Abstract

Hubungan yang sangat erat antara komunikasi dan budaya dengan saling berinteraksi dan mengobrol, sering disebut gosip. Gosip didefinisikan sebagai fenomena yang dapat menganalisis bagaimana budaya dan masyarakat bekerja. Gosip dibuat dengan membandingkan diri sendiri atau kelompok sendiri dengan orang atau kelompok lain, dan menganggap bahwa orang atau kelompok yang status atau kemampuan sosialnya lebih rendah dari mereka sedang dibicarakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas fenomena gosip yang terjadi di Desa Sribit, Kecamatan Delanggu, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa Tengah serta dampak yang akan ditimbulkan akibat gosip yang dilakukan oleh ibu-ibu di Desa Sribit, Kecamatan Delanggu, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan variabel bebas yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah keseringan Ibu-Ibu bergosip sedangkan variable terkaitnya yaitu Ibu-Ibu warga Desa Sribit. Proses pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif yang bersifat induktif, yaitu suatu analisis berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, selanjutnya dikembangkan pola hubungan tertentu. Dari penelitian ini dapat menyimpulkan bahwa ketika seseorang berbicara tentang karakter buruk atau karakter orang lain, mereka mencari aktivitas sendiri untuk mengisi waktu luang mereka salah satunya dengan gosip, karena inilah adalah ciri-ciri orang yang kekurangan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk menghilangkan kebiasaan mengucapkan hal-hal yang tidak bermanfaat dan sebaiknya tidak berbicara berlebihan atau melebih-lebihkan sesuatu.Kata Kunci : Gosip, Ibu-ibu, Desa Sribit

Abstract

WhatsApp adalah salah satu media sosial yang paling banyak digunakan masyarakat Indonesia. Tercatat hingga Juni 2021, 84,8 juta masyarakat Indonesia menggunakan media sosial ini. Tentu banyak hal yang menarik untuk dikaji, diantaranya adalah  pemahaman terkait penggunaan bahasa daerah dalam grup WhatsApp, ucapan yang biasa disampaikan dengan bahasa daerah dalam grup WhatsApp, dan respon peserta grup WhatsApp dengan penggunaan bahasa daerah. Untuk mendapat pemahaman tersebut, penulis melakukan pendekatan dengan etnografi virtual guna mengkaji bagaimana peserta grup WhatsApp menggunakan bahasa daerah. Adapun objek utama pada penelitian ini adalah berbagai macam grup WhatsApp. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi partisipatif, dan studi literatur. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa penggunaan bahasa daerah dalam grup WhatsApp selalu muncul, baik pada grup WhatsApp dengan  peserta mayoritas berasal dari suku tertentu atau pada grup WhatsApp dengan  peserta minoritas berasal dari suku tertentu. Ucapan yang biasa disampaikan dengan bahasa daerah dalam grup WhatsApp: 1) ucapan sukacita, 2) ucapan dukacita, 3) ungkapan pribadi. Respon peserta grup WhatsApp dengan penggunaan bahasa daerah: 1) merespon secara aktif, 2) merespon secara pasif, 3) merespon dengan bertanya, 4) merespon dengan kebingungan, dan 5) tidak merespon sama sekali

Abstract

Leadership is needed in a madrasa, especially the leadership of the head of the madrasa. Madrasah leadership is also needed for the quality of education. Improving the quality of education is needed to improve the quality of madrasas. Research objectives: 1. To describe the leadership of the principal at MI Ainun Sahab, Majene Regency. 2. Describe the quality of the teaching staff at MI Ainun Sahab, Majene Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive design, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation with data analysis using Data Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing. The results of the study: 1. The leadership of the principal at MI Ainun Sahab, Majene Regency is quite good. He is in charge of institutions at MI Ainun Sahab, Majene Regency. Here the style used by the head of the madrasa to lead is to use a democratic style, where the head of the madrasa always draws closer to teachers, students and madrasa employees with the aim of guiding or protecting the teacher in carrying out his duties and obligations. 2. The principal is a person who plays an important role in the quality or quality of the madrasa itself. Therefore, leadership from the head of the madrasah is needed to improve the quality of teaching staff. The performance of the teaching staff can be seen from the performance of the teaching staff as something that is achieved, the achievements shown, the ability to use resources to achieve goals in education effectively and efficiently. This was carried out at MI Ainun Sahab, Majene Regency, where the head of the madrasa placed teaching staff according to the abilities of the educators because it was seen from a professionalism perspective.

Abstract

Pancasila as the ideology of the Indonesian State has such an important role in building national resilience, including in the context of defense and security. Many foreign ideologies have entered and many propaganda have sprung up in society, so there is a possibility that disturbances will occur in various sectors such as social, cultural, economic, political and even in the national defense and security sector. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen Pancasila Ideology in the Context of National Defense and Security. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting literature studies on various sources that are relevant to the research theme. The researcher conducted a text analysis and concluded the findings resulting from the analyzed literature. The results of this study indicate that the strengthening of Pancasila ideology in the context of national defense and security has a very important role in maintaining national defense and security. The values contained in Pancasila become a strong ideological foundation and can strengthen a sense of nationalism and love for the motherland.

Abstract

The Seven Months Pregnancy Tradition this at cereemony fort children aged seveen month pregnant. The seveen-montly events this often done because this tradition is passed down from previous ancestors. This study aims to determine the implementation of the seven-monthly event that lives on the Mandar tribe in Mekkatta Village. The research is qualitative. Most of the data were collected through observation and interviews. Informants obtained as many as 5 people. Three people were present as guides for the Seven Monthly Program and two people who knew and understood the Seven Monthly program. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling technique. After interviews, participant observation, field notes, literature studies, documentation and internet searching. The results obtained indicate that symbols in the form of goods, objects, food that must be held during rituals are believed to bring good things for pregnant women and their families. In addition, the Mandar Ethnic community also connects these customs into the religion they believe in (still hoping for the pleasure of the One) so that the movements and speech that are carried out are in Arabic or in regional languages but are translations from Arabic whose sentences come from the Qur'an. This was done in order to make it easier for the Mandar Ethnic community to carry out the rituals they believed in.

Abstract

Keluarga merupakan sebuah unit terkecil dalam kelompok masyarakat, didalam keluarga terdapat anggota keluarga yang terdiri dari suami, istri, dan anak. Pada kali ini peneliti membahas mengenai upaya kepala keluarga penyandang disabilitas dalam menafkahi keluarga. disabilitas sendiri ialah keadaan seseorang dengan kondisi memiliki kekurangan atau keterbatasan dalam melakukan aktivitas dan tidak dapat melakukan perannya seperti orang normal. Para penyandang disabilitas ini, juga memiliki kesamaan dengan orang normal pada umunya yang membutuhkan makan, pakaian, dan tempat tinggal yang nyaman. Tujuan dari prnrlitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja yang dikerjakan oleh kepala keluarga yang menyandang disabilitas dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan secara langsung melalui pengamatan terhadap fenomena yang diangkat.

Abstract

Islam is a perfect, universal and dynamic way of life in governing all aspects of human life, including Islamic principles in governing market mechanisms. Price provisions are left to the natural market mechanism. The Islamic system refuses to set prices by the authorities, because Allah is the one who determines them. The price that is formed must be in accordance with the forces of supply and demand of the market, therefore the price of goods cannot be set by the government, the price provisions depend on the law of supply and demand. The Islamic system strongly promotes fair prices by encouraging perfect market competition. In order to fulfill a fair price, it is necessary to have morality (fair play), honesty (honesty), openness (transparency) and justice (justice) and avoid all kinds of speculation. If these values are enforced, then there is no reason to reject market prices. The Islamic economic system still provides opportunities under certain conditions to carry out price interventions by the government when market distortions occur, both caused by natural factors and the deviant behavior of market players.

Abstract

The success of this study was indicated by an increase in students' learning motivation above 75%, an increase in learning outcomes above the KKM, and a minimum percentage of classical learning mastery of 75%.This research is classroom action research. The learning used in this research is contextual. The subjects of this study were class XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Polewali for the 2021/2022 academic year, namely 36 students. Data was collected through documentation, interviews, tests, observations, and questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and calculating the average value and percentage.Based on the research results, the percentage of learning motivation from cycle I to cycle II increased from 63.04% to 76.33% or 13.29%. There was an average increase in student learning outcomes from 72.01 to 75.32 or 3.31 points. The students' classical learning completeness increased from 68.75% to 79.41% or 10.66%.

Abstract

This study aimed to understand how activists and members of the Sauan Sibarrung Credit Union interpret core values in the perspective of Toraja culture as a container (jars containing gold = saun sibarrung) that can be a source of welfare (endless water source = gori-gori tang ma'ti) for members and communities. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The results showed that (1) the eight core values in the Sauan Sibarrung Credit Union are sangka' (teachings, general truths) which are also the philosophy of life of the Torajan people, where people live in rules, fight for the integrity of life, act wisely, lovingly and solidly, care for the environment, hard work and tenacity, and are based on the belief of faith to live true and whole together with other creations of God, (2) The eight core values become a model of values, as a credit union culture, and form the basis of the strategy and policy for the development of the Sauan Sibarrung Credit Union program as well as guidelines for all behavior of individuals, organizations, and communities
