Abstract

Anak merupakan amanah atau titipan dari Allah SWT, sehingga anak sebagai manusia mempunyai harkat dan martabat. Harkat dan martabat tersebut patut dijunjung tinggi, selain itu anak juga mempunyai hak. Namun anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum harus tetap diproses sesuai hukum yang berlaku, yang mana proses hukumnya berbeda dengan orang dewasa. Anak yang melakukan tindak pidana diatur dalam Undang Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Berdasarkan Pasal 7 angka 2 UU SPPA tindak pidana anak yang dapat diselesaikan dengan diversi dan bukan tindak pidana pengulangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis empiris. Spesifikasi penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif analitis. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan studi kepustakaan dengan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pada prinsipnya pelaksanaan diversi dapat dilakukan pada tingkat pemeriksaan, penyidikan, penuntutan, pemeriksaan di persidangan dan pelaksanaan putusan hakim. Diversi merupakan wewenang penegak hukum selama memenuhi persyaratan sebagaimana diatur dalam UU SPPA dan PERMA Nomor 4 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Diversi dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak, yaitu ancaman hukumannya di bawah 7 tahun dan bukan tindak pidana pengulangan. Mahkamah Agung juga menanggapi permasalahan anak berhadapan dengan hukum, yaitu dengan mengeluarkan PERMA Nomor 4 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Diversi dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Implementasi dari ide diversi tersebut dalam penanganan masalah anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum dilakukan dengan menerapkan peradilan restoratif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the teacher's strategy in shaping the character of students through the values ​​of honesty. The research method used is a qualitative approach with field studies at SDN 3 Blimbing, Besuki, Situbondo. Collecting data in this study using observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique is carried out with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions from research results. From this study, the results obtained are several teacher strategies that can be applied in school institutions including: teachers always start learning with the hadith of honesty, teachers always understand student achievement for students who have academic and non-academic achievements, teachers guide their students by implementing habituation attitudes and behavior honest in school, teachers are responsible for developing students' awareness of the importance of education, teachers apply a cooperative attitude to interact honestly at school. Implications in forming honest character, so far students have developed in terms of attitude, one of which is politeness in communicating, and being honest in conveying a message.

Abstract

The low ability to recognize number symbols in children aged four to five years is a problem that has always been a hot conversation between educators, parents, and the general public. Children aged 4 to 5 years should recognize the number symbols one through ten. The purpose of this study is how the number block game technique is used to recognize number symbols in children aged four to five years. This type of research is qualitative-descriptive using a case study approach. The results showed that using the number block game can create a fun learning atmosphere, make it easier for children to absorb learning material, especially in recognizing number symbols, and make children feel happy and at ease. The teacher ensures that the learning objectives are met during the learning activities. The findings of this study indicate that the use of number block game techniques to improve the ability to recognize number symbols in children aged four to five years can be carried out effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

People in Kraksaan City, Probolinggo District are religious. In their daily religious activities, they use the great mosque of Ar-Raudlah as a place of religious worship. This mosque is a place where they pray for five times, recite Qoran, contemplate silently (i’tikaf), and involve with religious recitation. A morning class (kuliah shubuh) at Ar-Raudlah is possibly transforming people’s mindset and behavior into more religious, since some of them act illegal lottery and money laundry. By implementing internalisation of religious values with talking (qoulan) technique, they are being regretful, aware of their sins, abandoning these forbidden behaviors, and reinforcing their understanding of Islam. Beside of kuliah shubuh, there are a new program namely interpretation of Koran to increase their understanding of Koran.Keywords: Jum’at recitation, Kraksaan people, internalisastion of Islamic values, masjid Ar Raudlah

Abstract

This study aims to find out innovations in developing a pesantren-based school curriculum in increasing public confidence in SMP Islam Sumberranyar Paiton Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research used is a case study. The results of the study show that: innovations in developing pesantren-based school curriculum in increasing public trust are as follows; The innovation of developing a pesantren-based school curriculum in Islamic junior high schools has improved very well, from the development of the school curriculum trying to develop a pesantren curriculum by changing the learning system, the supporting factors for innovation in developing a pesantren-based school curriculum in Islamic junior high schools include the principal involving all relevant stakeholders, both administrators and administrators. The entire board of teachers, community leaders, guardians of students as well as support from boarding school caregivers, inhibiting factors for innovation in developing a pesantren-based school curriculum in Islamic junior high schools, the low awareness of teachers to develop learning tools, this hampers the innovation of developing a pesantren-based school curriculum which was developed together at Sumberanyar Islamic Middle School Paiton, while the positive impact of curriculum innovation developed at Islamic Junior High School can increase public confidence in Sumberanyar Islamic Junior High School Paiton Probolinggo

Abstract

This study aims to understand the design of video blogs in developing the character of early childhood. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case status. Data collection using observation and in-depth interviews. This research was conducted in Raudlatul Athfal Umi Sundari Kraksaan Probolinggo. The results of this study indicate that the design of video blogs in developing the character of early childhood includes: first, determining video content. The video design used is attractive to early childhood. Second, the target character. Early childhood development programs that must be achieved through video vlog design in accordance with the basic competencies of early childhood. Third, public. The process of uploading videos that have been made in developing the character of early childhood. The implication in early childhood character education is that the use of technology and information media, one of which is a video blog, can make it easier for teachers to convey messages or character values ​​in it.

Abstract

Madrasa Science Competition (KSM) is an annual routine agenda organized by the Ministry of Religion. KSM is implemented in three stages, namely the regency / city level, the provincial level and the national level. Each school can send representatives to attend CBOs. In the implementation, not all schools send their representatives to join the KSM. This is due to the fact that most schools are minimal in terms of resources and facilities. This training was implemented at the Aliyah Fathus Salafi Madrasah School, Tanjung Rejo Village, Mangaran Situbondo. In the KSM coaching activity for the school, we approached the provision of KSM physics materials to the students. The approach is an approach to the basic concepts of physics by giving many examples of physical phenomena in everyday life. With this approach, it is easier for students to digest KSM material and problems with more complexity. After the implementation of KSM training, Madrasah Aliyah Fathus Salafi became more confident and encouraged to participate in the district / city level KSM.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan strategi internalisasi nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter  siswa di sekolah, mulai dari konsepsi tentang internalisasi nilai, tahapan-tahapan dalam proses internalisasi yaitu: tahap Transformasi Nilai, tahap Transaksi Nilai, dan tahap Transinternalisasi. Selanjutnya, tulisan ini  akan mengeksplorasi teori-teori strategi internalisasi nilai yang populer di kalangan praktisi pendidikan meliputi: strategi keteladanan  (modelling), strategi pembiasaan, strategi ibrah dan amtsal, strategi pemberian nasehat, strategi pemberian janji dan ancaman (targhib wa tarhib), dan strategi kedisiplinan. Pembahasan dalam naskah ini akan dilengkapi dengan model pendekatan internalisasi nilai-nilai PAI di sekolah dari guru kepada siswa melalui lima pendekatan, yakni pendekatan indoktrinasi, pendekatan moral reasoning, pendekatan forecasting concequence, pendekatan klasifikasi nilai, dan pendekatan ibrah dan amtsal. Diakhiri dengan strategi untuk membudayakan nilai-nilai agama di sekolah melalui : power strategi, persuasive strategy, dan normative re-educative strategy.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the learning strategy learning starts with a question in improving the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at MI Mambaul Ulum Alassumur. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. There were three informants in this study, namely Lailatul Mukarromah as the principal, Vindi Rif'atus Sholehah as a teacher and homeroom teacher for class V, and Dania as a class V student at MI Mambaul Ulum Alassumur. Data analysis is carried out with data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The research results obtained are the implementation of the learning strategy learning starts with a question in class V, which is carried out in several stages including choosing teaching sources, dividing students into several groups, choosing teaching materials or materials, starting learning by instructing students to read teaching materials then followed by formulating questions, and evaluating learning with questions and answers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of mindful parenting in overcoming academic burnout at MI Nurul Mun'im in learning Islamic Religious Education under the auspices of the Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo Islamic Boarding School. The technique used in collecting data is interview and observation. This descriptive study uses a qualitative approach to the literature study method. To get an overview of academic burnout, especially in learning Islamic religious education. This study's subject is the teacher care pattern in increasing learning motivation. Interviews were conducted with homeroom teachers, PAI teachers, counselling teachers and students. The results of the study show that the role of mindful parenting in overcoming academic burnout can be carried out in the learning process, which includes role theory according to Biddle and Thomas, in which there are four roles, namely: The subject of the interaction, The behaviour that appears in the exchange, The position of people in behaviour, The link between people and behaviour. This research has implications that teachers must have innovation and creativity in managing their learning by the specified targets to be able to generate motivation and create fun classroom learning as well as the intelligence of students as a whole.
