Abstract

Informasi dan teknologi membuat masyarakat semakin sadar akan kebutuhannya, termasuk kebutuhan akan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas. Dalam mengimplementasikan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik, tidak terlepas dari kontribusi kinerja pegawai. Beberapa penelitian yang telah dilakukan menempatkan motivasi dan kompetisi sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam apakah terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi dan kompetensi khususnya pada kantor imigrasi sebagai garda terdepan dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsi keimigrasian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Sukabumi dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 21,29%. Koefisien regresi yang bernilai positif ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi maka akan semakin tinggi pula kinerja. Kemudian kompetensi juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Sukabumi dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 55,88%. Koefisien regresi yang bernilai positif ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi akan membuat kinerja semakin baik.  Motivasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Sukabumi. Oleh karena itu, motivasi dan kompetensi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Semakin tinggi motivasi dan kompetensi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi dan kompetensi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 77,17% terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of capital structure in mediating the influence of firm size and profitability on company value. This research uses secondary data with a population of 43 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the observation year 2018-2022.The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling with multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis methods.The results of this research show that firm size, profitability as proxied by return on equity have a positive and significant influence on capital structure, firm size has a negative and significant influence on firm value, profitability as proxied by return on equity and capital structure have a positive and significant influence on value. company, capital structure is able to mediate the influence of firm size on company value and capital structure is not able to mediate the influence of profitability on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of service quality and price on GoFood purchase decisions on general users of GoJek app services in Palembang City. GoFood applications are currently in high demand by many consumers or the public. This is because lifestyle changes are all practical, flexible, and more efficient. This study discusses the Palembang city community in the use of GoFood application services that are seen as quality of service (X1) and price (X2) against purchase decisions (Y), with the spread of questionnaires of as many as 100 respondents. The results will be collected is then analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study show that, there is a positive and partial significance between the quality of service variable by purchase decision, and the price variable by purchase decision, There is a positive and significant simultaneous effect of service quality and price on GoFood purchase decisions in Palembang. This means that the people of Palembang will increase the purchase of food and drinks through GoFood application services.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of system quality and service quality on customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions with the brand image as a mediating variable: a study of online food delivery in Medan. . The method used in this research is the quantitative method with the population of all people in Medan City who actively use online food delivery applications (Shopee Food, GrabFood, and GoFood). The data collection technique used purposive sampling of 100 samples. The data analysis test technique used in this study is to use a variance-based structural equation model (SEM) with partial least square (PLS) by testing the outer model and inner model. This study succeeded in finding partial mediation of system quality through the brand image on service quality for users of online food delivery applications in Medan City, while the brand image variable was unable to mediate system quality on repurchase intentions. The results also show a positive and significant effect of system quality on service quality, customer satisfaction on repurchase intentions, brand image on service quality, and brand image on repurchase intentions on the use of online food delivery applications in Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, kejelasan kontrak, keadilan prosedural dan keterhubungan terhadap tata kelola relasional, pengaruh tata kelola relasional terhadap kinerja aliansi, serta pengaruh turbulensi pasar sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan tata kelola relasional dan kinerja aliansi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 100 responden yang merupakan manajemen perusahaan yang beraliansi dengan Balai Pengelola Kereta Api Ringan Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarluaskan kuesioner melalui Google Forms dan data diolah dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keadilan prosedural dan keterhubungan berpengaruh terhadap tata kelola relasional, selanjutnya tata kelola relasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aliansi. Pada penelitian ini juga didapatkan bahwa kepercayaan dan kejelasan kontrak tidak berpengaruh terhadap tata kelola relasional dan turbulensi pasar tidak memoderasi hubungan antara tata kelola relasional terhadap kinerja aliansi. Implikasi penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa pentingnya memperhatikan aspek-aspek seperti keadilan prosedural dan keterhubungan dalam menjalankan aliansi bisnis, karena faktor-faktor ini dapat secara signifikan memengaruhi tata kelola relasional dan akhirnya kinerja aliansi

Abstract

iGeneration or commonly known as Generation Z understands the importance of financial management, but there are still many who can’t do it well. This is because currently there are life trends in Generation Z, namely You Only Live Once (YOLO) and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) which can effect their financial management. Financial management should be well implemented starting from the younger generation who have entered productive age or Generation Z. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle, gender and education on financial management of Generation Z. This study uses quantitative research methods with primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The population of this study is Generation Z who already have an income and live on Java Island. This study uses 135 respondents taken using purposive sampling technique. This study uses statistical and descriptive analysis techniques with Partial Least Square (PLS) and Independent Sample t Test. The result of this study shows that financial literacy and education have a significant positive effect on financial management of Generation Z. Lifestyle has a significant negative effect on financial management of Generation Z. There is no difference in financial management between men and women in Generation Z.

Abstract

In this era of development, companies are competing to have employees who have capable performance, such as leadership attitudes, effective communication, work culture, work environment, performance, organizational effectiveness, work enthusiasm and work ethic. So that good performance in the organization will be created. This research is descriptive qualitative research. By using literature study research methods from scientific journals. The results of this research show that there are factors that influence individuals in organizing professionally. And from this research it can be concluded that the factors that influence professional organizations include leadership, effective communication, work culture, work environment, performance, organizational effectiveness, work enthusiasm and work ethic which aims to achieve goals in the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage, Activity, and Profitability on the Financial Distress of Energy Sector Companies. The variables studied include Liquidity, Leverage, Activity, and Profitability. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling, namely applying certain criteria and eliminating the population according to research needs. The sample used is 47 companies. The data required is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange through the website www.idx.co.id and related company websites. The data collection method used is the documentation method. The results of the study simultaneously show that the variables of liquidity, leverage, activity, and profitability have an effect on financial distress. Partial research shows that the liquidity variable has an effect on financial distress, the leverage variable has an effect on financial distress, the activity variable has no effect on financial distress, and the profitability variable has an effect on financial distress.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a type of promotion that is currently widely used by the public to support the various needs and needs that they carry out. The utilization of information gathering and promotion techniques through digital marketing can encourage someone to visit a tourist attraction or even to complete a transaction. This study aims to examine the impact of digital marketing on tourists' visiting decisions in the Cisema area. The research we use is of an exploratory type. This research was conducted at the Cisema tourist attraction, Sumedang district, to produce respondent data from 100 respondents. Using a nonprobability sampling method and also using a purposive sampling technique. Data was taken by distributing questionnaires and literature studies by processing data using SPSS version 25.0 through the stages of validity, reliability, coefficient of determination test, F-test table, T-test table, and also using path analysis techniques. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that digital marketing has a significant influence on the decision to visit tourists. It is hoped that the promotion and participation of the community and the government will be further enhanced and the government can facilitate the internet for the community and the government together to carry out promotions regarding tourist attractions in the Cisema area

Abstract

National Online Shopping Day has become a phenomenon that attracts public interest in shopping through online platforms. National Online Shopping Day is an annual event that involves ownership and highlighting through online platforms that are often held in certain countries or regions, so that a number of e-commerce sites and online stores provide massive discounts, targeted promotions, and other special offers to customers. This study aimed to analyze the mediating role of price sensitivity in linking factors such as subjective norms, behavior, brand love, brand advocacy, and purchase intent during National Online Shopping Day. This study used quantitative research with descriptive analysis techniques using WARP-PLS. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling techniques. The sample of this study was 149 users of National Online Shopping Day in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. The results of this study showed that subjective norms had no effect on attitudes. In addition, subjective norms influence purchase intent, brand love, and brand advocacy. The role of attitude also influences purchase intent and brand love. Brand love influences purchase intent and brand advocacy, as does the role brand advocacy plays in influencing purchase intent. The role of price sensitivity is also quite large but is not able to moderate the relationship between subjective norms to attitudes
