Abstract

The Effectiveness of Organization of State Islamic Institute (STAIN)Watampone. This study aims to: understand and uncover the effectiveness of Organization of State Islamic Institute (STAIN) Watampone. This study analyzes the effectiveness of organizations through a variety approaches and competing values include the ability to adapt, sourcing, planning, and productivity and efficiency. As for who becomes the object of research was variable of Effectiveness Organization and analysis using qualitative descriptive. The results of this research showed that the effectiveness of the organization Of State Islamic Institute (STAIN) Watampone based on the dimensions of ability to adapt to changes in the environment shows that is not optimal, and still continue to proceed in response to the demands of the external environment, especially the rules of top-down government, for example, the issue about the demands of quality education, in accordance with the National Standards for Higher education (SNPT), but in the technical implementation is still a lot of fundamental things that need adjustment quickly, especially associated with Tri Dharma College. Similarly in response to the issues that were hot in the community both at the locally, nationally and internationally. It was seen from the low structural design adjustments primarily related to the complexity of the component, and the formalization, but in terms of centralization components had shown good effectiveness with the granting of autonomy to the departements and study program. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the organization in gaining the support resources included in the criteria was not optimal, particularly with regard to the provision of facilities and infrastructure that relies solely on funds from the Revenue Budget and State Revenue Non Tax, Similarly in an increase in the number of lecturers in accordance with the ideal comparison with the number of students. While the organization's ability to got supported from the community in increasing the number of students was very effective as evidenced by the high enthusiasm of prospective students who apply from the year 2012/2013 until 2016/2017. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the organization on the dimensions of planning, shows the level of effectiveness is low, because the vision and mission of the organization was not able to be well understood by all elements of the organization, then the clarity size of the achievement had no time limited and clarity of area coverage is also unclear, and the manufacturing process still need to be involved all stakeholders. Further the effectiveness of Organization in production capability and efficiency, especially in producing qualified scholars still no best ratio between input and output. As well as in scientific publication the national and international level is still very low.Keywords: Efektifitas Organisasi.

Abstract. This article discusses the development of teacher professionalism. Teachers as professional educators must have the ability (skill) in managing these activities effectively and efficiently. The task and role of the teacher is not limited in the community, even the teacher is essentially a strategic component that chooses an important role in determining the progress of the nation's life. Even the existence of the teacher is a sine quanon condisio that cannot be replaced by any component in the life of the nation since long ago, especially in this contemporary era. Abstract

This Thesis studies about application of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving education quality (an experimental sudy at STAIN Watampone). The perfuse of this research is to know the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving education quality in STAIN Watampone. The main problem of this research is application of Total Quality Management (TQM) and the increasing of education quality in STAIN Watampone?. What about the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving the education quality and what about the prospect of (challange and oppurtunity) Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving education quality in STAIN Watampone.This research is a field research by using qualitative method with a observation technic, interview, and documentation. Analysing the data process is using normative approach, sosiologycal approach, pedagocical approach and management approach. Then the Total Quality Management (TQM) more little which is not sampled because of population, but the first total informan is more little getting increase to the data needed.The result of the research refers to the education quality in STAIN Watampone refers to the education quality is enough enable by STATUTA and academic orientation. The educational quality STAIN Watampone refers to superiority of human resource quality of implementation of state collage is STAIN area. Concept, principle, and application TQM that aplicated in STAIN Watampone as principle refers to leadership concept that to try influencing, moving on, and directing the people to cooperative in reaching the one purpose that appropriate in reaching with standard quality which have decided by STATUTA and academic orientation STAIN Watampone. In the future, STAIN Watampone can change status from STAIN to be IAIN or University certainly, they can change the abstract be a challange that must realizated.Base on the result of the research, there are implication and recommendation to the competen side by improving learner process the future. There are by application of Total Quality Management (TQM) is hoped being able to improving educational quality in a educational institute to the Total Quality Management (TQM) must focus by stakeholder. By institute, expecially STAIN Watampone is hoped can apply TQM concept thay can will produce output give significant influence in qualitative method although by quantitative method.

Abstract

Abstract: The curriculum is an educational design that encompasses all student experiences in colleges. KKNI is a framework of competency qualification that can match, equalize and integrate between the field of education and the field of job training and work experience in the framework of giving the recognition of work competence in accordance with the structure of work in various sectors. Curriculum changes affect the concept of evaluation, curriculum changes give color in the implementation of the curriculum. The principles of learning evaluation in the KKNI-based curriculum include: educative, authentic, objective, accountable, and transparent principles that are conducted in an integrated manner. The assessment technique consists of observation, participation, performance, written test, oral test, and questionnaire. The assessment instrument consists of process assessment in the form of rubric and / or result assessment in the form of portfolio or design work. The assessment mechanism in the KKNI-based curriculum consists of (a) preparing, submitting, agreeing on the stages, techniques, instruments, criteria, indicators, and assessment weights between the assessors and those assessed in accordance with the lesson plans; (b) carry out the appraisal process in accordance with the stages, techniques, instruments, criteria, indicators and weights of assessment that contain the assessment principles as referred to in Article 20; (c) provide feedback and opportunities to confirm students’ assessment results; and (d) documenting assessments of process and student learning outcomes in an accountable and transparent manner. Implementation of the assessment consists of the planning stage, task assignment activities or questions, performance observation, return of observation sheet, and the final value. Reporting of the results of the assessment in the form of qualification of student success in taking a course expressed in the range: letter A is equivalent to number 4; letter B is equivalent to number 3; letter C is equivalent to number 2; the letter D is equivalent to the number 1 categorized less; or the letter E is. Abstract

Abstrct: This paper discusses the development of school culture and climate. Conducive school climate and culture is characterized by the creation of a safe, comfortable, and orderly learning environment so that learning can take place effectively. Conducive school climate and culture are so important that learners feel happy and positive about their schools, so that teachers feel valued, and that parents and communities feel welcome and engage. This can happen through the creation of positive norms and habits, harmonious relationships and cooperation based on mutual respect. The school climate can basically be put forward as an organizational climate that occurs in a school. School climate is the result of interaction media in school organizations. Abstract

This research has purpose to know implemnetasi guidance and counseling program in Curriculum 2013. This research is classified as descriptive qualitative research by using pedagogical, psychological, and sociological approach. Implementation of research conducted at SMAN 4 Watampone Kab. Bone. The subjects of the study consisted of 1 leader and 4 counseling and guidance teachers using purposive sampling samples whose number could occasionally increase by using snowball sampling in line with the development of research data needs. Implementation of guidance and counseling in Curriculum 2013 at SMAN 4 Watampone shows that the interest of learners in Curriculum 2013 become a thing of counseling and counseling in various dimensions ranging from philosophy framework to its technical implementation.Keywords: Bimbingan dan konseling dalam kurikulum 2013.

Abstract: A change is a social dynamic that is unavoidable. The social change has a profound influence on Islamic education in its various aspects. This implies that the Islamic education as a social institution must be dynamic and open to changes according locus differences and socio-cultural development of the times. Therefore, although historically Islam has demonstrated its educational dynamic in response to social change, but a lot of the stereotypes that still cling to the typical of Islamic institutional education until now, such as the narrowness of the curriculum, lack of professional educators, and science dichotomy. Abstract. The function of staffing or purpose of filling a position is an activity to obtain skilled employees who will fulfil vacant positions in the alignment. Charging this site aims that all places have officials who will lead to the tasks in the field so that the target organization can be accomplished. In an association that is always at issue is the duty and authority of an executive. An official is unlikely to carry out all the tasks alone to give some of the works to his subordinates. This paper discusses the role of the principal as a supervisor in improving the quality of education. Principals as leaders of educational institutions should be responsible for all school / madrasah activities. He has full authority and responsibility to conduct all educational activities including supervision activities, both academic supervision and managerial supervision within the school / madrasah he leads. Principal As Supervisor serves to guide, assist and direct educators and educational staff to appreciate and implement the procedures of education to support the quality of education.This paper discusses the role of the principal as a supervisor in improving the quality of education.
