Abstract

Motivation and self-management are very influential in improving achievement. Motivation can function as a driving force that triggers the implementation of things that are done and expected. Self-management also contributes to the formation of a good self in order to design the things to be achieved, so that they are scheduled and neatly arranged, and help the process of maintaining motivation itself. However, the reality that there is high learning motivation and good self-management is still far from student culture in Indonesia, both at the student and student level. This study aims to present the value of motivation and self-management concepts contained in the book awe inspiring me and how the effectiveness of the book awe inspiring me in increasing motivation and good self-management as an alternative to solving the problem of lack of motivation to learn and student achievement. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a content analysis approach of library research plus field research with observation, interviews and documentation research instruments. The results obtained from the research are that the book awe inspires me is very motivational and presents a very good concept of self-management.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about self-efficacy with student learning independence during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is using qualitative research. Based on the object of study, this research is included in literature research or library research. Literature research is research that comes from libraries and other literacies that are in accordance with the phenomenal being studied. The results of this study show that self-efficacy and student learning independence during the Covid-19 pandemic influence each other. This can be shown by the ability of students who can do independent learning because it is influenced by their self-efficacy which can make the independent learning environment as comfortable as possible so that there is an encouragement of learning motivation that causes them to understand learning easily. This means that self-efficacy and student independence are mutually reinforcing in achieving the success of student learning independence in the era of the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Students who memorize the Qur'an in carrying out their duties on campus and in Islamic boarding schools simultaneously make students inconsistent with the process of memorizing the Qur'an. It takes motivation and self-concept to minimize procrastination by knowing self-image through experiences from interactions with the environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of self-concept, motivation, procrastination in students who memorized the Qur'an and the relationship between self-concept and procrastination, motivation and procrastination, as well as self-concept and motivation with delays in memorizing students. The method used is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique. The research sample amounted to 58 people. The scale used is CVR (Content Validity Ratio) and then analyzed using Pearson correlation calculations. The results showed a negative and significant relationship between self-concept and memorization procrastination. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient (rxy) of -0.536 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). The higher the self-concept of students, the lower the procrastination of memorizing students. While the results of the study between memorization motivation and memorization procrastination showed a positive correlation. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.461 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). These results indicate no significant correlation between memorization motivation and memorization procrastination.

Abstract

The formulation of this problem is: How to bring the character to life during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is: To find out and describe how to bring characters to life during the Covid-19 pandemict. This approach is an approach that focuses on research that is oriented to obtaining findings that cannot be obtained through a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study used several data collection techniques, including; Observation is one of the data collection techniques that is carried out through systematic observations of phenomena in the field. Since the government announced the first case of the 2019 corona virus disease (covid 19) in March 2020 ago, Indonesia has been faced with a pandemic. Almost all sectors of life are affected, including the education sector. Even though this is the case, the school continues to implement and improve the roles of teachers in animate characters, some of the roles of teachers are: teachers as teachers as well as evaluators, teachers as controllers in learning, teachers make learning with various good methods, and teachers be a guide in learning.

Abstract

So far, reason according to the Qur'an and Neuroscience is something that considers identity different, while neuroscience is the same entity. This study aims to analyze the mind and heart according to the perspective of Al-Quran and Neuroscience. This research approach is a qualitative type of literature. The data source of this research is a literature review. The data collection technique was carried out by searching for references in the google scholar data base through the keywords reason, qalb, al-quran and neuroscience. The collected data is then analyzed qualitatively by using a pattern of inductive and deductive thinking techniques. The results showed that the mind and qalb are functions of the brain, especially the frontal cortex and limbic system.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of career development and motivation on employee performance at the drinking water company Tirta Mangkaluku, Palopo City. This research was a descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out by the slovin method. The sample in this study was 61 respondents. The data used in this study was primary data collected through questionnaire survey and google form. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that 1) Career development has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the drinking water company Tirta Mangkuluku Palopo City. 2) Motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the drinking water company Tirta Mangkuluku in Palopo City.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the design of video blogs in developing the character of early childhood. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case status. Data collection using observation and in-depth interviews. This research was conducted in Raudlatul Athfal Umi Sundari Kraksaan Probolinggo. The results of this study indicate that the design of video blogs in developing the character of early childhood includes: first, determining video content. The video design used is attractive to early childhood. Second, the target character. Early childhood development programs that must be achieved through video vlog design in accordance with the basic competencies of early childhood. Third, public. The process of uploading videos that have been made in developing the character of early childhood. The implication in early childhood character education is that the use of technology and information media, one of which is a video blog, can make it easier for teachers to convey messages or character values ​​in it.

Abstract

The era of modern technology requires its residents to pursue competence and competitiveness. Therefore, education is needed by humans as a basic need in developing competitiveness to achieve a glorious future. It also makes a person need literacy education for competence, accuracy, determination, trustworthiness, courage to face the risks of every decision he chooses and so on. The reality is that many Islamic boarding schools have not achieved the competencies desired by these institutions. This is traced to the fact that there are still many pesantren graduates who cannot play a role in society as a developer of religious or non-religious knowledge. This research was conducted with the aim of explaining how the implementation of literacy education in the Az-Zainiyah area of ​​the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school was carried out as a form of effort to face the challenges of modern times in the future. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects consisted of one head of the Az-Zainiyah region, four coordinators of the Az-Zainiyah student literacy forum, one female student and one female student. The data analysis technique uses data reduction that has been collected, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and observations. The results showed that the implementation of literacy education in the Az-Zainiyah region was carried out by learning and studying the yellow book, book bazaars, talents and interests, competitions on literacy, and short studies, namely a seven-minute lecture. However, in the implementation of these various forms of literacy, there are obstacles, namely there is no free forum to express the literary works of students, the lack of books that are of interest to students, and the lack of motivation of students from their respective administrators.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan riset ini untuk menguji serta mengenali pengaruh pemahaman wajib pajak, sanksi perpajakan serta mutu pelayanan perpajakan secara simultan ataupun parsial terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Dalam Membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan akan kah mempengaruhi guna Pemahaman Wajib Pajak, Sanksi Perpajakan serta Mutu Pelayanan Perpajakan. Kategori informasi yang digunakan dalam riset ini merupakan informasi primer. Sumber informasi primer pada riset ini diperoleh langsung dari wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan yang terletak di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Dengan kata lain Kesadaran Wajib Pajak, Sanksi Perpajakan, Serta Kualitas Pelayanan Perpajakan secara bersama– sama mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan. Kesadaran Wajib Pajak tidak mempengaruhi terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pada Kota Tangerang Selatan Tahun 2021, Sanksi Perpajakan tidak mempengaruhi terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pada Kota Tangerang Selatan Tahun 2021, Kualitas Pelayanan Perpajakan mempengaruhi terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Membayar Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pada Kota Tangerang Selatan Tahun 2021. Abstract

Acts of fraud or extortion that occur in Indonesia are more popular with the term corruption, fraud by internal parties or theft from external parties which can harm companies that focus on this research in the retail sector. In addition, fraud prevention will minimize the possibility of fraud and optimize the possibility of fraud being detected. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire method, namely distributing a list of questions (questionnaires) that will be filled out and answered by respondents. In this study, the validity test will be carried out with the help of the SPSS 25 program. This is done by looking for the correlation of each question item with the total score of the question for the results of respondents' answers that have the interval measurement scale above showing all the indicators used to measure the variables used in this study resulting in r arithmetic from r table. The significance test was carried out by comparing the r table with the calculated r so that the questions measuring each research variable were declared valid.
