Abstract

Lansia merupakan populasi yang rentang terhadap masalah biologis, fisik, sosial ekonomi maupun mental dan akan mengalami peristiwa seperti pensiun, berkabung, dan cacat sehingga lansia tidak lagi produktif. Activity Daily Living adalah kegiatan rutin setiap hari untuk memenuhi kebutuhan diri. Tujuan penelian untuk mengetahui gambaran pemenuhan activity daily living di Pusat Pelayanan Sosial Lanjut Usia Mappakasunggu Kota Parepare.Metode penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang mendeskripsekan variabel penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan kuesioner. Dari 30 responden yang ada di Pusat Pelayanan Sosial Lanjut Usia Mappakasunggu Kota Parepare, berdasarkan hasil indeks katz dalam kategori mandiri meliputi mandi sebanyak 25 lansia, makan 29 lansia, berpakaian 28 lansia, berpindah sebanyak 26 lansia, toileting sebanyak26 lansia, kontinen sebanyak 24 lansia. Pada penelitian ini, Tingkat pemenuhan Activity Daily Living di Pusat Pelayanan Sosial Lanjut Usia Mappakasunggu Kota Parepare memiliki persentase tertinggi sebanyak 22 responden dengan kategori terpenuhi. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat melakukan penelitian yang lebih lanjut mengenai Activity Daily Living dan mungkin dapat meneliti mengenai pengaruh peran caregiver dalam tingkatkemandirian lansia dalam pemenuhan Activity Daily Living. Kata kunci : Lansia, Activity Daily Living, PPSLU.ABSTRACTElderly is a population that is vulnerable to biological, physical, socio-economic and mental problems and will experience events such as retirement, bereavement, and disability so that the elderly are no longer productive. Activity Daily Living is a routine activity every day to fulfill one’s needs. To find out an overview of fulfilling daily living activities at the Mappakasunggu Social Service Center for the Elderly, Parepare City. Research methoddescriptive design with a type of quantitative research that describes research variables, where data collection is in the form of distributing questionnaires. Based on the katz index results, the independent category includes 25 elderly bathing, 29 elderly eating, 28 elderly dressing, 26 elderly moving, 26 elderly toileting, 24 elderly continental. In this study, the level of fulfillment of Activity Daily Living at the Mappakasunggu Social Service Centerfor the Elderly in Parepare City had the highest percentage of 22 respondents in the fulfilled category. Future research is expected to be able to conduct further research on Activity Daily Living and maybe be able to examine the influence of the caregiver’s role on the level of independence of the elderly in fulfilling Activity Daily Living.Keywords : Elderly, Activity Daily Living, PPSLU.

Abstract

Balsem stick terbuat dari campuran minyak, lilin dan lemak dalam komposisi sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat menghasilkan titik lebur dan kekerasan sesuai dengan persyaratan. Jahe berkhasiat untuk mengatasi gangguan pencernaan yang berisiko untuk meredakan mual muntah pada wanita yang tengah hamil. Minyak atsiri pada jahe bisa digunanakan untuk kesehatan. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil dari ke tiga perbandingan formula yang ada didapatkan formula yang memiliki sediaan yang baik adalah sediaan dengan konsentrasi 10%. Dimana pada konsentrasi ini diperoleh hasil bau jahe yang menyengat, warna yang putih, memiliki bentuk yang semi padat serta homogenitas yang baik, dengan pH sediaan 7 dan tidak menimbulkan efek iritasi pada kulit.Kata Kunci : Balsem Stick, Jahe, Minyak Atsiri, Ibu HamilABSTRACTStick balm is made from a mixture of oil, wax and fat in such a composition that it can produce a melting point and hardness in accordance with the requirements. Ginger is efficacious for treating risky digestive disorders and for relieving nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. The essential oils in ginger can be used for health. In this study, the results obtained from the three existing formula comparisons showed that the formula that had a good preparation was the preparation with a concentration of 10%. Where at this concentration the result is a strong ginger odor, white color, semi-solid shape and good homogeneity, with a pH of 7 and does not cause irritation effects on the skin.Keywords: Balm Stick, Ginger, Essential Oils, Pregnant Women
