observations from peers, an indicator of increased learning outcomes with quantitative data. As the subject of the study was the fifth grade of SD Tunjung Kulon Elementary School. With a total of 20 students, the time for implementing the action consists of three cycles per cycle. Using the Interactive Learning Model. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes, the initial condition of the completeness level was only 20% after the improvement was made to be 85%, it could be stated that the improvement was successful.
