Manazhim Journal is an interdisciplinary publication of original research and writing on islamic education management. This journal was published by Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) STIT Palapa Nusantara Lombok - NTB which was published twice in a year (biannualy), February and August with a minimum of 5 articles. The journal aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulated knowledge, values, and skills. Scientific manuscript dealing with Islamic education management science topics are particularly welcome to be submitted.

The purpose of this study is to know the role of women in improving family economy in the South Sakra Village, Sakra District East Lombok Year. The type of research used in this study is research Qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique used is technique observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study indicate that there are several factors within socio-cultural life of the people of the Sakra Village south of Dasan Tereng Village which affects the women farmers to help in life the family economy, namely: mutual cooperation and help in the life of the farmer's family. and there are four important factors that become encouraging women of South Sakra Village farmers to take part in help the family's economic life, including: (1) environmental factors the availability of supporting facilities in the form of agricultural land and markets that can support in expanding marketing of agricultural products (2) economic factors, namely: the decreasing level of income of farmers, in the farming community Southern sakra village has three forms of the role of female farmers in life his family, namely: in family income, in financial management and in household settings. (3) family factors, namely: number dependents, the more the number of dependents the more you have to fulfilled. (4) education factor, which does not require higher education, so this work becomes an alternative. The form of the role of female farmers in improving the family economy in the South Hamlet Sakra Village Dasan Tereng has three things: (1) working in the agricultural sector, (2) working in the livestock sector, (3) working in the trade sector. Based on the things above women farmers in the southern sakra village have a dual role, namely public role and domestic role to help economic life his family.

The pattern of educating children or the method of educating children from before birth to school age is a necessity for a mother. Mother is the first and main geographical teacher in pre-school children's education. The age of toddlers to pre-school for children is golden age. Learning while playing is a certainty, playing is the first education for children under five. The age of a toddler is like a blank cassette that can store and record something that is accustomed to and experienced in the development of a child's life. For parents, if they expect their children to become children who are good enough to have to have insight and knowledge of management of pre-school children's education. Among the many models and patterns of education management, the easiest way to deliver children to become good and noble children is quran-based management. Al-Qur'an is a holy book from the most holy God, it will be easily digested and accepted by the core of the teachings to children who are still pure. In terms of management of the pre-school education based on the Qur'an, it is intended for parents to plan for their children to always listen to the chants of the Qur'an. Then group them into playing the verses in the form of per juz al-Qur'an in one month. Then the parents evaluate the child who has been refreshed by the Qur'an, if the chanting is paused, what will happen to the child's reaction. If you cry, it means that the spirit of the Qur'an has entered your heart and soul. The situation is valid for 30 juz, so the child for 30 months has listened to and recorded 30 juz verses of the Qur'an, God willing, the age of pre-school children has been memorized and will be smart with the waslah verse of the Qur'an. This is a Qur'ani-based management that gives birth to children who love and love to read the Qur'an and the hafidz of the Qur'an.

Facilities and infrastructure are one of the aspect which is needed to be concerned in implementing Management Based School and the foundation is the authority and responsibility of the school. This research is the field research that was chosen by purposive. The purpose of this research is to analyze the results of research relating to planning, implementing, monitoring the problems and efforts to handle the problems in implementing the facilities and infrastructure at school. In this research, the writer uses descriptive analysis method that is started with observing, interviewing, and documenting as the steps of data collection to collect all sources that related to problems of the research. Then, the writer verifies the accurancy of the data using the technic of triangulism. After doing this research, the writer concludes that: Management based school means the changing in taking adjusments from the education center to the school. The planning of implementation the facilties and infrastructure starts with analyzing the needs, doing survey, choosing the main need and implementing educational specification, The implementation of development facilities and infrastructure is carried out through assistance of school’s comitee, students’ parents and government. The supervision of development facilities and infrastructure is done through a directly approach and non directly approach. The hading problems in implementing facilities and infrastructure is the lack of involvement of businessmen in educational environments, lack of the skills in schools; managerial comitee, lack of the competency of the students’ parents and society, and the lack of involvement of the students in the process of maintaining the facilities and infrastructure in the school. The efforts that have been done to handle this problems in implementing facilitites and infrastructure is personal coaching personnel, improving the management’s quality, developing the main commitment with the students; parents and prospective students, and also making the relation together with another school.

Education has a important role in the advancement of human civillization, especially in terms of developing normative values so that education not only creates intelligent human beings but also creates humans who know their responsibilities as servants of God and soxial beings. Problems often occur big that result from the destruction of human morals that do not inspire Islamic values. Harun Nasution had the idea of Islamic renewal which is often referred to as “Gebrakan Harun Nasution” which calls for the rise of Muslims not only marked by overflowing religius emotions, but must be based on deep, comprehensive, philosophical thinking on the religion of Islamic Departingg from this, of course there relevance between Harun Nasution’s perspective about education and the national education system (kurikulum) in Indonesia in modern times.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of tutoring on learning difficulties of students of class XII MA Muallimin NW Gunung Rajak. The subjects that are the focus of research are Chemistry subjects. This research is a quantitative research with experimental design. The subject of this study was students of class XII IPA MA Muallimin NW Gunung Rajak. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and observations. The implementation of tutoring given to students who have effective learning difficulties in improving learning outcomes of students of class XII IPA MA Muallimin NW Gunung Rajak in the academic year 2018/2019. This can be seen from the acquisition of values in statistical analysis of 3.991. This value is greater than the value of ttable at the significance level of 5% which is equal to 1.658 and at the 1% significance level of 2.358. Therefore, the implementation of tutoring is effective in overcoming student learning difficulties, especially in Chemistry subjects.

The public relations field at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Sumedang is less informative when carrying out open employee recruitment so that job seekers are less aware of recruitment information. This study aims to reveal the implementation of human resource recruitment at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Sumedang. The research method used is qualitative. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study show that First, the recruitment tool at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Sumedang uses social media advertising media using online pamphlets. The media forum was informed, namely universities to target fresh graduates. Second, organizational characteristics in madrasas that are very thick with Islamic religious nuances are very good at attracting applicants from Islamic tertiary institutions, the achievements of institutions with well-managed management of madrasas are one of the attractions for job applicants. Third, minimal compensation or salary policies make recruitment difficult. Very strict job requirements in administration in state-run madrasa aliyah with long procedures make it one of the obstacles to complaints from prospective employees.

This study aims to determine the effect of problematic financing on profitability in Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in the City of Bekasi and the efforts of the management of the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) in Bekasi City in overcoming problematic financing. This research is "qualitative" namely research that studies a number of information relating to financing. To process data in this study using quantitative analysis in the form of Simple Regression analysis (Likert scale), and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) with SPSS version 23.00. The results of data processing by researchers have the value of validity and reliability can be used as the basis for retrieval of data, and the results of simple regression analysis with r square of 0.047. shows that H0 is accepted which shows that there is no significant effect of Non Performing Financing on Profit in BPRS in Bekasi City.

Facilities and infrastructure resources (such as the availability of learning tools or facilities that are quantitatively, qualitatively, classrooms appropriate to the number of students, school buildings that are relevant to the needs) are important inputs needed for ongoing education in schools. This research is a field research using purposive sampling which aims to analyze the findings of research relating to the planning and funding sources of funds, the implementation and budgeting of funding funds, evaluation of funding funds in the maintenance of learning facilities and infrastructure. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. After collecting various types of data related to the research problem, then verify the validity of the research data by triangulating the data. The results of this study indicate that the planning of funding sources in Madrasah al-Ikhlas Cicalengka through the analysis of the activities of the use of financial resources and the activities of institutions while the source of funds in Madrasah Aliyah al-Ikhlas and contributions from the community which are then used to finance programs or school activities such as improvement and maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure and teacher payroll. Budgeting of funds used for maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is good. The use of funds sourced from the central or regional government, especially for the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, teacher salaries, and improvement of buildings has been done optimally.

The objective of this research was to prove the learning effectiveness of seventh grade students’ questioning skill using “Question Student Have” method in SMP Negeri 1 Sinjai. The instrument for the research was observation which using checklist form about students’ participation in questioning in Indonesian learning. In analyzing the data, the researcher used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The result showed that the “Question Student Have” method was effective to be implemented in Indonesian teaching and learning. This is proven by the result of data observation in which the students’ (in experiment class) participation and enthusiastic in questioning is bigger than the students who were in control class. It is indicated by the average score of the students’ in experiment class were higher than the students’ average score in control class which the scores were 5,75 (experiment class) and 3, 38 (control class). Besides, the statistic showed that t count > t table = 4,90 > 2,00 and the significance was 5% which means the hypothesis was accepted.

Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Funding Management in MTs Al-Ikhlas Campaka is carried out by process: Budgeting (Budget planning): Financing financing has been carried out properly and transparently, Source of Funding is obtained from several sources namely: source of funds from the community (SPP), sources of funding from the government in the form of BOS funds , The implementation of the financing based on the budget that has been made (RKAS), the supervision and accountability of funding is carried out by the principal and the foundation. Funding management has been carried out transparently, effectively and efficiently. When planning involves parties who represent the parts in school. Funding management is also still lacking, not all posts are stated in the RKAS, because there are still expenditures outside the RKAS for the KBM smoothness process. Supporting and Inhibiting Factors. Supporting factors in financing management: schools have the right to regulate school funding according to school needs without being totally dependent on the foundation. Inhibiting factors in financing management: non-current funding sources, both BOS funding and student delays in SPP payments.
