Abstract

Nowadays, gold investment practitioners generally use instinct and guess in investing in gold. This is certainly a problem because it has a high error margin. To solve these problems, the forecasting process can be carried out.To be able to forecast gold prices with low error rates, various studies have been conducted. The Box-Jenkins method performs better than other methods in predicting the price of gold, because the Box-Jenkins method applies forecasting by relying on the historical statistics of gold prices beforehand. The Box-Jenkins method is an iterative of choosing the best model for the stationary series of a group of linear time series models called the ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) model. However, the ARIMA method is a complex method and is not easy to use and requires a long execution time to obtain forecasting results with a high degree of accuracy. To improve the accuracy of prediction results from ARIMA, the ARIMA method can be combined with the multiple regression method into a hybrid method. The Multiple Linear Regression Method is a mathematical technique that minimizes the difference between the actual value and the predicted value. The results of this study are an application of forecasting the price of gold using the ARIMA method and Multiple Linear Regression. The application also provides a facility to test the results of the methods used. Based on the results of testing the accuracy of the prediction results from the hybrid method with 30 data = 48%, 60 data = 40%, and 118 data = 40.81%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create a system of "Monitoring and Control of Electricity Based on Android" where electricity is now an important part of people's daily lives and the community cannot be far from electricity because daily needs require electricity. There are bad habits of the people in using unnecessary and excessive electricity such as always turning on lights, fans, TVs and others when not at home so that electricity bills become expensive and uncontrolled. Monitoring and controlling electricity is one way to help the efficiency of the budget incurred due to unnecessary electricity usage. By using the Android Electric Monitoring and Control can be done remotely that can move the relay that is in the NodeMCU module ESP8266 so that electricity can be controlled with the system to be created and users no longer need to worry about electricity costs and forgetfulness to turn off the electricity that lights up because it can monitored via Android.

Abstract

Scheduling the maintenance of asset inventory is very important in increasing effectiveness and work efficiency. National University has fixed assets as supporting lectures such as computers, air conditioners, printers, projectors, and others. However, the asset inventory management at the National University has not yet reached effectiveness and good efficiency, the National University does not yet have a special asset database to facilitate scheduling and improvement in maintaining asset inventory. This makes it difficult to track down asset damage. This problem often makes it difficult for asset managers at the National University to know the condition of the assets, whether damaged or lost. That makes asset management not good. Therefore, a system that can run an asset management business process is neat and structured so that asset managers can easily manage maintenance maintenance and repair assets. The design process uses the Genetic Algorithm method. it starts with identifying the asset management system at the National University and creating a proposed new system. From the design stage, a website-based information system is produced to manage the scheduling and repair of assets at the National University. it starts with identifying the asset management system at the National University and creating a proposed new system. Abstract

Information System (IS) has become essential for organizations to compete in services that focuses on current technology. The resources invested in IS to provide services and generate better value products and as an enabler in implementing good governance. With the model of DeLone McLean, there is an attempt to measure effectiveness of information systems in higher education. Culture of an organization should also be considered as an enabler in the organization's efforts to achieve the desired performance. With the CVF model an IS Success Model, effectiveness could be modeled. The combined model proposed a model of cultural influence on the effectiveness of IS consisting of 6 and 5 constructs effectiveness of the cultural constructs of Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, Usage, and Benefits. Cultural self-constructs consisting of clan, adhocracy, market, and hierarchy. Model evaluation is done by using SEM-PLS. The survey was conducted at university by distributing questionnaires to academic staff, faculty, and students. The model has been evaluated with 6 constructs as forming element model. The result model of the influence of culture on the effectiveness of information systems consisting of 6 constructs the effectiveness of Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, Usage, Satisfaction and Effectiveness and the 3 constructs of cultural influences namely Clan, Adhocracy and Hierarchy.

Abstract

Amid the outbreak of the Covid-19 Virus, the attendance system of lecturers using finger print at the National University is very risky to facilitate the spread of Covid-19. With the old-time attendance system, of course will increase the touch by using the hands and fingers of lecturers on the same object. While it is known that the main spread of Covid-19 is through the media of hands and / or fingers. Under these conditions, a new and more sophisticated attendance system is needed to minimize the risk of the spread of Covid-19 at the National University. One such system is attendance online via a mobile phone. For this purpose, the authors plan to strike the Online Attendance system at the National University. Making this application using the Appsheet and can be used as an attendance machine, which validates attendance based on location with the integration of Global Positioning System (GPS) technology. The system automatically tracks the position of the lecturer whether in the campus area which has been determined by its coordinate points or vice versa, if not yet, the lecturer will still be allowed to make an absence or return absent using photo evidence that will be uploaded and fill in the information. All are stored in the Attendance Application event so that the lecturer can find out about attendance. Attendance by using this mobile system is expected to reduce the potential for the spread of Covid-19 at the National University when The New Normal is enforced.
