Abstract

Today's development requires young people in Bandung to follow a lifestyle. Cigarettes are one product that can show a person's lifestyle. Although it has been socialized that cigarettes are not good for health, but because of the demands of lifestyle and influenced by relationships, many young people in the city of Bandung smoke. Many cigarette companies in Indonesia are famous for producing cigarettes that have a distinctive taste. In the research, the level of consumer satisfaction was measured by analyzing the marketing mix indicator on Djarum Super MLD cigarette products among young people in the city of Bandung. The method of this research is descriptive method that using primary data in the form of interviews, observation and questionnaires, and also used secondary data. The smpling technique used is purposive sampling, which is a sample of young people over the age of 20 years. The results show that the level of consumer satisfaction in the city of Bandung on Djarum Super MLD cigarette products is at a good level or it can be stated that consumers are satisfied with product of Djarum Super MLD cigarette.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit

Abstract

The motivation of this study is the research conducted by Yuyus Yudistria (2015), which states that retribution is a potential income for a region. This study aims at 1) to determine the effectiveness of market retribution on Regional Original Revenue; 2) to determine the effect of market retribution contribution to Regional Original Revenue. The analytical method is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study include: 1) The overall average shop and lesehan retribution during the period 2010-2013 is very effective with values ​​above 100%, which is between 103% - 136%; 2) The overall average shop and lesehan retribution during the 2014 period is effective with a value between 90-100%, which is 97%; 3) Shophouse contributions have a positive and significant effect on PAD; 4) Lesehan contribution has a negative and significant effect on PAD partially; 5) The contribution of shophouses and lesehan has a positive and significant effect on PAD simultaneously. This indicates that there is still a lack of government intervention in service and upgrading of facilities to increase retribusi for shophouses and financial services as well as not yet optimal withdrawal of these levies. This levy provides positive hope for increasing PAD

Abstract

The existence of job insecurity (JIS) cannot be avoided by every individual, including employees. Competition in the tight working world requires a variety of qualifications that must be fulfilled by every employee, particularly in maintaining their existence in the working world, including entry level employees. As the lowest position in the corporate structure hierarchy, entry levels are vulnerable to JIS. This is because entry level at the early stages of career. However, generally, entry level is the spearhead of the company, thus directly or indirectly it will affect performance both individually and a whole of company. The aim of this study is to explain the influence of JIS on employees, particularly entry level. The census method was used in this study. The results of the study shows that JIS has a significant negatif effect on work performance and organizational commitment. Besides that the results also shows that there is no significant influence between JIS on satisfaction and intention to quit the employee. One of the implications of this study is to become a referral for managers, especially in managing JIS in the organization as a whole.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to determine the effect of work culture, motivation and compensation to employee performance, to analyze the influence of corporate culture, motivation and compensation to employee performance. The object to be studied is the WTO (the regional organizations), which includes Office, the Environment Agency and the Office in the City of Tasikmalaya. The method used is descriptive method with survey method. The collection of data obtained by questionnaires, interviews, and literature. The population in this study is a civil servant at the Department, the Environment Agency and the office in the City of Tasikmalaya. By using path analysis, the results of this study showed that partially, workplace culture, motivation and compensation have a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, work culture, motivation and compensation have a significant influence on employee performance, so the hypothesis is verified. This means that the work culture, motivation and compensation significantly influence employee performance.

The objective of this research are to know: 1) the relationship between counselor involvement, management capability, members participation to the financial performance of the Kopontren; 2) the relationship between management capability to the members participation and the relationship between management capability to the financial performance of the Kopontren; 3) the relationship between members participation to the financial performance of the Kopontren. This research was carried out using survey method and taking the primary and secondary data. The primary data were taken from the respondent of 12 counselors from the sample of 12 Kopontren, 36 members of management. The data of members participation were taken using secondary data. The result of this research shows that: 1) the counselor involvement, the management capability and the members participation are together related to the financial performance of the Kopontren; 2) the counselor involvement is related to the management capability, the members participation and the financial performance of the Kopontren; 3) the management capability is related to the members participation, the financial performance. The members participation is related to the financial performance of the Kopontren. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the existence of influence between the rate of population growth with the open unemployment in the province of East Java with his time of September until December 2011. The source of the data used in this study is secondary data coming from the Bappeda of East Java and East Java BPS. The method of data collection is done in this research is the study of librarianship or documentation, with the study of time series of research using data based on the time sequence. Statistical tests used was a simple linear regression analysis and regression natural logarithm with the help of the program SPSS 11.5 for windows. Research results mnyimpulkan that: 1. the negative impact of population growth on the open unemployment in East Java. 2. the rate of population growth has a positive influence on the numbers TPAK in East Java. 3. the rate of population growth in line with the demand for labor in East Java. 4. Population growth affect PMA. 5. Calculation result shows that if population growth is growing. 6. Population density affect negatively to economic growth. 7. Calculation of Results the analysis stated that there were negative influences between economic growth with open unemployment.

Abstract

The Jombang Regency is one of Regency that achieves a rapids economics grotwh. Its can be show in the increase of Growth Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) of Jombang Regency. Economics Growth, however, may cause a chane of income distribution. The purpose of this analysis is to find the correlaton between economics growth and the rate of inequality of income distribution in Jombang Regency trhough statistical test. This is based on data of GDRP and the measure of Gini Ratio Index of Jombang Regency during period 2005-2013. And the Ordinary Least Square Methode is used to find the relationship between the variables. The result shows that there is negative correlation between economics growth and the inequality of income distribution growth in Jombang Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran sektor pertanian terhadap perekonomian Jombang dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak investasi sektor pertanian dilihat dari daya penyebaran dan derajat kepekaan. Hasil penelitian ini mennujukkan bahwa sektor pertanian masih menjadi andalan kabupaten Jombang dalam perekonomiannya. Sementara itu juga, sektor ini mampu menyerap tenaga kerja, terutama yang kurang terdidik, memberikan multiplier efek yang besar serta dan daya sebar yang besar sehingga mampu menggerakan sektor-sektor perekonomian lainnya.
