Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the Compensation Effect on Employee Performance and learn more deeply the importance of compensation in the company and how much influence it has on employee performance. And the company that is the object of this research is PT. Tri Dharma Pusaka, South Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method, where data is collected through questionnaires or questionnaires. Data collected through the results of the questionnaire are then processed with statistics, then interpreted, analyzed, and described according to the research objectives. The population and sample in this study were 55 people using saturated samples where all populations were sampled. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the effect of compensation has the results of the product moment correlation coefficient obtained r = 0.794, which means there is a positive relationship between compensation for employee work performance. The coefficient of determination  shows that Variable Compensation (X) affects the variable Employee performance (Y) of 63% while the rest is (100% - 63%) = 37% influenced by other factors not examined by the author. With a level of significance, because tcount is greater than t table (9.506> 1.674), then Ho is rejected and Ho is accepted, so it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Compensation on the performance of employees at PT. Abstract

This study aimed to find out how much price influences student of LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta Kramat Campus satisfaction, how much service influences' student of LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta Kramat Campus satisfaction and know how much the price and service influence student of LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta Kramat Campus satisfaction. This study uses a correlation method to see how much influence the independent variables and dependent variables influence. The research polls are level 2 students in the Administration Business Study Program, Computer Informatics, Informatics Engineering, Accounting Computerization, Office Administration of LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta (100 people). Each respondent is given 80 questions using a Likert scale. Based on the results of data management shows that the influence of prices partially has a significant effect on Student satisfaction. This shows that prices influence the satisfaction of LP3I Polytechnic students in Jakarta. Price levels, discount and payment methods affect student satisfaction. The effect of prices partially has a significant effect on student satisfaction. While the effect of service simultaneously has a significant and positive effect on student satisfaction. This shows that together prices and will affect student satisfaction at LP3i Polytechnic Campus Kramat. Where if prices and services are in accordance with student expectations, students will get satisfaction and vice versa.Key Word : price, service, satisfication

Abstract

Placement is a very decisive process in getting employees in accordance with what is needed by the company, because the right placement of employees in a position will be able to assist the company in achieving the expected goals. The method used in this method is an evaluation research method which means "decision making process, which is to compare an event, activity, product with predetermined standards and programs. Evaluation as a research means that it will function to explain the phenomenon (Riduwan (2004: 53). Because the value of t arithmetic t value of t table or 4,645 ≥ 1.65, then Ho is rejected, meaning intellectual intelligence really has a significant effect on work placement. Because the value of t count ≥ value of t table or 2.168 ≥ 1.65, then Ho is rejected, meaning self-motivation really has a significant effect on work placement. The magnitude of the effect simultaneously between the variables of intellectual intelligence (X1) and self-motivation (X2) on work placement (Y) is classified as moderate. While contributing together (simultaneous) variables X1, X2 to Y = R2 x 100% or 0.4222 x 100% = 17.8% while the remaining 49.4% is determined by other variables. Abstract

Pengangguran dan kemiskinan masih menjadi permasalahan di Indonesia. Pengangguran dan kemiskinan terjadi karena perbandingan antara jumlah penawaran kesempatan kerja tidak sebanding dengan jumlah lulusan atau penawaran tenaga kerja baru di segala level pendidikan. Namun, jumlah pengangguran dan kemiskinan sebenarnya dapat diperkecil dengan keberanian membuka usaha-usaha baru atau berwirausaha, tetapi hal tersebut tidaklah mudah begitu saja, untuk menjadi wirausaha yang handal dan sukses dibutuhkan kepribadian, pengetahuan dan lingkungan keluarga yang mendukung hal tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini akan menganalisa kepribadian, pengetahuan, dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa LP3I Jakarta,melalui beberapa langkah. Langkah pertama peneliti mengumpulkan data untuk menggalih informasi tentang kepribadian, pengetahuan dan lingkungan keluarga pada mahasiswa LP3I Jakarta. Langkah kedua, disusun model bentuk pengaruh kepribadian, pengetahuan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha dan dikembangkan menjadi “model potensi” hubungan antar variabel yang menjelaskan pengaruh variabel terikat (independent variabel) dengan variabel bebas (dependent variabel). Langkah ketiga, dari model potensi yang telah dibentuk kemudian dilakukan analisis secara sistematis dan terperinci. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah, yaitu: pertama untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian, pengetahuan, dan lingkungan keluarga bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa LP3I Jakarta. Abstract

Depok City growth as a develop City in Indonesia and as the result Depok became one of the cities that overrun by the urban from various of region in Republic of Indonesia. This research is aimed to know how far the role of urban in the minority area around Bus station in especially Depok City and people of Pancoranmas district in general in empowering the people’s economy especially in supporting, guiding, and developing retail business. The method used to analyzethis research is linear regression, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient. The result shown that the earnings and business run by the urban in Depok is good. However, there is a legality problem regarded the government license which is caused by the majority of the urban do not have a clear identity data and as the result the business of the urban won’t last longer. Abstract

Bahasa inggris adalah salah satu bidang pendidikan yang harus dipelajari dan dikuasai oleh mahasiswa yang ingin meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam membaca. Dalam hal ini dikarenakan Bahasa inggris sering digunakan dalam bidang pengetahuan, teknologi, seni dan aktifitas aktifitas lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan mahasiswa di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cimone. Penulis mempunyai tiga tahap untuk mendapatkan kemajuan mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Bahasa inggris mahasiswa melalui skimming. Tahapan pertama yang harus diberikan oleh penulis adalah memberikan teks Reading 1 yang mana jawaban dari pertanyaan diberikan dengan jawaban multiple choice dengan harapan mahasiswa dapat memilih diantara jawaban yang benar diantara essay serta pilihan diantara dua pilihan yaitu Salah dan Benar. Dan yang jenis dari teks Reading 2 dengan jawaban multiple choice yaitu mahasiswa harius memilih diantara jawaban a, b, c dan d yang paling benar dan jawaban dari pertanyaan terdiri dari 10 pertanyaan. Dan yang terakhir memberikan jenis teks Reading 3 yang mana jawaban dari pertanyaan terdiri dari jawaban essay sebanyak 10. Setelah selesai dengan melakukan tiga kegiatan tersebut temuan – temuan penelitihan dengan menggunakan cycle 1, 2, and 3. Tiap tiap cycle terdiri dari Planning, action, evaluation, and reflection. Dan peningkatan dalam penelitihan dapat diketahui pada gambar grafik. Dalam penelitihan ini Penulis mengambil jenis penelitihan Action Research. Dalam penelitihan ini penelihan dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Cimone. Mahasiswa yang sudah bergabung dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 21 mahasiswa. Agar mengetahui peningkatan mahasiswa dalam membaca melalui skimming dan juga mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan, penulis mendapatkan ijin untuk melakukan penelitihan dalm kelas Administrasi Bisnis.  Reading pertama nilai rata rata adalah 58, Reading 2 adalah 66, and reading 2 adalah 81. Dengan hasil ini maka ada peningkatan dalam membaca melalui Skimming.Kata Kunci : kemampuan bahasa inggris, reading, skiming

Abstract

This study analyzes the business strategy planning with corporate entrepreneurship. The scope of the issues examined in this study is the discussion in the planning of business strategy with the implementation of corporate entrepreneurship in improving company performance. This study in an empirical study of small and medium scale clothing industry in Bekasi. Thoseare 135 industries. Total sample in this research are 107 industries. Collecting data using questionnaires, while an analytical tool used is a structural equation modeling (SEM). The result of data analysis showed that this research model with acceptable goodness of fit. In general the conclusion from the results of model testing is applied to the apparel industry of small and medium scale in calculate showed that a good business strategy planning with implementation of corporate entrepreneurship to enhance corporate performance. This research has given some research limitation and also give agenda for next research.Keywords : strategy business, corporate, entrepreneurship

Abstract

In this research, Problem formulation is any influence of work motivation and work ability simultaneously and partially to employee performance at STBA. The hypothesis proposed is the influence of work motivation and work ability simultaneously and partially on employee performance at STBA. Type of descriptive research with questionnaire as data source. The population in this study is all employees STBA, totaling 71 employees. The sample in this research is 42 employees, using Slovin formula with sampling technique used.  Probability sampling is sampling technique that gives equal opportunity for each population to be selected as a member of the sample and the method used is simple random sampling. Tool of analysis in this research is doubled linear regression. Based on simultaneous test (F test) obtained value of F count equal to 19,104 bigger than F table value (3,252) so that its decision reject Ho and accept Ha. This means that simultaneously the independent variables (work motivation and work ability) affect Employee Performance. Based on the partial test results (t test) calculate the work motivation variable of 3.735. By looking at the position of t arithmetic (3.735) is greater than t table (2.026) then t arithmetic is the rejection of Ho and acceptance of Ha so that his decision reject Ho and accept Ha. This means that partially Work Motivation variables affect employee performance. The value of t arithmetic working ability variable of 3.328. By looking at the position of t arithmetic (3.328) greater than t table (2.026) then t arithmetic is in the rejection region Ho and acceptance of Ha so that his decision reject Ho and accept Ha. This means that partially Work Ability variables affect Employee Performance. Associated with the results of hypothesis testing, then the results of this study showed the influence of work motivation and work ability either simultaneously or partially. The effect of the research results showed a positive direction, which means that better work motivation and the ability of good work will improve employee performance. Therefore it is expected that the management of STBA to review the efforts to improve motivation factors and employee work skills so as to achieve maximum employee performance.Key words : Work  Motivation, Working Ability, Employee Performance

Abstract

Based on observations in the field, it can be seen that at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Cibinong Campus service is generally seen as good enough, but there are some services that are still considered not optimal. Based on this, the writer is interested in conducting research to find out how much influence the quality of service on corporate image (Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Cibinong Campus). The type of research chosen is a type of quantitative research. Quantitative research was chosen because researchers wanted to measure the effect of service quality on image at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Cibinong Campus using a scale and size that had been previously designed. This measurement is based on the respondent's answer to a questionnaire containing various questions and statements with variations of answers that have been provided by the author. This research is explanative, namely a study that explains the interplay between independent variables (Service Quality) and dependent variables (Image Company) through testing hypotheses. In this case the researcher examines whether there is an influence between the quality of service to the company image by testing several theories used. From the results of the analysis obtained the value of service quality has a significant positive effect on the image shown by the r value of 0.587 which means the relationship between the two is strong. While the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.344, which means that service quality can increase the company's image variable by 34.4%, while the remaining 65.6% is explained by other variables. Keywords: Service, Quality, Image

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara (1) Profesionalitas Dosen; dan (2) Motivasi Berprestasi; secara bersama-sama dengan (3) Kepuasan Kerja Kepuasan Kerja Dosen STBA. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada STBA, dengan metode penelitian survey dengan analisis korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini dosen berjumlah 225 orang dan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 75 orang dosen (30 untuk ujicoba dan 45 untuk penelitian), dipilih berdasarkan teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel yaitu, (1) Kepuasan Kerja Dosen (Y), (2) Profesionalitas dosen (X1) dan (3) Motivasi Berprestasi (X2). Sebelum instrument digunakan, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji coba instrument. Validitas yang digunakan untuk instrument Kepuasan Kerja dosen, Profesionalitas dosen dan Motivasi Berprestasi adalah validitas konstruk. Demikian juga koefisien reliabilitas instrumen Kepuasan Kerja Dosen, Profesionalitas dosen dan Motivasi Berprestasi dicari dengan rumus alpha cronbach (KR-21) Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga kesimpulan pokok, yaitu (1) terdapat hubungan positif antara Profesionalitas dengan Kepuasan Kerja Dosen STBA, (ry1) =0,527 dengan =  37,07 + 0,687 X1; (2) Terdapat hubungan Motivasi Berprestasi dengan Kepuasan Kerja Dosen (ry2) = 0,566 dengan = 40,73 + 0,787X2); dan (3) terdapat hubungan positif antara Profesionalitas Dosen dan Motivasi Berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan Kepuasan Kerja Dosen (ry12) = 0,641 dengan  =  -6,954 + 0.440X1 + 0,571X2. Kesimpulan : 1) makin tinggi Profesionalitas Dosen, akan makin tinggi pula Kepuasan Kerja Dosen, 2) makin tinggi Motivasi Berprestasi, akan makin tinggi pula Kepuasan Kerja Dosen dan 3) makin tinggi Profesionalitas Dosen dan makin baik Motivasi Berprestasi Dosen secara bersama-sama akan makin tinggi pula Kepuasan Kerja Dosen. Saran agar Ketua dapat memotivasi dosen dengan memberikan penghargaan dan pengakuan terhadap prestasi dosen dan dosen menyadari bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak hanya ditentukan oleh penghasilan yang diperoleh.Kata Kunci : Profesionalitas, Motivasi Berprestasi, Kepuasan Kerja Dosen
