Abstract

Recurrent flooding in Aceh Barat Daya severely disrupts school operations, threatens physical safety, interrupts learning access, and erodes community well?being. Existing research presents three key gaps: empirically, studies focus largely on infrastructure repair or traditional preparedness and rarely examine informatization as a governance capability; theoretically, models separate digital systems from adaptive leadership rather than integrating them; methodologically, accounts remain mostly descriptive without cross?case analysis of adoption processes. This qualitative multiple?case study investigates how three flood?prone public schools integrate digital systems, shared information platforms, and collaborative management to strengthen safety assurance, adaptive decision?making, and learning continuity. Data from interviews, documents, and observations were analysed using thematic analysis. Key findings identify four interconnected dimensions: digital early warning and coordination, data?driven governance, informatization?enabled hybrid continuity, and collective safety management. As a novelty, the study proposes the Digital Adaptive Educational Safety Framework, which unites these components while aligning technology with local cultural practices—shifting response from reactive to proactive. The findings advance understanding of how information systems build educational resilience, relevant for disaster?prone regions globally.

Abstract

Digital platforms have transformed music production, promotion, distribution, and audience engagement, but their effects on local independent musicians remain underexplored. Previous studies have discussed platformization, digital music labor, perfectionism, music performance anxiety, royalties, and musicians’ wellbeing separately. However, limited attention has been given to how platform-based visibility, content demands, cover culture, royalty uncertainty, and audience evaluation jointly reshape musical quality, performative perfectionism, and creative stress in local music ecosystems. This study examines how local independent musicians in Purwokerto negotiate platformization, artistic ideals, cover culture, royalties, performative perfectionism, and creative stress. Using a qualitative collective instrumental case study, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with three information-rich cases: Denny Alvian, Polkadots, and Aga/Hyndia. The data were analyzed thematically through the framework of platformization of cultural production. The findings show that digital platforms do not merely distribute songs; they reshape how songs are created, evaluated, promoted, and sustained. Musical quality is increasingly associated with hooks, short-form visibility, engagement, fanbase strength, content adaptability, and algorithmic circulation. Musicians negotiate platform demands while maintaining artistic identity and offline performance opportunities. Cover culture and royalties are interpreted as promotional opportunities, recognition mechanisms, and sources of economic uncertainty. Performative perfectionism emerges when musicians pursue artistic excellence, platform-oriented visibility, and audience approval. These pressures contribute to creative stress when intensive creative work does not produce predictable audience response, monetization, or stage opportunities. This study contributes to digital creative labor and music studies by showing how platformization transforms quality, recognition, perfection, and psychological pressure in a local independent music ecosystem

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze how Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio affect Return on Assets in Indonesian banks listed on IDX from 2021 to 2025. Previous studies show inconsistent findings regarding the effect of CAR and LDR on ROA. Some found a positive effect, while others found negative or insignificant results. This inconsistency indicates a research gap that needs further testing in the post-pandemic period. The population includes all banks listed on IDX in 2025. The sample was selected using purposive sampling: banks listed consecutively from 2021-2025 with complete annual reports. Based on these criteria, 16 banks were selected. This study uses a panel data design with 80 observational data to capture cross-sectional and time-series effects. Multiple linear regression with SPSS was used. Classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation were conducted prior to analysis. The results show that CAR and LDR negatively affect ROA. Specifically, CAR has a negative and significant effect with B = -0.149, Beta = -0.303, t = -2.881, p = 0.005. LDR also has a negative and significant effect with B = -0.164, Beta = -0.249, t = -2.370, p = 0.020. Simultaneously, CAR and LDR significantly affect ROA with F = 6.739, p = 0.002. CAR and LDR explain 14.9% of ROA variation, with Adjusted R² = 0.149. The novelty of this study is its use of recent data from 2021-2025 during economic recovery. The implication is that banks should optimize CAR and LDR levels to maintain profitability

Abstract

Background: Evidence is limited on how municipal hospital management can integrate National Health Insurance demand signals, stakeholder experience, the services marketing mix, digital marketing, and resource constraints into strategic planning for outpatient services. JKN-financed outpatient encounters decreased from 12,324 in 2021 to 11,364 in 2022 (?960; ?7.79%), although total outpatient encounters increased from 18,760 to 19,445; counts represent encounters rather than unique patients. Objective: To develop an evidence-linked marketing strategy for JKN outpatient services at a municipal hospital. Methods: This qualitative single-case study integrated hospital documents, 2020–2022 administrative data, interviews, observations, and a focus group using a framework matrix, the seven-part services marketing mix, and weighted SWOT/TOWS analysis. The sample comprised 15 unique participants: three managers and 12 adult JKN outpatients. Results: Accreditation, competent personnel, location, and JKN eligibility were strategic assets. Referral complexity, restricted hours, parking, registration, pharmacy flow, fragmented information systems, and limited digital communication constrained access. Findings supported positioning based on dependable, inclusive care; phased service, referral, and digital initiatives are author-generated proposals requiring prospective evaluation. Conclusion: The study contributes an integrated planning framework but cannot attribute the observed decline to marketing. Future multicentre longitudinal studies should evaluate clinic-level demand, patient experience, waiting times, reimbursement, and incremental costs

Abstract

This study examines the influence of price perception, product quality, and promotion on purchasing decisions regarding Nasi Ulam Betawi. Traditional culinary dishes face increasingly stiff competition from modern food products, particularly among young urban consumers. A quantitative explanatory research was employed, utilizing primary data collected directly from respondents via structured questionnaires. Purposive sampling was used to select a sample of 155 respondents who had previously purchased and consumed Nasi Ulam Betawi. The collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS software, encompassing analyses of outer loadings, discriminant validity, multicollinearity, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing procedures. The results indicate that price perception, product quality, and promotion each exert a positive and statistically significant influence on purchasing decisions; this is evidenced by p-values ??of 0.002 for the influence of product quality and price perception on purchasing decisions, and 0.000 for promotion. Promotion demonstrated the strongest influence, followed by price perception and product quality, which showed equal levels of impact, along with an R² value of 80.1%. The path coefficient values ??from the original sample indicate a positive and strong influence Price Perception 0.294, Product Quality 0.306, and Promotion 0.363. The study concludes that businesses in the traditional culinary sector need to strengthen promotional strategies, maintain competitive and fair pricing, and consistently improve product quality to sustain consumer interest and support the preservation of Betawi culinary heritage

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Tax Morality, Payment Mechanism, and motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at the Surakarta SAMSAT Office. The study addresses the limited examination of internal behavioral and external administrative factors simultaneously in the local motor vehicle taxation context. A quantitative approach with descriptive and associative designs was employed. The population consisted of 647,685 registered motor vehicle taxpayers in 2025, with 100 respondents selected using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error and accidental sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS. The results show that Tax Morality has a significant negative relationship with taxpayer compliance (? = ?0.506; t = ?9.225; p < 0.001), while Payment Mechanism also has a significant negative relationship (? = ?0.767; t = ?13.981; p < 0.001). These negative relationships differ from the positive relationships generally expected theoretically. The regression model is jointly significant (F = 122.271; p < 0.001), with an R² of 0.716, indicating that Tax Morality and Payment Mechanism statistically account for 71.6% of the variation in taxpayer compliance. The findings contribute empirical evidence that internal moral orientation and external payment mechanisms do not necessarily have positive relationships with taxpayer compliance in the Surakarta SAMSAT context

Abstract

In the competitive financing sector, inconsistencies between marketing efforts and actual sales highlight a critical gap regarding brand perception. This study investigates the direct and indirect effects of internal incentives and sales promotion on sales performance, evaluating brand image as a mediator. A quantitative approach was employed, surveying 127 respondents (Marketing Agent Officers (MAOs), Branch Agency Heads (BAHs), dan Credit Marketing Officers (CMOs), dan Branch Marketing Heads (BMHs)) at WOM Finance. Data from Likert-scale questionnaires were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The sampling technique employed in this study is accidental sampling (convenience sampling). The choice of convenience sampling was based on considerations of ease and speed. This method is frequently selected when the population is relatively accessible, yet drawing a truly random sample is not feasible. The results demonstrated that internal incentives (?=0.272, p=0.017) and external promotion (?=0.211, p=0.008) significantly improved sales performance. Furthermore, brand image directly enhanced sales (?=0.366, p=0.029) and significantly mediated the impacts of both internal incentives (p=0.033) and promotion (p=0.037) on sales performance. These findings suggest that integrating internal employee motivation with external promotional efforts optimizes sales performance primarily by strengthening the corporate brand image, providing a holistic and robust framework for strategic marketing integration in the financial services industry.

Abstract

Consumer trust is increasingly important for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating in social-commerce environments, where consumers face uncertainty regarding product quality, seller credibility, and brand claims. However, empirical evidence regarding the relationship between brand authenticity and consumer trust among Indonesian MSMEs on TikTok Shop remains limited. This study aims to examine the relationship between perceived brand authenticity and consumer trust in MSME products sold through TikTok Shop. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted among 152 TikTok Shop users selected using purposive sampling. Respondents were active TikTok users aged 17 years or older who had purchased MSME products through TikTok Shop within the previous three months. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression after validity, reliability, normality, and heteroscedasticity assessments. The results indicate a positive and statistically significant relationship between brand authenticity and consumer trust, with a regression coefficient of 0.687 and a significance value of p < 0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.472 indicates that brand authenticity explains 47.2% of the observed variance in consumer trust, while the remaining 52.8% is associated with factors outside the model. These findings extend research on brand authenticity and consumer trust in the Indonesian MSME social-commerce context and suggest that authentic brand communication can strengthen consumer confidence. However, the cross-sectional design and purposive sampling limit causal inference and generalization
