Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar belakang; Stunting merupakan kondisi kronis terganggunya pertumbuhan dengan pemeriksaan ANC yang tidak lengkap, ASI yang tidak diberikan secara eksklusif dan balita yang tidak diberikan MP-ASI. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui faktor risisko kejadian stunting pada balita usia 12-36 bulan di wilayah kerja puskesmas wara kota palopo tahun 2022. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan case control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 96 balita di wilayah kerja puskesmas wara kota palopo tahun 2022, yang terdiri dari 48 kasus dan 48 kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purporsive sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 20 dan dianalisis dengan uji odds ratio (OR) serta disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil: Analisis bivariat didapatkan faktor risiko penelitian menunjukkan bahwa riwayat ANC dengan kejadian stunting (OR = 9,471), riwayat ASI eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting (OR = 3,975), dan riwayat MP-ASI dengan kejadian stunting (OR = 5,160). Kesimpulan: Riwayat ANC, riwayat ASI eksklusif dan riwayat MP-ASI merupakan faktor risiko stunting di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Wara Kota Palopo tahun 2022.Kata Kungci: Stunting, ANC, ASI Eksklusif, MP-ASIABSTRACTBackground; Stunting is a chronic condition of growth disruption with incomplete ANC examinations, breastfeeding that is not exclusively given and toddlers who are not given complementary foods. Purpose: to determine the risk factors for stunting incidence in toddlers aged 12-36 months in the work area of the Puskesmas Wara Kota Palopo in 2022. Methods: This study used an observational research method with a case control approach. The population in this study was 96 children under five in the work area of the Puskesmas Wara Kota Palopo in 2022, consisting of 48 cases and 48 controls. The sampling technique was purporsive sampling. Data collection through questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed using the SPSS version 20 program and analyzed using the odds ratio (OR) test and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Results: The bivariate analysis showed that the risk factors of the study showed that history of ANC with the incidence of stunting (OR = 9.471), history of exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting (OR = 3.975), and history of complementary breastfeeding with incidence of stunting (OR = 5.160). Conclusion: History of ANC, history of exclusive breastfeeding and history of complementary breastfeeding are risk factors for stunting in the working area of Puskesmas Wara Kota Palopo in 2020.
