Abstract

CV Lestari Electric memiliki data rahasia, salah satunya data stok fast moving barang, data inventory perusahaan , daftar gaji, daftar penerimaan yang tidak boleh diketahui oleh pihak lain. Jika informasi tersebut diketahui oleh orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab akan menimbulkan kerugian bagi perusahaan, sehingga CV Lestari Electric membutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang mengamankan data tersebut. Aplikasi tersebut menggunakan algoritma steganografi EOF (End Of File), dengan bahasa pemrograman Java berbasis desktop. Algoritma EOF digunakan karena memiliki kapasitas jumlah karakter pesan yang tidak terbatas pada saat disisipkan. Data yang dapat dienkripsi dan disisipkan berupa text dan gambar, sedangkan untuk file penampung data tersebut berupa file video yang berjenis .mp4. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, aplikasi ini mampu memproses file yang ingin disisipkan dengan ukuran maksimal sebesar 5 MB dan maksimal ukuran file penampung berupa video sebesar 30 MB. Dan aplikasi ini membantu dalam menjaga kerahasiaan data / informasi pada perusahaan sehingga tidak dapat diketahui oleh orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Kata kunci : Steganografi EOF( End Of File), Keamanan Data, CV Lestari Electric.

Abstract

Abstarct This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, financial leverage, net profit margin, current ratio, and return on aset on return saham. The dependent variable in this study is return saham. The population in this study are companies in cunsummer good sectors which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2018. This study looks at financial statements issued by food and brevage during the study period. The method of determining the sample is done by using purposive sampling to ensure data obtained in accordance with the criteria in the study. From purposive sampling, 15 manufacturing companies were observed. The results of this study indicate that profitability and partial institutional ownership affect return saham, but net profit margin, financial leverage, current ratio, return on aset on return saham. While simultaneous net profit margin, financial leverage, current ratio, return on aset return saham.Key words:  profitability, financial leverage, net profit margin return saham

Abstract

Obtained are based on the formulation, objectives, results, and discussion in the analysis of cultural values in the novel Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck by Buya Hamka and Novel Tanah Para Bandit by Tere Liye previously stated, described as follows. The results of the analysis of cultural values in the novel The Sinking of the Van Der Wijck Ship by Buya Hamka and the novel Tanah Para Bandits by tere Liye contain 79 data. The data obtained is divided into cultural values in human relations with God, cultural values in human relations with nature, cultural values in human relations with society, cultural values in human relations with others, and cultural values in human relations with oneself.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan bisnis saat ini semakin bertumbuh pesat, hingga pada internet (media online). Sistem bisnis semacam ini telah banyak digunakan oleh industri multinasional sampai kepada pedagang retail kecil. Dimana sistem penjualannya yang sangat mudah untuk memperoleh sasaran pasar dan membeli apa yang mereka perlukan tanpa harus mendatangi toko ataupun tempat penjualannya.Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti berfokus pada Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Cv Pelita Warna Sentosa dalam meningkatkan penjualan di E-Commerce Shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif. Pada penlitian ini peneliti mengumpulkan pendekatan deskritif kualitatif, peneliti melakukan wawancara, dan observasi pada bagian Manager, Sales Marketing, dan dua Konsumen CV Pelita Warna Sentosa. Dengan metode deskritif, melalui observasi partisipan dimana penulis yang sekaligus juga menjadi peneliti ikut terlibat secara langsung dalam setiap kegiatan yang subjek lakukan untuk mendapatkan segala data maupun informasi yang dibutuhkan terkait dengan penelitian. Kemudian penelitian dilanjutkan dengan wawancara mendalam kepada informan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran CV Pelita Warna Sentosa Dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Di E-Commerce Shopee, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Dalam penjualannya, yang dilakukan CV Pelita Warna Sentosa dapat memastikan bahwa profil di Shopee memiliki deskripsi yang jelas dan menarik tentang produk apa yang dijual, serta menggunakan foto produk yang real,agar dapat membantu menarik perhatian calon pembeli. Kendala yang dihadapi Cv Pelita Warna Sentosa dalam meningkatkan penjualan di E-Commerce Shopee ialah kurir untuk pengambilan stock barang terbatas dan belum mempunyai tempat secara langsung atau permanen untuk memasarakan produknya, misalnya di Mall ataupun di Ruko.Kata Kunci: Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran, Meningkatkan, PenjualanAbstractBusiness growth is currently growing rapidly, to the internet (online media). Where is the sales system that is very easy to get to the target market and buy what they need without having to go to the store or the point of sale. In this study, researchers focused on the Marketing Communication Strategy of Cv Pelita Warna Sentosa in increasing sales at E-Commerce Shopee. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. In this research, the researcher collected a qualitative descriptive approach, the researcher conducted interviews, and made observations on the Manager, Sales Marketing, and two consumers of CV Pelita Warna Sentosa. With the descriptive method, through participant observation where the writer who is also a researcher is directly involved in every activity that the subject does to get all the data and information needed related to the research. Then the research was continued with in-depth interviews with informants. Based on the results of research on CV Pelita Warna Sentosa's Marketing Communication Strategy in Increasing Sales Results at E-Commerce Shopee, it can be concluded that: In selling, what CV Pelita Warna Sentosa does can ensure that the profile on Shopee has clear and attractive descriptions of what products sold, as well as using real product photos, in order to help attract the attention of potential buyers. The obstacle faced by Cv Pelita Warna Sentosa in increasing sales results at E-Commerce Shopee is that couriers can take limited stock of goods and do not have a direct or permanent place to market their products, for example in malls or shop houses.Keywords: Marketing Communication Strategy, Increase, Sales

Abstract

After conducting a content analysis of the January 2023 episode of the  Mata Najwa talk show, which consisted of three talk show titles, namely  Deliberation Tuntun Sambo Until Candidates for the PSSI Chairperson, the  authors drew several conclusions. The speech contained in the January 2023  episode of the Mata Najwa talk show, entitled Deliberation on guiding Sambo to  PSSI chairman candidates, contained the use of elements of politeness in the  Leech Politeness Principle, for example in the use of the principle of politeness,  namely an agreement between the speaker and the hearer and the maxim of  humility, because the program Najwa's eyes are speakers and speech partners who  have a good education, so they pay great attention to the principle of politeness in  speaking

Abstract

Errors in writing absorption elements were not found in the thesis of Indonesian Language and Literature Education students Batch 2022. Errors in the use of effective sentences in the thesis of Indonesian Language and Literature Education students Batch 2022 found 123 cases of errors. These errors are caused by excessive sentences/words and improper choice of words/diction. The cause of the occurrence of these errors because of the lack of thoroughness of students when writing thesis. It can be seen that there is a removal of phoneme elements in a word and sentences that are redundant or redundant so that the sentence becomes ineffective

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai usaha untuk mengetahui pemahaman Islami terhadap Motivasi Berhijab siswa, lebih tepatnya yaitu SMP Plus Muhammadiyah Pasar Kemis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu apakah terdapat pengaruh Pemahaman Islami terhadap Motuvasi Berhijab siswa Kelas VIII di SMP Plus Muhammadiyah Pasar Kemis. Allah SWT telah memerintahkan kepada kaum Wanita untuk menutup auratnya, salah satu caranya adalah dengan memakai hijab. Berdasarkan fenomena-fenomena yang ada, banyak sekali seseorang yang menggunakan hijab sering disalah gunakan, hanya sekedar memakai hijab untuk fashion, untuk menutup kekurangan yang ada pada di dirinya, dan hanya untuk terlihat cantik, bukan semata-mata memakai hijab karna sebuah perintah Allah SWT. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Dengan menggunakan tekhnik observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh pemahaman islami siswa terhadap motivasi berhijab siswa kelas VIII di SMP Plus Muhammadiiyah Pasar Kemis. Kata Kunci: Pemahaman Islami, Motivasi Berhijab

Abstract

Based on the results of data analysis, hypothesis testing, and discussion that has been carried out, it can be revealed that: The use of an Integrative Approach in the listening and writing skills of class VIII MTs Nurul Falah Kutabumi is able to improve student learning outcomes, the Integrative Approach is felt to be more effective than using other approaches with the effectiveness weight is 21.7%, and the results of the ability to listen and write news for class VIII students increase more after using the Integrative Approach. This is indicated by the average value of the experimental class 78.40 which is greater than the average value of the control class 67.28
