Abstract

PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi is: a company that has been accredited and established since 1997 by providing a variety of baby products branded Dodo which is ISO 9002 certified so that it has products of international quality. Even though PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi has expanded to almost all regions in Indonesia, but for a company headquartered in Tanjung Morawa – Medan, North Sumatra. Various complaints about the workplace or an uncomfortable working atmosphere for employees while working. The company cannot commit to its employees where the company cannot keep its promises even though the employees have worked with all their heart. Employees are not driven to give the best or the most optimal for the company. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 447 employees with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula, obtained as many as 82 samples. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of organizational commitment and work motivation on the organizational climate of employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi. While partially found the variable organizational commitment has a significant effect on the organizational climate of employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi. Partially, it was found that the work motivation variable had a significant effect on the organizational climate of the employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi. The results of this study indicate that the variable of work motivation has more influence than organizational commitment on the organizational climate of employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi.

Abstract

Work ethic is important as the totality of the employee's personality and the way employees express, perceive, believe and give meaning to something that encourages them to act in achieving optimal work results. Motivation is a set of forces that come from within and from outside a person who encourages him to work better and is willing to spend a higher level of effort to achieve the direction and goals that the company wants to achieve. Loyalty is the nature of an employee who is willing to participate in achieving company goals with all his abilities, skills, thoughts and time and keeps company secrets and does not take actions that harm the company as long as the employee is still active in the company. Regression analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample of 73 employees. The scale used is a Likert scale. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of motivation and work loyalty on the work ethic of employees of PT. United Rope. While partially found the motivation variable has a significant effect on the work ethic of employees of PT. United Rope. Partially, it was found that the work loyalty variable had a significant effect on the work ethic of the employees of PT. United Rope.

Abstract

PT. Citra Hannochs Niagaantara has the address at Jalan Attorney No. 5D, Medan which is engaged in selling Hannochs brand lamps. The company offers products such as: energy saving lamps, halogen, metal halide, LED lamps and various project lighting fixtures for civil works. The employee's workspace is considered to be still less comfortable for employees to carry out their work activities because employees feel that the workspace is too narrow so that employees are not free to work. Employees perceive that they accept many jobs at the same time. The process of implementing control within the company is considered to be still tight because in the company there are various systems and policies that must be obeyed by employees and some of these systems and policies make employees less comfortable at work. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 49 employees with a sampling technique using a saturated sample.Simultaneously there is a significant effect between the workload and work supervision variables on the work environment of PT. Citra Hannochs Niagantara. While partially found the workload variable has a significant effect on the work environment of employees of PT. Citra Hannochs Niagantara. Partially found work supervision variables have a significant effect on the work environment of employees of PT. Citra Hannochs Niagantara. The results of this study indicate that the work supervision variable has more influence than the workload on the work environment of the employees of PT. Citra Hannochs Niagantara.

Abstract

Kampung yang bernama Tuan Kentang terletak di tepi Sungai Ogan, kota Palembang, provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Sebagian besar warga kampung ini hidup sebagai pengrajin kain tradisional Palembang, kampung ini terus memproduksi kain dalam jumlah besar bahkan pernah menyuplai beberapa galeri dan toko terkenal di kawasan kain Tangga Buntung. Pengrajin di kawasan Tuan Kentang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengolah dan menganalisa data yang banyak, oleh karena itu diperlukan alat bantu berupa analisis data untuk mengolah data menjadi informasi, membuat ringkasan data, dan menghasilkan laporan yang baik sehingga bisa digunakan untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan. Dengan membangun konsep Data Warehouse, diharapkan dapat melihat dan mengambil keputusan dengan cepat berdasarkan laporan yang mengacu kepada indikator tingkat penjualan yang dihasilkan secara cepat dan ringkas. Di era sekarang, pengelolaan informasi sangat diperlukan sebagai dasar dalam mengelola aktifitas transaksi penjualan suatu perusahaan agar menuju kearah yang optimal dan lebih kompetitif.  Keberadaan data  warehouse  dan  perangkat  analitik  sangatlah  dibutuhkan  untuk  menentukan  cara yang paling efektif dan efisien dalam mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah model dan penerapan aplikasi model analitik dengan tahapan Business Intelligence Roap Map untuk melakukan pengelolaan terhadap data produksi dan penjualan dalam rangka memberikan infromasi kepada pengrajin kawasan Tuan Kentang dalam mengambil keputusan.

Abstract

Prediksi dilakukan untuk mengetahui perkiraan penjualan dan persediaan yang akan datang, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Prediksi ini sangatlah penting karena terkait dengan jumlah penjualan dan kemampuan merencanakan strategi penjualan pada periode yang akan datang dan prediksi tersebut diperoleh dari data permintaan atau penjualan pada periode sebelumnya. Dengan adanya prediksi maka pengrajin dapat mengambil keputusan dengan tepat. Untuk dapat meramalkan penjualan dan persediaan dengan tepat diperlukan metode penelitian yang baik. Penitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Rapidminer versi 9.9 berdasarkan data penjualan dan persediaan pada tahun 2018 sampai 2020, dengan metode Naïve Bayes. Hasil Akurasi pada penlitian ini menunjukan 89.47 % dengan rincian Hasil Prediksi Meningkat dan Menurun. Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kecenderungan hasil prediksi searah dengan data rill di lapangan.

Abstract

Information systems outsourcing has gained more attention in the last decade. The strategy is meant to relieve some information systems management problems. The scope has improved from data processing and resource sharing to more complex functions e.g. application systems management. Outsourcing penetrations have occurred in functions earlier considered critical and strategic. There have been best practices on managing outsourcing known in industry and acknowledged by the scientific society. Among the important aspects are contract preparation, Service Level Agreement, method of pricing and human resources management. This journal will cover the strategies of outsourcing, which focus on the application systems outsourcing. Among the important goals of outsourcing are the need to focus on the company's core business, achieving cost effectiveness in the application systems management and increasing the service level. Other critical success factors will also be covered e.g. implementation of penalty and incentive mechanism and the anticipation of unexpected conditions.

Abstract

The need for information is important for agencies such as schools that need media and information facilities to provide for the teachers, students, parents, and the public. However, there are still many problems because the media used to convey the information is still limited and does not cover all people who need it. The website that is built can display information that usually exists on the school website, namely profiles, vision and mission, news, and others. In addition, this website can also display data such as student and teacher directories. Student and teacher data will be briefly displayed on the website using tables so that the layout of the directory is neat. The website will have features such as a guest book, comments on the news content section so that there is interaction between the user and the system. With this website, schools can convey information widely. Furthermore, this website also provides news about new student admissions, so that the general public if anyone wants to register a child or sibling can view the information on the school's website, with the aim of making it easier for prospective applicants. Therefore, we wants to design a dynamic website for the National Elementary School 1 Tegalpingen which can later be used as a medium for publishing all information related to the school. With this website, it is hoped  that it will increase the public's interest to study at the National Elementary School 1 Tegalpingen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, price, location, promotion, employees, process, physical environment on visitor loyalty through visitor satisfaction. The sample of this study was 300 visitors to Ragunan Wildlife Park aged 10-50 years, which were taken by non-probability sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling - SEM). The results showed that product, price, location, employees, and physical environment had a direct and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, while promotion and process had an insignificant but not significant effect on visitor satisfaction. The variables of price, location, employees and physical environment have an indirect and significant effect on visitor loyalty through visitor satisfaction, while products, promotions, and processes have an indirect and insignificant effect on loyalty through visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

Implementing a democratic general election is expected to produce people's representatives who can channel the people's aspirations. Demographic data is information that discusses a group of people with several related attributes and involves many factors. In this study, we will relate the relationship between the implementation of elections and the condition of demographic data with a benchmark for the form of public participation in the election. By utilizing 2019 election data and Bangkalan Regency demographic data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), it is expected to determine the relationship between the two conditions of the dataset on the form of public participation at the polling station (TPS) level. By starting with the Preprocessing step, it implement a classification method with the Decision Tree (DT) algorithm to predict community presence at the polling station level. There are three versions of the dataset that will be used in modeling, namely initial data that has not been selected for attributes (version 1), data that has been chosen using correlation-based attribute selection (version 2), and data that has been selected using chi-square attributes ( version 3). The results show version 1 with a prediction of 81%, followed by version 2 with a prediction of 81%, and the last is version 3 with a prediction of 70%. The detachment model's formation with the selection attribute has a different impact, and the relationship between the election dataset and demographics has a significant effect, as indicated by the prediction results of version 2.

Abstract

Oppo is a Smartphone Manufacturer originating from China, and including a new brand in Indonesia. Oppo Smartphone can be said to be a product that is quite successful in making a history of success and is listed as the second best-selling smartphone manufacturer from China in Indonesia because the Oppo brand ambassador is easily attached to the Indonesian people. Brand ambassadors can be thought of as a type of association that arises in the minds of consumers when remembering a particular brand. If the brand image and company image in the eyes of consumers is bad, then the products produced by the company are also considered not good and the company's sales will be hampered and vice versa. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were visitors to four super markets in Medan City who sold the Oppo mobile brand for at least one year. The number of samples for this research is 538 respondents. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the SPSS 23 software tool. The results of this study indicate that the brand ambassador variable has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness directly. Brand ambassador has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions directly. Brand Ambassador and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Oppo mobile phones, a case study of Super Market visitors in Medan City.
