Abstract

ABSTRACT Modern life style with a lot of menu of food and unhealthy life style could caused increasing of degenerative disease and one of it is Diabetic Mellitus. The problem could minimalised if the patient have self efficacy, family support and health insurance in arrangement of the disease by doing self care. The aims of this research to obtain the correlation factors of self care toward type II of diabetic mellitus patient in Anutapura General Hospital, Palu. This is quantitative research with correlation method of cross sectional approached. Total of population is 112 respondents, but sampling only 32 respondents that taken by accidental sampling technique.data analysed by chi square test. The result shown that most of respondents have good self efficacy (81.2%), duration time with DM suffering experiences >5 years (53,1%), have good family support (78,1%) and have health insurance (87,5%). The result of chi-square bivariate analyses found that self efficacy have p value 0,012<0,05, long suffering have p value 0,028<0,05, family support have p value 0,000<0,05 and health insurance have p value 0,025<0,05. Conclusion of this research that all independent variables have significant correlation with dependent variables (self care) toward type II of diabetic mellitus patient. Abstract

ABSTRACT Low Back Pain (LBP) is a musculoskeletal disorder caused by various diseases and poor body activity which result in muscle spasms (muscle tension) is the most common cause of LBP. Rhythmic breathing and massage techniques are believed to reduce the intensity of pain in the skelet muscles experiencing spasm. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of rhythmic breath distraction techniques and massage for muscle spasm pain on the incidence of low back pain stevedoring workers. This research was conducted from September until October 2020 at the Tenau Kupang Harbor. This type of research is pre-experiment research design using one group pre-post design. Sample on this research totaled 33 people. Result of this research obtained by analysis data using wilcoxon test which showed that is effect of rhythmic breath distraction techniques and massage for muscle spasm pain on the incidence of low back pain stevedoring workers at Tenau Kupang Harbor after being given intervention for 3 consecutive days. Result of this research are expected to provide information and increase knowledge to be able to use rhythmic breath distraction techniques and massage as therapy to reduce the pain muscle spasms of LBP that are felt for LBP sufferers especially stevedoring workers at the tenau kupang harbor. Abstract

Penyakit kanker payudara merupakan pnyakit terminal. Penyakit terminal merupakan penyakit progresif yaitu yang menuju kearah kematian. Salah satru penanganan terhadap penyakit kanker adalah dengan kemoterapi.Tindakan kemoterapi tersebut mempengaruhi kesejahteraan fisik, social, psikologis dan spiritual pasien yang berdampak terhadap kualitas hidupnya. Siklus kemoterapi yang panjang dan berkesinambungan diduga mempengaruhi kualitas hidup penderita kanker payudara yang sedang menjalani kemoterapi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara siklus kemoterapi dengan kualitas hidup penderita kanker payudarah yang menjalani kemoterapi Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 responden yang menjalani kemoterapi di Ruang Mutis dan Poli Onkologi Di RSUD PROF. DR. W. Z. Johannes Kupang. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji spearman rank, dari 70 responden didapatkan sebagian besar responden dengan kualitas hidup sedang sebanyak 52 orang (74,3%), sedangkan responden yang memiliki kualitas hidup buruk sebanyak 6 orang (8,6%). Sehingga di sarankan agar penderita kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi mematuhi setiap anjuran dari tenaga kesehatan yang meliputi diet yang seimbang, latihan fisik ringan secara teratur, dan berusaha untuk menhindari stress sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesehatan dan mencegah terjadinya komplikasi Kata Kunci : Kemoterapi; kanker payudara; kualitas hidup

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed to know the isolation and identification of Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus bacterium content of smoked at Euthynnus afinis of temperature and duration of storage. This research represent research of laboratoris eksperimental with factorial experiment desain 2 factor, that is A factor treatment of temperature ( 0oC, 4oC, 25oC), and duration of storage treatment factor ( 0, 4, 8, 12 day) each treating 3 replikasi. The result of isolation and identification no Salmonella were found, howefer Staphylococcus aureus were found. The total Staphylocuccus aureus bacterium content of smoked Euthynnus afinis: Treatment of temperature 4oC, and duration of storage 12 and 16 day, mean of colony 3,5 x 104 CFU/ml, and 2,2 x 105 CFU/ml. Treatment of temperature 25oC, and duration of storage 4, 8, 12 and 16 day, each mean of colony 1,6 x 104 CFU/ml, 2,7 x 104 CFU/ml, 1,6 x 105 CFU/ml, dan 4,2 x 105 CFU/ml.
