Jurnal Pundi ( E-ISSN: 2656-2278 ) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan platform bagi para peneliti mapan dan karier awal. Jurnal ini menerima penelitian- makalah berbasis dari bidang Manajemen, Akuntansi, dan Ilmu Ekonomi. Diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Keuangan, Perbankan dan Pembangunan Padang yang dapat digunakan oleh peneliti, dosen, dan mahasiswa di lingkungan kemenristekdikti RI. Abstract

The current development of business competition in Indonesia is very tight, which makes companies do various ways to attract consumers to buy their products. This study aims to determine whether the location of the store and brand image influence consumer buying interest in the Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus, by using data collection methods in the form of a questionnaire of 160 respondents. In analyzing the data using validity, reliability, and classic assumption tests, namely normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. While for testing the hypothesis, namely the F test, T test, R2 determinant coefficient using SPSS tools. The results of the tests conducted found that the location of the store had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest and the brand image also had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the mechanism of Good Corporate Governance And Leverage On Banking Financial Performance. the population is a banking company registered on the IDX in 2016, which is 43 companies. The sample collection technique has been done using a purposive sampling method and based on predetermined criteria, 8 companies have been selected as samples. The company's financial report data has been obtained from the official IDX website. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis with the help of E-Views 8. The initial test is to test the Chow-Test to decide whether the Pooled Least Square method or Fixed Effect is used; and the Hausman-Test test to decide whether the Fixed Effect or Random Effect method can be used. The results showed that Managerial Ownership variables have a positive and not significant effect on financial performance that is proxy by ROA, the board of directors has a positive and significant effect on financial performance (ROA), leverage has a positive and not significant effect on financial performance (ROA).

Abstract

The phenomenon that exists in preparing financial statements of MSMEs is still experiencing problems. Small and medium enterprises think that it is quite difficult and need to be given training or assistance in preparing financial reports in accordance with the standards. The development of MSMEs in Indonesia is still faced with a variety of problems, causing weak competitiveness of imported products, problems, global crisis, low education, lack of accounting skills, perception that accounting is not important in business, the perception that accounting is too complicated to do there is no separation of personal funds and funds used in business processes. This research is expected that small and medium enterprises understand the preparation of financial reports in accordance with financial accounting standards. The sample in this study was 93 MSME respondents at the Cooperative and UMKM Office. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of his research stating the provision of information and socialization as well as the size of the business had a positive and significant effect on the understanding of SAK-ETAP in the city of Batam.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            For the purpose of this study namely, to analyze the effect  of product quality, and brand image, on the purchasing decisions of the oppo brand handphone at the Max-Indo Padang shop. The population in this study is, all consumers who had bought the oppo brand mobile in the Max-Indo store in Padang City. Which numbered 1,836 people, while for the study sample were 100 respondents. The sample technique  used is, purposive sampling method by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression and statistical test T. The result of the study show that the product quality variable has a significance value of 0.034 and the brand image has a significance influence of 0.000. then the product quality, and brand image variables have a significant influence on the purchase decisions of the Oppo brand mobile phone at the Max-indo Padang shop. Keyword : Product Quality, Brand Image, and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of product quality, location and price on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. The population in this study were all consumers who made purchases at the Kinol Bistro N ’Poll cafe in Padang City totaling 2,446. while the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method, namely by taking samples based on certain criteria. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression, and statistical T test. The results showed that the variables of product quality, price and location had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kinol Bistro N 'Poll Cafe in Padang City. Abstract

The survey conducted by Top Brand Indonesia obtained the latest data in 2016 indicates that the interest of saving customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri low is no exception in Bank Syariah Mandiri branch of Ulak Karang. It can certainly be influenced by various things, namely whether the quality of services provided by employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri is still less satisfactory, the promotion made by Bank Syariah Mandiri is still less attractive, and still decreased the level of customer confidence in Bank Syariah Mandiri.From the results that researchers do can be concluded that the quality of service, trust and promotion influence together on the interest of customers in saving. For the quality of service and promotion have a significant and positive impact on the interest of customers in saving but in the trust does not have a significant and negative impact on interest of customers in saving.

Abstract

This research was conducted on customers at PT. BRI Painan Branch Tapan Unit. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of physical evidence, reliability, response, assurance and empathy on customer satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. The object of this research is PT. BRI Painan Branch Tapan Unit. The sampling method used is incidental sampling and the data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis, test the validity, reliability and hypothesis testing with the t test and test f. The results of the physical evidence research t count> t table so that the physical evidence has an effect on customer satisfaction, the results of reliability research t count> t table so that reliability has an effect on customer satisfaction, the results of the research t count> t table so that the responses affect the customer satisfaction, the results of the research guarantee t count> t table so that shows that collateral affects customer satisfaction, the results of empirical research t count > t table so that it shows empathy affects customer satisfaction and the results of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. f count > f table so that it shows physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy that have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Performance in an organization is considered important to achieve the goals and objectives set by the organization. To achieve such a professional performance in the police organization, especially on the Satrkrim Polresta Padang as which has been regulated by law, motivation is needed for each of its members. In all the national police organizations without exception and especially Sat Reskrim Polresta Padang has adopted a democratic leadership style which is based on eleven principles of Ki Hajar Dewantara. The variables described in the study are motivation (X1), leadership style (X2), work environment (X3) and employee performance (Y). The hypothesis described by the researcher is 1) the effect of motivation on performance, 2) the influence of leadership style on performance and 3) the influence of the work environment on performance. Based on the results of the study, the authors get conclusions which between motivation and leadership style both have a significant and positive effect on the performance of police members while for the work environment researchers get negative and not significant results on the performance of police members, especially members of the Sat Reskrim Polresta Padang.

Abstract

ABSTRACK The decline in the purchasing power of the public, as seen from the decline in the growth of Trade, Services and Investment sector in the retail sector subsector Retail sub-sector condition has been 2.5 years underperformance This study aims to test whether the influence of Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) free cash flow and profitability to leverage. Population in this research is Trade Company, Services & Investment, retail subsector, which is listed on BEI. period 2014-2016, ie as many as 23 Companies. Using the technique of porposive sampling, the sample in this study were 15 companies. Data analysis technique that is regersion analysis by using moderating variable. From the test results, showed that the Free cash flow has a significant effect on leverage, which is indicated from the significance value> 0.05 is 0.018. Profitability has a significant effect on firm leverage which is shown from significance value> 0.05 ie 0.000. IOS does not affect the relationship between free cash flow and leverage, as indicated by the significance value of IOS interaction with free cash flow <0.05 is 0.053. And IOS Set affects the relationship between Profitability with leverage shown from the significance value of IOS interaction with Profitability> 0.05 is 0.044 Keywords: free cash flow, profitability, leverage, IOS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Kualitas Produk, Price Fairness, Citra Merek, dan Brand Communication terhadap Loyalitas Merek handphone merek Samsung dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan populasi adalah seluruh masyarakat yang memiliki dan menggunakan handphone Samsung yang memenuhi syarat sebabagai responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Secara simultan variabel  Kualitas Produk, Price Fairness, Citra Merek dan Brand Communication  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan  dan Loyalitas Merek. (2). Secara parsial variabel Kualitas Produk, dan Price Fairness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Merek. Sedangkan variabel Citra Merek, Brand Communication dan Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Merek.
