Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, kami mencoba mengembangkan model teoritis sederhana tentang perempuan yang telah menikah dan berstatus bekerja dengan tingkat pendapatan rumah tangga tertentu. Pada tingkat pendapatan rumah tangga tertentu, perempuan akan mencurahkan waktunya untuk mengurus rumah tangga daripada bekerja untuk membantu mencari nafkah. Penelitian ini menganalisis pola hubungan antara partisipasi angkatan kerja perempuan dengan pendapatan rumah tangga yang berbentuk huruf U terbalik di Indonesia menggunakan data panel level provinsi tahun 2010-2020. Pendapatan dan pendidikan yang lebih tinggi mendorong perempuan untuk melakukan trade-off antara bergabung dalam angkatan kerja atau tinggal di rumah mengurus rumah tangga. Temuan kami menunjukkan bahwa efek pendapatan memaksa perempuan keluar dari angkatan kerja yang lebih memilih tinggal di rumah atau mengasuh anak. Dalam budaya patriarki di Indonesia, perempuan cenderung memilih untuk tinggal di rumah mengurus rumah tangga. Stigma sosial budaya dan ketakutan bekerja di luar rumah mungkin dapat menjelaskan pola hubungan yang berbentuk huruf U terbalik antara partisipasi tenaga kerja perempuan dengan pendapatan rumah tangga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine determine the cluster of local community comodity development areas, namely eucalyptus oil, development policies and the constraints faced by indigenous people eucalyptus oil business actors. The type of research used is a desciptive qualitative approach. Tehniques of obtaining data are observation, interview and library research. The results of this study indicate that eucalyptus oil has prospect for indigenous people in 4 villages, in the Wasur National Park Area. Wasur Village, Rawa Biru Village, Yangandur Village and Sota Village as cluster of eucalyptus oil business oil development, the obstacles faced are the work spirit and mindset that is not yet oriented to a wider market, the long distance from the source of the leaves to the place of processing, the level of productivity labor force is still low, seasonal dependence, management and competitiveness still low. So that the management development policies adopted are partnership policy, creating of a healty business atmosphere policy and increasing competitivness policy. Abstract

ABSTRACT The title that the author proposes in this study is "Financial Statement Analysis in Measuring Profitability Levels in the Rural PNPM Mandiri Activity Management Unit, Cinangka District, Serang Regency". measuring the level of profitability in the PNPM Mandiri Rural Activity Management Unit, Cinangka District, Serang Regency. To discuss the formulation of the problem above, in this study the author uses a descriptive research method, namely a method that describes or solves problems faced in the present. With data collection techniques documentation, interviews, observations, and literature study. With analysis techniques and the ratio of operating profit to business assets, the ratio of the rate of return on investment, and the ratio of economic profitability. The result of this research is the analysis of profitability ratios for 2013 by 3%. So the results of the study can answer the question of research problems, namely that the analysis of financial statements can be used as a tool for management to determine the level of profitability in the PNPM Mandiri Rural Activity Management Unit, Cinangka District, Serang Regency. As for reducing the decrease in the profitability ratio of the PNPM Mandiri Rural Activity Management Unit, Cinangka District, Serang Regency, efforts are made to increase revenue and reduce costs so that an increase in profit is obtained. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the amount of income earned by Wamena mamas in the Wamanggu market The populatin in this study is a fruit and vegetable selling business (mama-mama wamena) in the Wamanggu market, which is 20 businesses and the sample 20 respondents. The method used is income analysis. The method consists of analysis of operating income and analysis of revenue cost ratio (R/C). The result of this study indicate that the income of the fruit and vegetable sales business (mama-mama wamena) in the wamanggu market is profitable, with an average profit for the fruit and vegetable selling business (wamena mama-mama) which is Rp. 7,956,443, per month. The results of the revenue cost retio analysis in the Wamanggu market are profitable with an average R/C value for fruit and vegetable sales (mama-mama wamena) in the Wamanggu market, which is 3. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the role of human resources in improving the development of community welfare in Bokem Village, Merauke District, Merauke Regency. The sample used was 11 informants, using a qualitative approach to analyze data related to the object of research. While the data collection techniques used include interviews and observations. The results of the study through interviews showed that the role of the quality of human resources in Bokem Village, almost 32% of informants said it was very good, as well as for the role of formal and non-formal education development, almost 36% of informants said the government had implemented formal and non-formal education programs by providing trainings. to the community starting from 2015-2016, the aim is to encourage the development of human resources, especially for people who have limited education and knowledge in theory and practice in the field so that they can understand and develop themselves independently, according to their personal power of thought and abilities. The results of the research through interviews showed that the role of infrastructure development in Bokem Village, almost 35% of informants said it was very good, this was seen from the provision of decent housing assistance for the community and providing public facilities in Bokem Village. it's just that the obstacle is the construction of road infrastructure connecting Bokem Village to the city which is very worrying, so this is also one of the obstacles to the economy for the people of Bokem Village. However, the government has never carried out the development role in the field of fisheries, such as providing fishing gear and providing training to the community related to the fishery sector. If the development role in the field of animal husbandry and agriculture has been very good, this can be seen from the provision of livestock, as well as the provision of fertilizers and heavy equipment to the community so that they can support the business processes of the corporate community, so that the community can feel welfare. Meanwhile, the role of development in the fields of education and health has not been going well until now, this is due to the lack of discipline for teachers and medical personnel in teaching positions and health services to the community in Bokem Village.
