Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study and analyze the price and quality of services to spending decisions using financial products at Bank Syariah Mandiri, Padang Ulak Karang Branch Office.The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the regression analysis, multiple linear price variables and service quality towards spending decisions using award financing products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office of Padang Ulak Karang obtained Y = 16,284 + 0.472X1-0192 X2 + 0.229 X3-0.709 X4-0.161 X5 + 0.683 X6 + e.The results of this study only determine the price and empathy that is positive and significant to real decisions, reliability, responsiveness, guarantees are negatively related and not significant to decision making.Keywords: price, service quality and expenditure decisions.

Abstract

Problems that exist in PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Solok Sakato is lack of motivation, as well as the lack of employee working ability is suspected to be the cause of low employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Training on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Solok Sakato. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Solok Sakato. This research was conducted on September to October 2017 which amounted to 18 respondents, all employees are used as sample research, sampling technique using total sampling technique means that the whole population is sampled. The research instrument used questionnaire with Likert Scale model, while the data analysis technique is simple regression. The effect of correlation (R) is 0.463, that is, there is moderate and positive relationship between training to performance and determination coefficient value or R square (R2) 0,215 meaning tha0t training contribution to performance is 0,215 or 21,5% and equal to 78,5%. Impact of training on performance with regression equation Y = 46,591 + 0,407 x It means that every increase of value Training one unit then performance will increase 0,407 unit and vice versa if training value minus one unit then performance will decrease 0,407. Whereas if the value of training is assumed to be zero or absent, then the performance remains at 46,591 units. Training that has been given to employees at PT. Abstract

CV Rima bakery is a home-based bread company or can be referred to as SMEs (small and medium-sized businesses) that produce bread with a variety of types and flavors that are marketed throughout Padang City, this study aims to determine the effect of product quality, and brand image of consumers on purchasing decisions on bread Cv. Rima Bakery in Padang City. In testing this hypothesis using a t test with a significance level of 5%. Product Moment and Cronbach Alpha of consumer choice are used to measure validity and reliability, tests have been carried out that all variables show valid and reliable. The results of the partial test (t test) that the quality of the product there is a t value of 2.565 with a significant value of 0.11 when compared to t table, t-count is greater than t-table then it can be interpreted or show a significant value of 0.011> 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, brand image has a t value of 5.813 with a significant value of 0.00 when compared to t table, t-count is greater than t-table, it can be interpreted or show the value significant 0,000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: product quality, brand image, purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discover the role of independent commissioners and audit committees to improve financial performance both simultaneously and in part. The paper objects used were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2017, using a purposive sampling technique. Data on the company's annual financial statements and annual financial reports are obtained from the official website of the IDX. This paper was added in the study. The data analysis method used in this update is regression analysis in the data panel. This study uses the transition from Good Corporate Gorvernance, an independent board of commissioners and an audit board as an audit measure in this study. The results showed that the simultaneous independent board of commissioners had a significant effect on financial performance (ROA, ROE). The audit committee has a negative and not significant effect on financial performance (ROA, ROE).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine whether the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance on PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang units. This study uses quantitave methods, the population in this study were 50 employees of the production departement at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The sample technique used is saturated sampling technique, so that a sample of 50 people is obtained. Data retrieval is done by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The data analysis technique multiple regression. The result of the three variable tests show, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords : Motivation, Job Satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Jakarta International Hotels And Development.Tbk, which aims to determine the influence of promotion costs and the cost of administration against the price of staple inn. Using test tools Eviews 8, with secondary data from the years 2009-2018, quantitative research uses the data type of the time series. With the technique of multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and the test deteminasi (R2).The results of this study show that the Cost of Promotion significant positive effect on the financial performance of the Price of Staple Inn. So the hypothesis one in this study missed. It also happens in the variable Cost of Public Administration affect the financial performance of the Price of Staple Inn. So the hypothesis in this study positive significant. It can be seen from the results of t-Test showing the value prob is equal to 0.04 < alpha of 0.05. This means that the positive influence.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and communication on the performance of employees of PT Yeakin Plastic Industry in Batam City. The population of PT Yeakin Plastic Industry amounted to 230, and sample 146. The research method used was associative causal. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The results of the study say valid and reliable, normal and there is no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Partially, work discipline variables are stated to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance of 6,450 and partial communication variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at 6,036. Simultaneously, work and communication disciplines have a significant positive effect on employee performance at 154,882 and a significance level of 0,000. The conclusion of this study is that there are positive and significant influences on each independent variable on the dependent variables both partially and simultaneously. Keywords : Work Discipline, Communication, Performance

Abstract

Abstract              This research was conducted to prove the effect of work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of ASN in the Office of Community and Village Empowerment of West Sumatra Province. The Office of Community and Village Empowerment of West Sumatra Province was used as the population in this study. The sampling technique in which all members of the population are sampled is a total sampling of 49 samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire that was measured on a Likert scale. Furthermore, this study uses multiple linear regression analysis supported by the SPSS program. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office. There are 70 customers who have balances above Rp. 100,000,000 for the past 1 year with sample criteria, have been BTN customers for at least 3 years with a minimum age of 17 years at BTN Padang. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Furthermore, this study uses multiple linear regression analysis supported by the SPSS program. The results of the study indicate that communication, satisfaction, commitment and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of batara savings at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) tbk Padang Branch Office
