Abstract

Zivi Frozen Food adalah bisnis yang bergerak di bidang makanan beku dengan tujuan menjaga agar tetap segar sampai siap untuk dimakan dan menjaga kualitas makanan tetap konsisten. Selain penjualan, Zivi Frozen Food terlibat dalam sejumlah kegiatan operasional lainnya, seperti menempatkan pesanan dengan pemasok, mengelola inventaris, dan membuat laporan berdasarkan kegiatan ini. Dalam memasarkan produknya Zivi Frozen Food melakukan dua cara yaitu pembeli dapat secara langsung datang ke toko dan satu lagi lewat pemesanan online yang mana pembeli terlebih dahulu mengakses Website resmi miliknya. Pada Website tersebut terdapat fitur atau konten dan ketepatannya sangat berpengaruh besar dalam memasarkan produk. Maka dari itu untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif dan efisiensinya sistem tersebut diperlukan yang namanya proses evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Usability Testing untuk evaluasinya, yang mencakup serangkaian langkah termasuk survei kuesioner, pemilihan fitur, pembuatan tugas, skrip, pengujian, dan analisis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan Usability Testing, yang terdiri dari variabel Learnability (mudah dipelajari), Efficiency (efisiensi), Memorability (mudah diingat), Errors (kesalahan dan keamanan), Satisfaction (kepuasan), maka dari 5 variabel tersebut diketahui hanya variabel Efficiency yang menunjukan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Satisfication. Sedangkan dimensi lainnya, tidak menunjukan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna pada website Zivi Frozen Food.

Abstract

Public facilities are facilities provided for public purposes such as roads, street lighting, bus stops, sidewalks, and pedestrian bridges. The facilities provided are facilities that provide convenience for the community so that they must be maintained properly. Data mining is a process of dredging or collecting important information from large data. The data mining process often uses statistical, mathematical methods, to utilize artificial intelligence technology. The application designed uses 50 datasets which, after normalization, the number of data becomes 350 data, and after preprocessing the data used in the study is 81 data, with 4 attributes and 3 clusters. The results of the data processing resulted in the first data clustering based on the facility attributes produced as many as 29 data, the second data clustering based on the year attribute produced was 12 data, the third data clustering based on the attribute the resulting amount was 40 data

Abstract

Employee performance has become increasingly important in the literature, attracting the attention of many scholars in the last decade. This study adopted an employee-centered perspective to guide its examination of the relationship among spiritual leadership and job satisfaction to individual performance, then an investigation of the mediation of employees’ affective commitment. An analysis was conducted of data collected from 208 employees working in a retail store with thirteen of branch’s. The results reveal statistically significant and positive effects of spiritual leadership on employee performance and affective commitment. Then, job satisfaction statistically not significant effect on employee performance but affective commitment. Affective commitment has presented strong contribution as mediating variable, and strong direct impact to employee performance.

Abstract

In the era of technological development in today's era, almost all fields use technology to support performance so that it gets faster and increases. This also applies to cooperatives. The Artha Nugraha Savings and Loan Cooperative is a private cooperative that is developing in Klaten Regency. This cooperative, located in Klaten Regency, requires the use of information technology in developing technology for better operational governance, of course, by maintaining the goals of the cooperative. The main activities of the cooperative are registering new members, savings and loan business functions, managing savings and loan reports and member resignations, supported by supporting activities, namely administrative management and HR management. Therefore, to speed up work in cooperatives, careful planning is needed, using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method to help strategically design a process in the development of information technology in the form of enterprise architecture. The results of the design that has been made will produce a data architecture, an application architecture, and a technology architecture that will make it easier for officers or cooperative management to obtain accurate, relevant, and fast information.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of work quantity and work quality on the satisfaction of Sukaramai traditional market traders at the Medan City Cleaning Service and how big the effect is. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis , classical assumption deviation test and linear regression . Based on the results of the primary data regression which was processed using SPSS 18, the following multiple linear regression equation was obtained: Y = 2.352 + 0.205 X 1 + 0.001 X 2 + 0.598 X 3 . Variables of quantity of work (X1 ) , quality of work (X2 ) and timeliness (X3 ) were able to contribute influence on the variable of merchant satisfaction by 33.3% while the remaining 66.7% was influenced by other variables not examined in the study. These are variables such as service quality and work discipline. From the conclusions above, the authors suggest that the agency should provide more training so that the quantity and quality of employee work increases. Timeliness in cleaning up garbage on the protocol road in the Simpang Limun Medan market area is accelerated so that traders are more flexible and comfortable in selling their products. Employees should work sincerely and provide the best work results in accordance with the targets given by the agency

Abstract

Hampir semua institusi pemerintahan pada saat dari instansi terendah hingga tertinggi ini memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang layanan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, Kantor Kepala Desa Gunung Raja saat ini masih menggunakan proses manual untuk hal pengajuan permohonan surat. Permasalah timbul karena faktor petugas yang tidak mengizinkan warga untuk datang beramai-ramai karena pembatasan publik yang masih diterapkan hingga karena petugas yang tidak berada dikantor karena tugas. Karnanya warga sering kesulitan mendapatkan surat-surat tertentu dari kantor desa. Penulis menyarankan untuk membuat aplikasi administrasi desa berbasis android menggunakan Framework7 untuk mengatasi masalah warga yang harus datang kembali ke kantor saat petugas hadir, dalam penelitian ini akan dirancankan gambaran mengenai aplikasi seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram dan desain tabel untuk database. Aplikasi ini akan menggunakan metode pengembangan SDLC prototyping. Dengan aplikasi ini penulis berharap dengan adanya sistem yang dibangun dapat mempermudah dalam pengajuan surat menyurat.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the popularity of tourist destinations in Lombok Timur with three investigated categories; the destination for islands, nature, and beaches. We use descriptive statistical approaches with univariate and bivariate methods. A random survey using google forms was distributed to 196 respondents within a particular time. Some questions developed in the questionnaire were prepared to screen respondents' perspectives on the popularity of tourist destinations visited with the python programming tool analysis. The data collected contains information about gender presented in the range and age. In addition, the level of education, address, and motive of the visit is compiled to collect data regarding the three categories of visits; mountains/villages/forests, beaches, and Islands. Furthermore, the length of stay, why people visit, how much money is spent during the visit, and whom they visit are essential parts of data collection. Data analysis concluded that Sembalun is the natural tourism category most in demand by people than other destinations such as Loyok, Tete Batu, and Kembang Kuning. From the beach category, pink beaches are the favorite destinations, and Gili Kondo is a popularly visited island.

Abstract

The realization of a prosperous society is the goal of living in a state, where the role of the State/Government becomes very vital and integral in realizing these ideals, because the government acts as a facilitator as well as a regulator. The Central Government to District/City Regional Governments have the responsibility to mobilize all components of community empowerment, one of which is through tourism development. The guidance and development of tourism is carried out with due regard to the preservation of national culture and personality. For this reason, it is necessary to take more directed steps and arrangements based on integrated policies, including in the fields of promotion, provision of facilities and quality, and smooth service. This study aims to determine the strategy carried out by the local government of Sukabumi Regency in order to develop Ciletuh Geopark ecotourism and the results of this study explain that the Sukabumi Regency local government's strategy in developing Ciletuh geopark ecotourism in Sukabumi refers to the Governor's Regulation on plans that contain tourism development policies. West Java and the Regional Regulation of Sukabumi Regency Number 13 of 2009 it is stated that the priority of tourism development is more directed at the creation of superior tourist destinations that can prosper the lives of the wider community, by setting a more strategic regional vision and mission so that in the future the development of tourism in the Sukabumi Regency is expected to be able to improve foreign exchange earnings, as well as expanding employment opportunities, and encouraging other supporting industrial activities.

Abstract

Human resource management is essential in improving the competence of human resources in the company, especially every employee, in carrying out operational activities for the company's common goals. Increasing competence requires each individual to improve performance for the company's success further and consider the provision of bonuses and allowances. An objective employee performance appraisal can produce the best employee appraisal decisions that are carried out by selecting many employees from several assessment criteria. This study aims to determine the best employee ratings by applying the Behavioral Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) method so that each parameter of employee attitude and behaviour assessment can be made on a measurable scale with rating and anchor value scales that show performance on each dimension of the four assessment criteria. The study results of 5 alternative employee candidates have successfully completed an objective assessment to produce one best employee result.

Abstract

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Lahat merupakan kantor cabang dari Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu yang beroperasi di bawah pengawasan Kementerian BKPM pusat. Tanggung jawabnya meliputi pengembangan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan terkait penanaman modal serta pengelolaan pelayanan administrasi penanaman modal dan perizinan sesuai dengan prinsip terkoordinasi, terintegrasi, sinkron, sederhana, aman, dan lainnya. Sistem informasi perizinan usaha yang dikenal sebagai OSS tersedia melalui DPMPTSP dan dikembangkan langsung dari pemerintah BKPM utama. Diharapkan dengan tersedianya OSS yang merupakan platform tempat para pengusaha mikro, kecil, menengah, dan besar dapat mengajukan permohonan izin usaha secara online, akan semakin memudahkan masyarakat, khususnya bagi masyarakat di Kabupaten Lahat yang ingin memulai usahanya. Namun pada awal website tersebut di buat sampai sekarang diketahui belum ada uji usability yang dilakukan, peneliti menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan sepuluh pernyataan sebagai pengukuran. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan angket kuesioner kepada 141 responden dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling menurut slovin. Setelah selesai melakukan pengujian kepada 141 responden maka hasil akhir dari pengujian website OSS cabang Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu menggunakan metode SUS mendapatkan nilai 73,59. Untuk penilaian accepbility ranges  dikategorikan sebagai acceptable, grade scale berada pada grade B, serta adjective rating dikategorikan Good, dan dari hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa website OSS  sudah sangat baik dalam segi tampilan serta fungsi serta diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Lahat.
