Many people have died of sudden heart attacks. The role of a specialist doctor is very necessary to overcome this, but the role of the doctor is also bumped due to limitations in terms of numbers and hours worked. In addition, in general, people with heart disease often ignore and do not understand the causes and symptoms of heart disease. Most patients are reluctant to have their heart health checked because they are constrained by expensive medical expenses, as well as a lack of service to patients. In the process of consulting for heart disease, the patient must come to the hospital and do an examination in person which of course must go through a series of procedures starting from registration onwards to get results. To overcome this problem, an expert system application is needed for the early diagnosis of heart disease. The purpose of this study was to build a web-based system of heart disease diagnosis expert applications. This expert system application uses the Hybrid Case Base method which is a combination of the Rule-Based Reasoning (RBR) and Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) systems. The RBR system and the CBR system have their advantages and disadvantages. The analysis and design of the systems used are UML and Entity Relationship Diagrams. In this expert system application, patients will consult by answering several questions about the symptoms of heart disease displayed by the system by checking the symptoms they experience. Then the system will provide diagnostic results based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. The results of this study can diagnose the type of heart disease experienced by patients and their treatment solutions and what percentage of the patient is likely to suffer from the disease quickly

News is a medium of daily information usually obtained by the public. The news consists of a lot of information in it and is composed of sentence structures. Each language is unique with its own sentence structure, like Indonesian and other foreign languages. But nowadays, many media mix Indonesian with foreign languages, making the sentence structure different from Bahasa Indonesia. To classify these words, Part Of Speech Tagging needed to determine the class of words composed of sentences by learning from the Corpus of each language. With the new sentence structure, POS Tagger requires a larger Corpus to learn. The language structure can determine the results of tagging from the POS Tagger. If there are words that are not in the Corpus, it can reduce the accuracy of the POS Tagger. We conducted to enhance the research results by adding data with a different sentence structure from the Indonesian Language Corpus using sentences from online media. Added about 242 sentences with 7,043 tokens on Corpus focused on Foreign Word tags, which total 3819 tags. After doing some testing and scenarios, the results of the accuracy of POS Tagger show an accuracy of 94.7% using the Hidden Markov Model method with the F1-Score tag FW 78%.

The existence of garbage from day to day has always increased. In 2019, waste in Indonesia reached 98 million tons. Problems that arise because management of waste that is not done well, can hinder waste management. It is necessary to create a system that can sort waste according to its type so that the grouping of waste becomes more practical and the recycling process can be done easily. In this research, inorganic waste sorting robot was created that can be used as an automatic trash can that can sort and place inorganic waste according to its type. This system works by involving an inductive proximity sensor to detect metal waste and a light dependent resistor sensor equipped with a laser to detect metal waste, paper and plastic waste. From the results of testing on the tool, the accuracy of the detection of waste types for metal waste, paper waste and plastic waste is 84%, 88% and 90%, respectively. While the average response time of the non-organic waste sorting robot in detecting each type of waste is 2.15028 seconds for metal waste, 2.15014 seconds for paper waste and 2.15028 seconds for plastic waste

The large number of data set attributes from the data grouping process with K-Means Clustering can affect the number of iterations produced. In this research, Eigen Vector is used to perform feature selection on the data set. The selected data set is then clustered using K-Means Clustering. The data set used in this research is the Wine Quality Dataset obtained from the UCI Machine Learning Repository, with 11 attributes, 4898 data records and 7 attribute classes. Then the South German Credit Dataset was obtained from kaggle.com with 20 attributes, 1000 data records and 2 attribute classes. The results of this research indicate that the number of iterations obtained from the comparison of tests using K-Means without feature selection is that in the Wine Quality Dataset, 11 iterations are obtained, and in the South German Credit Dataset, there are 10 iterations. Meanwhile, K-Means with Eigen Vector feature selection obtained the number of iterations in the Wine Quality Dataset with a total of 5 iterations, and in the South German Credit Dataset with a total of 4 iterations. Clustering evaluation was calculated using Sum of Square Error (SSE). The SSE value in K-Means Clustering without feature selection from the Wine Quality Dataset is 678.5735, while in the South German Credit Dataset it is 1534.3167. While the K-Means Clustering with Eigen Vector from the Wine Quality Dataset is 383.0517, and the South German Credit Dataset is 469.0698. From the results of the proposed method is able to reduce the percentage of errors and minimize the number of iterations on K-Means Clustering with feature selection using Eigen Vector

Fire is one of the tragedies that cannot be predicted, besides being unwanted by the community, fires are also often uncontrolled when the fire has started to grow. Fire incidents are very dangerous and disrupt people's lives. Many types of fire detection devices have developed recently to minimize the occurrence of material losses and fatalities that provide a sense of security for the users of these detectors, but there are still some things that need to be added to this detector in order to reduce the number of material losses and victims. soul, the researcher wants to design a tool with a working system when the fire sensor detects the fire value and the gas sensor detects the gas value, the sensor sends data to the NodeMCU. Furthermore, NodeMCU will send a message in the form of a notification in the form of the complete address of the owner of the house where the fire occurred as input into the program sketch. A notification is sent to the Tanjungbalai City Fire Department operator and the buzzer will turn on and the LED will light up

The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Asahan Regency provides a freelance daily worker contract extension (THL) which is carried out once a year. Previously, the labor contract extension process was carried out by the head of the personnel sub-section directly in the field and then proposed to the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) for approval. Then the BKD Office of Asahan Regency gave a contract extension letter to be distributed to contract extension workers who deserved to be extended the contract through the head of the civil service sub-section of the Asahan Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. However, with the number of proposals and the many criteria used in the assessment, this makes it difficult for the Dinas to make decisions about who is entitled to apply for an extension of their work contract. The solution to the problem of extending the contract for casual daily workers (THL) at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Asahan Regency is by making a decision support system for extending the contract for casual daily workers using the SAW method.

In children's mental retardation, sometimes the child's parents cannot directly consult with a psychiatric specialist because of the limited time in carrying out activities in the hospital and the high cost. Advances in expert systems can overcome this problem, namely by designing a web-based computer system that is integrated with databases and programming languages such as PHP-MySQL so that it can help patients with mental retardation to diagnose the disorder. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based expert system for diagnosing mental disorders. The application of the expert system in this decision making uses the Bayes method, in probability theory and statistics, the Bayes theorem is a theorem with two different interpretations. In Bayes' interpretation, this theorem states how far the degree of subjective belief must change rationally when there are new clues. to get a diagnosis. The result of the implementation of the system is that the system provides choices in the form of symptoms that must be answered by the patient's parents based on the symptoms experienced by the patient and the results of the process the system will provide information on the mental retardation he experienced in order to get a solution with the handler

Diseases or disorders in pregnancy can cause death, especially for pregnant women and babies. This will also affect the infant mortality rate. Diseases that attack a woman's womb cannot be considered trivial and require the intervention of an expert, while an expert for this disease is still rare and certainly requires no small cost. In creating experts (human experts), it takes a relatively long time and costs are not small. One alternative effort to overcome this need is to create a web-based intelligent system. In this study, an expert system will be developed that can be used as a means to carry out early diagnosis of pregnancy diseases. The application of the system is equipped with a certainty factor calculation method that aims to show the level of confidence in the diagnostic results. From the symptoms experienced there is a 20% certainty level and for toxoplasma there are 80% that the patient has gestational anemia.

Aquaculture in Asahan Regency still has high potential. The large number of residents who have vacant locations/land, becomes a good potential to be managed. The problem that is often faced is that residents have difficulty in determining the type of fresh or brackish water fish to be cultivated. The Asahan District Government through the Asahan District Fisheries Service has launched a program to increase the production of fresh and brackish water fish. To support this program, residents are expected to be able to take advantage of the potential of existing ponds. Therefore we need a system that can be used to assist the government in determining the types of fish farming that have potential. The purpose of this freshwater fish farming decision support system can provide information about the types of freshwater fish seeds, as well as assist farmers in making decisions about freshwater fish seeds. The research approach uses quantitative methods with program design using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of calculations using pairwise comparison matrices for the use of criteria indicate that the most important priority is shown in the water temperature of 0.39, the second priority is water brightness of 0.41, the third priority is the pH of the water at 0.10, the fourth priority is the type of pond at 0.066, and the fifth priority is The pond area is 0.041. Meanwhile, for alternative uses, data is obtained, namely the weight of the highest value of Fishery Cultivation Potential, namely Rawang Panca Arga with a value of 0.6224, the second alternative is Bandar Pulau with a value of 0.6215 and the third alternative is Bandar Pasir Mandoge with a value of 0.575

Giving rewards to employees is one way to increase morale and improve performance for employees who excel. At the District Financial and Asset Management Agency. Asahan in choosing the best employees, the workload cannot be used as the only reference for the awarding of these rewards. However, there are several criteria that are also considered in giving rewards. So we need a decision support system to help the selection of the best employees. Temporary employees who are in government agencies have a percentage of 10% of the total number of registered employees. Every year, honorary employees renew their contract letters to continue their work. This is the basis for giving rewards or bonuses so that honorary employees are motivated to work and give the best results in carrying out and assisting civil servants in the government environment. The process of giving this reward was previously carried out manually, which is based on only one criterion, namely only from attendance. This makes it difficult to make decisions about the best honorary employees who are entitled to receive rewards. This consideration process is considered ineffective due to the different workloads of each honorary employee. To overcome the existing problems, we need a system in the form of a decision support system. It is hoped that this research will be able to determine the three best employees who are entitled to rewards in accordance with the performance criteria by calculating each weight of the criteria that have been set.
