Jurnal Pundi ( E-ISSN: 2656-2278 ) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan platform bagi para peneliti mapan dan karier awal. Jurnal ini menerima penelitian- makalah berbasis dari bidang Manajemen, Akuntansi, dan Ilmu Ekonomi. Diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Keuangan, Perbankan dan Pembangunan Padang yang dapat digunakan oleh peneliti, dosen, dan mahasiswa di lingkungan kemenristekdikti RI. Jurnal ini diterbitkan 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, Maret, Juli dan November. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of SIMDA on the Quality of Financial Statements at the Health Service Unit UPT. This research is based on the results of testing of 110 respondents at the Health Service UPT. This study uses research respondents who are directly distributed and uses multiple linear regression techniques to test research data with the help of SPSS 25. This study uses SIMDA one dependent variable, namely: Quality of Financial Statements.     Fast traslate Icon translate Basically, every company has a goal to maintain the company and develop its business in order to obtain a return. In maintaining the company's return depends on how the company's ability to bear risk. The higher the risk taken, the greater the expected return received. The study was conducted to increase knowledge about the effect of leverage on return volatility. Population are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at the end of the 2018 observation period. The sample collection technique has been carried out using a purposive sampling method with 14 companies selected as samples. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis, in this method observations were made from 2014 - 2018 and obtained 70 observations. This study shows that leverage has a positive and significant effect on return volatility.

The role of human resources is very important in an organization, both for profit and non-profit organizations. The success of an organization is very important. influenced by the performance of an employee. This study aims to test emotional intelligence on employee performance, to test intellectual intelligence on employee performance, to test job satisfaction on employee performance. The sampling method uses a saturated total sampling of 30 samples, using normality testing and multiple linear regression. The results showed that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Intellectual intelligence has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

    Fast traslate Icon translate Employee performance is important to be considered by every organization because human beings, in this case employees are the main factors in the work process which in turn will make the overall performance of agencies take place properly. Performance can be seen from the achievements in achieving a certain target with a certain time. This study aims to examine the impact of the impact of work culture and work discipline on employee performance in the West Pasaman regional development planning office. The sampling technique used was saturated sample technique which is 60 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires. The analysis method is a multiple analysis method with the help of the SPSS application. The initial test is tested for validity to test the accuracy of the instrument being measured. With the results of the study indicate that work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Capital structure describes the company's permanent financing consisting of long-term debt and own capital. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of liquidity and profitability on capital structure. The study population is all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was 37 banking companies selected using the purposive sampling method with 3 years of observation, namely 2016-2018. The analytical method used is the panel regression method. Based on the hypothesis the results of the study indicate that liquidity has a negative effect on capital structure, and profitability has a positive and significant effect on capital structure.  Keywords: liquidity and profitability, capital structure

Abstract

Associated with an incraese in the bnottled drinking water industry, through changes to various drinking warer products issued in Padang Pariaman, causing increasingly fierce competition betwen producers. This study to aims to discuss the influence of brands and promotions on purchasing decision of bottled drinking water (AMDK) Aicos brands.This research uses quantitative research methods with a sample of 84 sample of sales data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regressios. The results obtained from this study were Y= 0.204 X1 + 0.461 X2. The result showed that promotion has the greatest.Participation compared to other independent and Promotional variabel on purchasing decisions.The results of study showed a positive and singification ownership variable on purchasing decision.Keywords: Equity, Promotion and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of interest rates and service quality partially and simultaneously on customer decisions using KUR credit at the Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol Branch of Padang City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling so that from the population a sample of 100 respondents was taken, the data collection method used was observation, questionnaire and literature review. From the t-test, the interest rate has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use credit KUR at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol, Padang City, tangible has no effect on the decision to use credit KUR at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol, Padang City, reliability has a positive and significant influence on the decision using KUR credit at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol of Padang City, responsiveness (X4) negatively and significantly affected the decision to use credit for credit at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol in Padang City, assurance had a positive and significant influence on the decision to use credit curses at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol Kota Padang and empaty did not affect the decision to use credit for credit at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol, Padang City. From the results of the F test, it is proved that the interest rate and service quality variables simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the decision to use credit curses at Bank Mandiri Imam Bonjol, Padang City.

Because at this time that the main key to winning a competition is to provide value and satisfaction to customers through the delivery of quality products and services at competitive prices. This customer satisfaction is determined by the quality of service, servicescape and trust gained by the customer.The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Service Quality, Servicescape and Trust on Customer Satisfaction at the Oasis Deyne Beauty House, based on the results of tests that have been done can be known 1. Tangible affects customer satisfaction, where it can be seen from the value of t-count more big of t-table value with small sign value of alpha value. 2. Empathy effect on customer satisfaction, where it can be seen from the t-value greater than the t-table value with a small sign value than the alpha value. 3. Reability does not affect customer satisfaction, where it can be seen from the t-count value is smaller than the t-table value with a large sign value from the alpha value. 4. Responsiveness has no effect on customer satisfaction, where it can be seen from the t-count value is smaller than the t-table value with a large sign value from the alpha value. 5. Servicsscape influences customer satisfaction, where it can be seen from the t-value greater than the t-table value with a small sign value from the alpha value. 6. Trust affects customer satisfaction, where it can be seen from the t-value greater than the t-table value with a small sign value from the alpha value.

This research method is a quantitative method, with 100 respondents as a sample to collect data through a questionnaire. The Likert scale is used with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the rice field duck restaurant.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Issuing stock is one of the choices of the company when deciding to fund the company. Stock is an investment instrument that has been chosen by many investors because the stock is able to provide an attractive level of profit. This study is intended to examine the impact of dividend policy on return volatility in companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. The sample collection technique has been carried out using a purposive sampling method and based on predetermined criteria, 23 companies have been selected as samples. Data on the company's financial statements have been obtained from the official website of idx. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis with the help of E-Views 8 application. The initial test is to test the chow-test to decide whether the pooled least square or fixed effect method is used and the hausman-test to decide whether the fixed effect or random effect method can be used. The results showed that the dividend payout ratio (dpr) had a positive and significant effect on volatility of return dividend yield (dy) had a negative and significant effect on volatility return. Keywords: Dividend Payout Ratio, Dividend Yield, Return Volatility ABSTRAKMenerbitkan saham merupakan salah satu pilihan perusahaan ketika memutuskan untuk pendanaan perusahaan. saham merupakan instrument investasi yang banyak dipilih para investor karena saham mampu memberikan tingkat keuntungan yang menarik . Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji dampak kebijakan dividen terhadap volatilitas return pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi adalah semua perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Teknik pengumpulan sampel telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, 23 perusahaan telah dipilih sebagai sampel. Data laporan keuangan perusahaan diperoleh dari situs resmi idx. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan aplikasi E-Views 8. Tes awal adalah menguji chow-test untuk memutuskan apakah metode pooled least square atau fixed effect digunakan dan uji hausman-test untuk memutuskan apakah metode fixed effect atau random effect dapat digunakan. Hasil penelitian membuktikam variabel dividend payout ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volatilitas return dan dividend yield berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap volatiltas return.Kata Kunci : Dividend Payout Ratio, Dividend Yield, Return Volatility
