<![CDATA[Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berupa pelatihan dalam pembuatan aplikasi macro untuk surat masuk dan keluar dalam meningkatkan pelayanan desa khususnya bagian administrasi di bagian pengolahan data ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap dari pihak balai desa. Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah seluruh perangkat desa tanah rakyat Kecamatan Pulo Bandring. Kegiatan penerapan aplikasi macro ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan penggunaan macro VBA yang digunakan untuk proses pembuatan data surat masuk dan keluar yang ada di balai desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, demonstrasi aplikasi yang akan digunakan dan tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep tentang aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu Macro VBA. Metode demonstrasi untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahapan-tahapan dari setiap kegiatan dan mempraktikkannya, sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta berkonsultasi dalam mengatasi kendala yang terjadi dalam penerapan dan penggunakan aplikasi.Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan perangkar desa agar lebih profesional dalam membuat surat masuk dan keluar secara efektif dan efisien dalam penguasan IPTEKS, sehingga dapat mempermudah proses penerapan aplikasinya.]]>

<![CDATA[UD Dunia Sakti Kisaran is a business engaged in the sale of Yamaha motorcycles. Existing activities in the company include stock purchase transactions and sales transactions. The problem that occurs in the company is that stock purchase transactions often have difficulty in determining how much stock to buy for the next period. This results in frequent shortages of stock or even a lot of stock remaining so that it cannot meet customer needs and the accumulation of goods in the warehouse for a long period of time. Sales predictions made by the company are only based on estimates, resulting in increased storage in the warehouse, and increased maintenance costs. To meet consumer needs, the company has not used a mathematical model in estimating the amount of demand for Yamaha motorcycles in the future. Problems like this make activities at UD Dunia Sakti Kisaran less effective in the process of selling and buying stock. To overcome this, a forecasting system is made using the web-based Weighted Moving Average (WMA) method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The forecasting system that is designed can provide convenience in forecasting sales of Yamaha motorcycles at UD Dunia Sakti Kisaran in the coming period using the Weighted Moving Average method. By using the WMA method, the average error results obtained for the types of Yamaha NMAX, VIXION, LEXI, XSR, FREEGO and GEAR motorcycles are with an error rate or MAPE value ranging from 19.22%-31.11%, meaning that the model's capability the resulting forecast is feasible/adequate.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: The Hope Family Program is a program that provides cash assistance to Very Poor Households (RTSM). In return, RTSM is required to meet requirements related to efforts to improve the quality of human resources, namely education and health. Hopefully the Family of Hope Program is expected to reduce the burden of spending on poor families in the short term and break the chain of poverty in the long term. Data mining is an analysis step of the knowledge discovery process in the database using the C4.5 Algorithm. The C4.5 algorithm will form a decision tree which can later be used as a basis for consideration in determining the eligibility of the Family Hope Program recipients. The purpose of this research is to help determine the eligibility of the Family Hope Program recipients. The limitations of this study are using data that will be implemented in making applications with Visual Basic .NET 2010. The research method uses quantitative methods, where the research is descriptive, refers to data and utilizes existing the ories as supporting materials. From the results of this study, a system that can help facilitate the determination of eligibility for the Family Hope Program recipient will be made. Sebagai imbalannya RTSM diwajibkan memenuhi persyaratan terkait dengan upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, yaitu pendidikan dan kesehatan. Program Keluarga Harapan diharapkan dapat mengurangi beban pengeluaran keluarga miskin dalam jangka pendek serta memutus rantai kemiskinan dalam jangka panjang. Data mining merupakan langkah analisis terhadap proses penemuan pengetahuan didalam basis data dengan menggunakan Algoritma C4.5. Algoritma C4.5 akan membentuk pohon keputusan yang nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam penentuan kelayakan penerima Program Keluarga Harapan. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu penentuan kelayakan penerima Program Keluarga Harapan. Adapun batasan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan data yang akan diimplementasikan dalam pembuatan aplikasi dengan Visual Basic .NET 2010. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dimana penelitian bersifat deskripsi, mengacu pada data dan memanfaatkan teori yang ada sebagai bahan pendukung. Dari hasil penelitian ini maka akan dibuat sebuah sistem yang mampu membantu mempermudah dalam penentuan kelayakan penerima Program Keluarga Harapan. <![CDATA[There are so many diseases caused by the female sex organs, one of which is vulvovaginitis. People's ignorance about the existence of Vulvovaginitis disease makes them not know the cause of this disease and how to prevent this disease and provide the right solution to deal with this disease. The purpose of this research is to build and design an expert system application to diagnose vulvovaginitis in women and to find out the right solution for vulvovaginitis in women based on the symptoms experienced by using the Dempster Shafer method. For calculations using the Dempster Shafer method, a measurement is carried out, each phenomenon is translated into several problem components, variables and indicators. Each determined variable is measured by providing numerical symbols, assigning a weight value (Belief, Plausibility) for each symptom in vulvovaginitis disease and mathematical calculation techniques can be carried out to diagnose vulvovaginitis disease for a symptom, so as to produce a generally accepted conclusion in a parameter. The result of this study is that the application of an expert system for diagnosing vulvovaginitis can identify the disease and symptoms of vulvovaginitis with the Dempster Shafer method by calculating the trust value of an expert on the symptoms entered. It is hoped that this research will help the public to find out Vulvovaginitis in women and provide the right solution to overcome it.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the business world has entered a new era, where more and more new companies and competing companies in the service,commerce,and manufacturing sectors. The higher the level of customer education, the indirectly the customer will be critical and careful in determining his choice. In this situation, the company should not only rely on the products produced, but the company must also establish a good relationship to every loyal customer then the customer will be loyal to the company. UD Ulong Pian is engaged in sales and services such as the sale of sewing or convection tools, fabrics, home décor equipment and the sale of café tents or tent making services in accordance with customer demand. The problem that occurs in UD Ulong Pian is, the sales process at UD Ulong Pian is still selling conventionally, there are no facilities that help customers to get information, convey assessments of products and also have difficulty in the process of processing and storing customer data that has made buying and selling transactions. This research leverages CRM features that aim to help ud Ulong Pian's service systems attract new customers and retain old customers and expand the sales system. The application is created using php and MySQL programming languages as a database server. With this system is expected to improve the marketing system, sales, service and utilization of Customer Relationship Management has a positive influence on customer loyalty so as to keep customers loyal to UD Ulong Pian.]]>

<![CDATA[During this pandemic, the need for mobile phones is increasing, especially in education. However, social circles are also increasing because all activities are mostly on cellphones. The many types of cellphones at this time have resulted in many consumers who are confused about buying a cellphone according to what they want. In addition, there are also consumers who want a cellphone with high / good specifications but at an affordable price. In the sale of cellphones, it was found that consumers had difficulties with the desired product, namely the many types of cellphones with the latest specifications, consumers wanted cellphones with good specifications and low prices. Then a decision-making system was made at the Joint Celluler store to assist in determining the best cellphone according to consumer needs. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method by applying the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method of SPK, which is a multi-attribute decision-making method. This multi-attribute decision-making technique is used to support decision-makers in choosing between several alternatives. Therefore, a Decision Support System was built to determine the best cellphone so that the process of selecting a cellphone is more effective and makes it easier for consumers to get the cellphone they want. So that the application of the SMART method is able to produce decisions that are free from leadership interference in the selection of the best cellphone and will be more objective.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak: Isu demografi tentang usia harapan hidup bagi lanjut usia di Indonesia sangat berpengaruh terhadap permasalahan yang timbul, hal ini tidak hanya secara kuantitas jumlah lanjut usia bertambah, tetapi juga karena kerentanannya lansia (lanjut usia) perlu diperhatikan dan dilindungi. Berdasarkan kenyataan tersebut, pemerintah mengambil peran yang sangat diperlukan dalam upaya mengurangi kemiskinan para lanjut usia terlantar dalam bentuk bantuan sosial. Pemberian bantuan sosial yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kota Tanjungbalai. Instansi tersebut memberikan bantuan sosial kepada lansia berupa uang tunai. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah ketika kuota pemberian bantuan sosial yang diberikan lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan calon penerima bantuan. Sehingga sulitnya Dinas Sosial Kota Tanjungbalai menyeleksi proposal untuk menentukan lansia yang akan diberikan bantuan sosial. Mengatasi tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang membantu pihak Dinas Sosial Kota Tanjungbalai dalam memberikan keputusan. Adapun metode sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan adalah metode VIKOR (Vise Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje). Kata kunci: Metode Vikor; Pemilihan Lansia; Penerima Bantuan Sosial Abstract:Demographic issues regarding life expectancy for the elderly in Indonesia are very influential on the problems that arise, this is not only quantitatively the number of elderly people increases, but also because the vulnerability of the elderly (elderly) needs to be considered and protected. Based on this fact, the government takes an indispensable role in efforts to reduce the poverty of neglected elderly people in the form of social assistance. Social assistance provided by the Tanjungbalai City Social Service. The agency provides social assistance to the elderly in the form of cash. The problem that arises is when the quota for social assistance provided is less than the potential beneficiaries. So that it is difficult for the Tanjungbalai City Social Service to select proposals to determine the elderly who will be given social assistance. To overcome this, a decision support system is needed that helps the Tanjungbalai City Social Service in making decisions. <![CDATA[Abstract: The growth of the e-commerce market in Indonesia is very high and is one of the largest in the world. As a country whose population is dominated by a mid-level economy, e-commerce is very positively welcomed by the Indonesian population, especially the millennial generation. The millennial generation is a generation of young people today who are currently in the age range of 15-34 years. This generation is the biggest consumer in utilizing the internet in many ways, such as social media and e-commerce. The method used in this service is a simulation using one e-commerce application, namely Shopee. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to utilize e-commerce, especially for millennials so that they can use it in positive terms. The result of this activity was the implementation of Community Service activities attended by 30 students at SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai. Keywords: e-commerce; millennial generation Abstrak: Pertumbuhan pasar e-commerce di Indonesia sangat tinggi dan merupakan salah satu yang terbesar di dunia. Sebagai negara yang penduduknya didominasi oleh ekonomi tingkat menengah, e-commerce sangat disambut positif bagi penduduk Indonesia, terutama generasi milenial. Generasi milenial merupakan generarasi muda masa kini yang saat ini berusia dalam rentang usia15-34 tahun. Generasi ini merupakan konsumen terbesar dalam memanfaatkan internet dalam banyak hal, seperti sosial media maupun e-commerce. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini ialah simulasi menggunakan salah satu aplikasi e-commerce, yaitu Shopee. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan e-commerce terutama bagi generasi milenial sehingga dapat memanfaatkannya dalam hal positif. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh matakuliah Pengantar Manajemen Bisnis untuk menumbuhkan minat wirausaha mahasiswa. Penenlitian ini dilakukan di STMIk Royal Kisaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan bersifat Analisis Desktiftif dengan populasi mahasiswa semester 1 program studi Sistem Informasi sebanyak 130 mahasiswa dan yang dijadikan sample adalah 26 mahasiswa (20%) dari jumlah populasi. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: (1) Metode Observasi. Metode observasi dilakukan dengan cara melakukan pengamatan secara langsung terhadap fenomena yang diteliti. Dimana dilakukan pengamatan atau pemusatan perhatian terhadap obyek dengn menggunakan seluruh alat indera. (2). Metode Wawancara. Metode ini merupakan interview langsung dengan objek yang akan diteliti. Peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara semi terstruktur wawancara ini menggunakan pedoman wawancara yang telah tersusun secara sistematis. Wawancara ini masuk dalam kategori in-dept interview (wawancara mendalam) yang pelaksanaannya lebih bebas serta terbuka dengan meminta pendapat dan ide-ide dari informan. (3). Metode Dokumentasi. Hasil Interview yang didukung observasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa responden merasa Matakuliah Pengantar Manajemen Bisnis sangat memberi pengaruh dalam meningkatkan minat wirausaha mahasiswa.]]>
