Abstract

Abstract: In the last decade Islamic educational institutions have evolved as an increasingly complex institution that requires a well-ordered organization. The complexity of Islamic educational institutions is particularly evident from the need for management of educational implementation by management approach. That is the need to use management science approach in educational institutions especially Islamic educational institutions to be absolute. So the development of educational administration becomes an interesting part for practitioners and educational experts until now. In educational institutions, the relationships between leadership, management, administration and organization are mutually demanding and have an important role in advancing Islamic education institutions. Therefore, these four components can not be separated in educational institutions. Kata Kunci: Organizational Behavior and Leadership

Abstract

Lingkange strategy organizational conflict management by principals with the performance of teachers at SMAN 1 Lappariaja Kab. Bone.The study aims at examining (1) strategy organizational conflict management by principals and teacher performance, (2) the significant influence of leadership behavior toward lectures performance. This study is a survey research with quantitatif approach. The population is the entire teacher 35 people of SMAN 1 Lappariaja.The sample is selected by simple random sampling by those of the populations, which is 32 people. The variables are devendent variabel is teacher performance and the independent variable is strategy organizational conflict management by principals all are collected by using questionnaire. The data is analyzed by employing descriptive statistic and regression analyses. The results that the strategy organizational conflict management by principals is very good category, and teacher performance is in very good category. The strategy organizational conflict management by principal gives positive influence and significant toward teacher performance.Keywordsi: Strategi managemen konflik, kepala sekolah, kinerja guru.

Abstract

Abstract: Media is a determinant factor to the success of learning process because it facilitates the instructional objective achievement. This assumption can be understood because the use of media in the learning process may stimulate the learners’ motivation and understanding towards presented materials. To select media, there are some points that must be considered like the targeted instructional objective, the learners’ characteristics, the learning construction, and so forth. By implementing media in the leraning process as well as considering many factors associating with the media in the learning process, the learning quality will be increased. Abstract

Abstract: Islamic education institutions in Indonesia face two challenges, namely; internal and external. Internally, Islamic education is faced with the classic problem of the low quality of human resources in education management. The causes include poor quality and education staff development and selectivity of education personnel. Furthermore externally, Islamic education institutions faced three major issues; globalization, democratization, and liberalization. The issue of globalization that is identical with market orientation and mechanism also affects the world of education. That way in education also includes awareness about how to attract and convince the community of the type and model of education. From here, the education world is ready or not ready to be involved in competition to gain public trust. To face these challenges Islamic Education institutions must maximally manage and empower all elements of management in the management of educational institutions. A good understanding of the elements of management can have an impact on the readiness of educational institutions to manage their institutions well in any condition to be the best and foremost. Abstract: Implementation of Education Management in Achieving Vision The school implements by conducting activities in each work unit so that it can be organized towards the same goal of allocating resources to develop and implement and sekolmpok people who are directed to work together for planning, organizing implementation and supervision. Facilitate the learning process, create program activities in schools, develop plans and quality improvement programs, evaluate the implementation, apply the system in accordance with the expectations of the school so that the regular learning process regularly with effective and efficient. The independence of professionalism to schools merupankan one factor to be able to encourage schools in menjujdukan vision and mission. Therefore, in applying a curriculum required by a strict, professional principal with strong management and leadership skills to be able to take decisions and initiatives to improve the quality of the school. Implementation of education management has been able to run well because seen from the vision and mission of the school is quite applicable by many teachers and students also can apply all that has terpapan in the future. Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) To know how characteristic of transformational leadership model of head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah State of Watampone. 2) Analyze how the leadership of transformational leadership of Madrasah head toward quality of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Watampone The results show that: 1) Head of MTsN Watampone is an ideal figure who can be a role model, able to inspire his followers to put their personal interests aside from the interests of madrasah and able to influence and motivate and give personal attention and support to his subordinates. This means that the head of MTsN Watampone proved to be practicing the four dimensions of transformational model leadership namely Idealized influence, Inspirational motivation, Intellectual stimulation, and Individualized consideration. Thus, the Head of MTsN Watampone has proven to have implemented transformational leadership whose success can be seen in the climate and quality of learning and school quality. 2) The successful leadership of MTsN Watampone's transformational leadership on Climate management and learning quality is considerable and good enough, which can be seen through lifestyles embodied based on a set of values or norms, habits supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure and, Responsibility, control, structure, and involvement of employees and teachers in the appropriate, harmonious and balanced division of tasks. Similarly, the Quality Management System is applied with respect to planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Taking into account various aspects: learning services for students; Educational facilities; School culture; Education financing; Attention and participation of the community or committee. Strictly speaking, the transformational leadership of the principal gives color to a conducive climate management and the quality of reliable learning, which ultimately determines the success of Madrasah quality.

Abstract

Abstrak. Human resource development demands from time to time are increasing. Therefore education services must be able to keep up with these developments. Besides family and school, the community has its own role in education. The role of the community in madrasah education must be carried out jointly to improve the quality of education. So the role in education is not only educators but also the community must contribute to improving the quality of education for the betterment of the nation. Therefore, the community has an important role in achieving a quality education goal. Education as a process requires synergy between components and requires an understanding of the vision of all stakeholders involved. Support from the community is very necessary for the implementation of good education because of the community so that madrasas will become more qualified, because of the support from the community, of course the progress of the madrasa will be reaped through the future of children in the future by involving their role in improving the quality of education services which include planning, supervision and evaluation of education programs including the field of religious education. Abstract: Religious education and moral education got a reasonable place in the national education. Religious and moral education cannot be separated from efforts to instill the value of religion in the learners’ soul. In Islam, moral is a translation of the word character. Moral actions are all kinds of actions intended for someone else. The causes of deviant behaviors among the people because of the looseness of the handle to religion, the lack of effective moral development undertaken by households, schools and communities, the swift currents and the secularistic materialist culture.
