Abstract

The management of the company always tries and strives to develop its business by selling quality products. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of products, promotions and prices on purchasing decisions. The population of this study was Mizon consumers in Alfamart Sungai Harapan which amounted to 270 people. The sample consisted of 73 respondents, which were taken bythe accidental sampling method. Data analysis used multiple regression and hypothesis testing and used SPSS version 23. The results of this study concluded that. Product variables, partial, have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion variables partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price variables partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product, promotion and price variables simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang adalah satu dari seluruh perguruan tinggi swasta yang ada di kota Palembang dan dibawah naungan Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah yang didalamnya memiliki 7 fakultas, 23 program studi (S1), 1 program studi D3, dan 2 program studi pascasarjana (S2). SIMAK adalah singkatan dari sistem informasi akademik yaitu sebuah sistem berbasis website yang mengatur segala proses akademik mahasiswa. Pengalaman mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem ini dapat dijadikan tolak ukur penerimaan terhadap website SIMAK. Sebuah sistem dapat dikatakan sukses apabila dapat diterima oleh pengguna (user). Pendekatan dengan menggunakan aspek usability dapat menganalisa user interface pada website SIMAK. Perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap website SIMAK dengan penerapan metode heuristic evaluation karena metode ini merupakan teknik pengujian dalam penyelesaian masalah untuk pengguna berdasarkan user interface serta dapat memberikan keputusan yang efektif dan efisien. Metode ini dikembangkan oleh Jacob Nielsen yang memiliki sepuluh prinsip diantaranya help and documentation, help users recognize and recover from errors, aesthetic and minimalist design, flexibility and efficiency of use, recognition rather than recall, error prevention, consistency and standarts, user control and freedom, match between system and the real word, and visibility of system status. Evaluasi terhadap website SIMAK dapat memberikan hasil seberapa efektifnya suatu sistem tersebut dalam memberikan informasi kepada pengguna. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel dari metode heuristic evaluation rata-rata cukup terpenuhi terutama pada variabel visibility of system status dengan skor paling tinggi dari variabel-variabel lainnya. Hasil analisa user interface website SIMAK sudah cukup efektif dan efisien sehingga membuat mahasiswa nyaman menggunakannya.

Abstract

Aplikasi pospay adalah aplikasi unggulan dari PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), sebuah platform digital yang melayani bagian keuangan legasi selain weselpos. Layanan transaksi keuangan berbasis akun/rekening yang dapat melakukan penyetoran, penarikan, pemindahan, pembukuan, penyimpanan dan proses pembayaran yang terintegrasi dengan sistem bisnis jasa keuangan lainnya. Pospay diharapkan dapat memuaskan pengguna dan memberikan prilaku yang positif dalam menggunakan jasa dari Pos Indonesia. Maka dari itu agar dapat menentukan kepuasan dan perilaku pengguna aplikasi tersebut maka dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan model Unifed Theory of Acceptanceand Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) sebagai metodenya. Data dalam penelitian ini di dapatkan dari data kuesioner yang diseberkan kepada pengguna aplikasi Pospay di kota Palembang terutama pada cabang perusahaan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) 30000.

Abstract

Garbage includes final waste that is not used by the community, so it can cause disease if it is not handled properly. Garbage that is allowed to accumulate will emit an unpleasant odor. Several reports from the people of Jakarta, especially the South Jakarta area, do not litter. Garbage is often seen piling up on the streets or in public places. So that the development of a system with the concept of smart cleaning was formed, with the aim of reducing scattered waste that was dumped on the roadside and public places. The method used is SDLC in the form of a prototype model. System Design Methods with UML, Class Diagrams and Use Case diagrams. The results of the research are web- and mobile-based smart cleaning systems. The results of usability testing of the smart cleaning system obtained an average result of about 75% of the answers given by the respondents. The highest rating was obtained with a total percentage of 84% stating that the system can be read.

Abstract

Health is one of the focuses of attention in every country, because having a healthy community can certainly create a productive society, and by always getting used to a clean and healthy lifestyle the community can support government programs to form Superior Human Resources (HR) and highly educated. This study uses a qualitative method with the aim that there is greater spontaneity and better adaptation of the interaction between researchers and research sources in obtaining answers to research questions. There are various data collection methods in this qualitative research, namely observation, textual analysis and interviews (individual or group). So the results of this study explain that the formation of clean and healthy living behavior from an early age is very important to implement, so that gradually this activity will become a good habit of life and become an initial capital in the process of human growth and development in the future. The application of PHBS indicators as a behavior of people's lives is very important, but other indicators are no less important in the formation of healthy living behavior so as to create a high degree of public health. One part of PHBS is washing hands with soap before and after doing an activity. Good hand washing is to follow the 7 steps of cleaning hands according to the correct procedure to kill germs that cause disease. On the other hand, outreach to the community is a strategic effort to empower every member of the household to always apply a clean and healthy lifestyle, so that the community is able to help themselves. In addition, it is also necessary to instill in the community character values, so that clean and healthy living behaviors really grow and are well embedded in people's lives.

Abstract

In the era of covid-19, the response in controlling covid-19 requires an adequate supply of medicines in hospitals and pharmacies. The supply of these drugs is felt to be very important because seeing the impact of the covid-19 virus is very dangerous for human health. Therefore, the existence of the supply of medicines in pharmacies during this Covid era really needs to be considered. Every transaction of the sale of the drug in pharmacies is always recorded. This sales transaction data can be processed to find certain patterns in selling drugs in a certain period of having so many drug sales transaction activities. If the sales transaction data is analyzed, a pattern can be found out that is very helpful in estimating drug stocks from the drug sales data. To be able to estimate drugs, the right method is needed in order to get accurate results. One of them is the Fp-Growth method. With Fp-Growth, data is entered for calculations based on drug sales data so as to produce conclusions of minimum support and minimum confidence values. Based on this study, 35 data on drug sales transactions were taken. The test results of this study obtained calculation results from simultaneous drug sales data that are often purchased by consumers with the highest accuracy are 17.14% and 50%, namely Paracetamol and CTM.

Abstract

PT ISTANA DELI KENCANA Medan or better known as PT ISTANA DELI KENCANA  Medan, is one of the leading providers of freight forwarding services in Medan. PT ISTANA DELI KENCANA  Medan is one of the branch offices of PT ISTANA DELI KENCANA   Medan. Employee job satisfaction is still low because there are still many employees who are often late. The job descriptions of employees that are formed are not good because it is still unclear about the duties and responsibilities of each employee so that employees cannot work optimally. Employee work placement is not good because it is not in accordance with the ability of employees so that employees cannot work optimally. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 34 employees with a sampling technique using a saturated sample.Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variable job description and job placement on job satisfaction of employees of PT ISTANA DELI KENCANA   Medan. While partially found job description variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT ISTANA DELI KENCANA   Medan. Partially, it was found that the job placement variable had a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT ISTANA DELI KENCANA   Medan. The results of this study indicate that the variable job placement has more influence than job descriptions on job satisfaction of employees of PT ISTANA DELI KENCANA Medan.

Abstract

During the new normal, social commerce (s-commerce) activities have been emerging expeditiously as it offers solutions to fulfill Indonesians’ needs and wants. To analyzed this concurrent phenomenon, we have identified exogenous constructs (Word-of-Mouth (WoM), trust, and advertising) based on previous research mapping and tested their impact on consumer purchasing decisions via s-commerce (Instagram) apps. Subsequently, a online survey was selected as a data collection method to minimize physical contacts between people. A link of electronic questionnaire was generated and then distributed directly to all active Instagram users in Indonesia via Whatsapp and email. Purposive sampling technique was used to select 208 respondents who had basic knowledge of s-commerce concepts and practices and had conducted direct transactions at least twice. According to the PLS-SEM output, WoM and trust has a positive and significant effect on s-commerce purchasing decisions, whereas advertising has no effect. These findings offer the most up-to-date insights for e-commerce companies and related social media to reform their marketing strategies in the new normal to maintain consumer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

The web is a complete data provider and is an important aspect in various fields, especially learning because it can be accessed without limits and is easy to use. This research certainly has the aim of achieving the value of user satisfaction and finding the factors that affect the quality of the E-Learning website. To support this research, researchers carried out observations, similar literature research, interviews and questionnaires as a collection of research information. In this research, the quality of the IAKN Tarutung E-learning web was measured using the Webqual 4.0 procedure. The source of information for this research was obtained through a questionnaire processed from IAKN Tarutung students with a population of 2828 and illustrations of 350 respondents. As a result, research can be stated that web quality simultaneously influences the creation of user satisfaction. On the other hand, partially webqual size is information and usability does not significantly affect user satisfaction. This means that data size and usability must be increased again so that user satisfaction can be created better.

Abstract

PT Kemasindo Cepat  Medan is: one of the main distribution companies for Honda cars that markets Honda cars only for the North Sumatra and Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam regions. Problems at PT Kemasindo Cepat  is in marketing products through sales opening channels available at several centers or through reference channels from one party to another, for this proves that the company is in developing a marketing information system within a limited company. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Marketing Information Systems and Product Differentiation on Consumer Purchase Decisions of PT. Deli Kencana Palace, Medan. The method used in this research is a survey approach, this type of research is descriptive quantitative. The number of population and samples in this study were 38 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Methods of collecting data were interviews, documentation studies, questionnaires and literature studies. Variables were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis model used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of Marketing Information System and Product Differentiation on Consumer Purchase Decisions of PT. Deli Kencana Palace, Medan. Partially there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Marketing Information System and Product Differentiation on Consumer Purchase Decisions of PT. Deli Kencana Palace, Medan.
