Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial motivation, self-confidence, and creativity on the entrepreneurial interest of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tridinanti University. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative methods using primary and secondary data sources. The population consists of all students from the Faculty of Economics and Business who are currently taking the Entrepreneurship Practicum course. The sampling technique is a saturated sample and a sample of 200 respondents. The research results obtained simultaneously showed a significant influence between entrepreneurial motivation, self-confidence, and creativity on entrepreneurial interest where sig. 0.000 and there is also a partial influence on entrepreneurial motivation, self-confidence, and creativity. Meanwhile, self-confidence is the most dominant variable influencing entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of compound brand image and social media to students decision (case study on University o Muhammadiyah Aceh students). This study applies causality-explanatory approach, with primary data in thr form of  217 students perception as individual research object. The method of data collection is survey using questionaire. To analyze the data is used Partial Least Square with second order. The result indicate that compound brand image and social media have significant effect to student decision choosing Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh. Compound brand image has a greater effect than social media, in influencing students decision to choose Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh.

Abstract

Sistem pembayaran online, transfer/pengiriman uang dan e-commerce menjadikan FinTech sebagai kompetitor utama perbankan saat ini yang didukung oleh kesiapan penerimaan dan penggunaan telepon seluler di Indonesia. Pembahasan mengenai adopsi FinTech menjadi hal yang sangat menarik saat ini. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh relative advantage, compability, complexity, triability dan observability terhadap keputusan mengadopsi Sistem Pembayaran pada FinTech. Teori Difusi Inovasi digunakan sebagai acuan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik purposive sampling kepada 100 responden milenial yang ada di Indonesia. Teknik analisis regresi berganda dilakukan menggunakan SPSS-24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, triability dan observability berpengaruh terhadap keputusan mengadopsi Sistem Pembayaran pada FinTech. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pembayaran yang dapat dilakukan secara online dan melalui smartphone membuat generasi melenial akan lebih memilih bertransaksi menggunakan fintech pembayaran dibandingkan menggunakan uang tunai. Dikarenakan banyaknya keuntungan yang didapatkan dengan bertransaksi menggunakan pembayaran digital selain lebih efektif dan efisien.
