Abstract

ABSTRACT  The intense competition and the rapid development of technology and information asserteda better system, fast and reliable in solving the problem, especially in the transportation services sector. Consumer decision in determining and selecting the public transportation depended on many things including online service quality factors.This study aim to assess and analyzed the effect of online service quality on satisfaction and loyalty of Maharani economic railway user at Railway Company operational area VIII Surabaya PasarTuri. The model used in this research approach was causality with descriptive research methods.The population in this study was the Maharani Railway passengers with departure from Pasar Turi Surabaya station and destination Poncol Semarang station and vice versa or round-trip (PP). The selected sampleswere 200 respondents. Sample decision technique used Purposive sampling. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS program. The results of this study showed that: 1) the online service quality has a significant effect to passenger satisfaction. 2) The online service quality has no significant effect to passenger loyalty. 3) The satisfaction has significant effect to passenger loyalty. 4) The online service quality has a significant effect to the passenger’s loyalty which is mediated by the passenger’s satisfaction.Keywords : Quality, Online Services, Satisfaction, Loyalty.Correspondence to : lazir.think@gmail.com, dienafdloka@gmail.com, reetrayy@gmail.com

Abstract

ABSTRACT                  The purposed of research is analyzing the effect of internal factors and external factors to debt policy and to examine the effect of debt policy to corporate values. This research used the State-Owned Enterprises non bank which is listed in Indonesia stock exchange started the year 2007-2014 with total 10 Companies.Selection sample based on purposive sampling method with the purpose to get sample according to research aim. Based on the certain criteria which are assigned, so we get data pooling with analyze units 80. the analytical technique was multiple regressions.The research results show that external factors which are proxied by inflation rates, gross domestic bruto, interest rate, foreign exchange rate and crude oil prices has significant effect to debt policy. However, Internal factors which are proxied by profitability, corporate size, corporate growth and external factors which is proxied by composite stocks price index has no effect to debt policy. This research has also proved the debt policy has significant to corporate values. State-Owned Enterprises in taking policy on debt is influenced by external factors. Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the Influence of Information Technology and Human Resources on the Application of E-Government as a Public Service (Case study on PT Bank Mandiri Micro Business Cluster Asembagus). This study uses primary data that is the spread of questionnaires on Bank Mandiri employees who numbered 32 Respondents and then from the results of these answers will be managed further to find out the results of these studies. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study can be seen that the variable of information technology has a positive and significant impact on the implementation of e-government. the higher the level of technology used by employees of Bank Mandiri, the better the implementation of e-government in Bank Mandiri in providing public services to the public. And variable of human resource have positive and significant influence to e-government application. the higher the quality of human resources, the better the application of e-government in the institution.Keywords : information technology, human resources, e-government.Correspondence to : diyahprobowulan@unmuhjember.ac.id  ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Teknologi Informasi dan Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Penerapan E-Government sebagai Bentuk Pelayanan Publik (Study kasus pada PT Bank Mandiri Micro Business Cluster Asembagus).Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu penyebaran kuesioner pada karyawan Bank Mandiri yang berjumlaah 32 Responden dan kemudian dari hasil jawaban tersebut akan dikelola lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa variabel teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan e-government. semakin tinggi tingkat teknologi yang digunakan oleh karyawan Bank Mandiri maka semakin baik penerapan e-government dalam Bank mandiri dalam memberikan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat luas. Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research aims to measure the financial performances and find out the health level of PT. Bank X,Tbk using CAMEL method (non-management) during the period of 2009-2013, whether it is included in the category of healthy, quite healthy, less healthy or unhealthy. Camel method consists of Capital, Assets, Management, Earnings, and Liquidity. At the elements of Camel comprise several ratios which are used for the assessment of the health of the banks, namely, CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), KAP (Assets Quality), PPAP (Allowance for Earning Assets) ROA (Return on Assets), BOPO (Operating Expenses to Operating Income ), CR (Current Ratio), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), NCM (net call money). This research is descriptive quantitative. The instrument analysis used in this research the ratio of CAMEL method (non-management) based on the Decree of Directors of Indonesian Bank Number 30/12 / KEP / DIR on 30th April 1997 regarding the Assessment Procedures of health level of PT. Bank X,Tbk during the period of 2009 to 2013. The maximum and minimum limits in the regulations prescribed by Bank Indonesia used to measure the financial performance and health levels of PT. Bank X,Tbk. Based on research conducted at PT. Bank X,Tbk during period of 2009 to 2013 found that the financial performance and health level of PT. State Savings Bank,Tbk are in “healthy” categories. This is because the ratio calculation results obtained by PT. Bank X,Tbk periode tahun 2009 s.d. 2013. Batasan maksimum dan minimum dalam peraturan yang ditentukan oleh Bank Indonesia digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan dan tingkat kesehatan PT. Bank X,Tbk.Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan di PT. Bank X,Tbk periode tahun 2009 s.d. 2013 bahwa kinerja keuangan dan tingkat kesehatan PT. Abstract

The partnership between Semen Gresik and Small Middles Enterprises (SMEs) kind of social responsibility implementation in the form of where Semen Gresik as the fasilitator of the community potential business empowering and the SMEs ability improvement in managing its own business to be more capable and growing up. The partnership program is one part of CSR which is able to give additional value to those stakeholders especially in giving good advices for the SMEs to fulfill their capital to build the business up. Other findings investigated that the partnership program gives a facility to held some trainnings and the apprentice activities wich support the SMEs creativities  and  skills.  In  the  other  that,  the  product  exhibitions  can  be  the  SMEs learning process in inspiring the product quality improvement dan expanding the marketing links.Hubungan kemitraan Semen Gresik dengan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) melalui Program Kemitraan  merupakan bentuk implementasi tanggung jawab sosial dimana Semen Gresik berperan sebagai fasilitator pemberdayaan potensi usaha masyarakat untuk peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya manusia dan bisnis usaha kecil dan mikro. Program Kemitraan sebagai bagian dari Corporate Social Responsibility memberi solusi kesulitan modal kerja UKM untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Selain itu memfasilitasi  pendidikan/pelatihan dan magang untuk  menunjang kreatifitas dan keterampilan  UKM.  Sedangkan  partisipasi  UKM  dalam  pameran  produk  sebagai sumber inspirasi peningkatan kualitas produk dan perluasan jaringan pemasaran.Kata Kunci: program kemitraan, sumber daya manusia, kinerja bisnis, pengusaha kecil, PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk.

ABSTRACTKain Besurek is one of a very potensial treator  bisiness because that is a featured product and cultural preservation  through the work of Nation’s Children especially on Kain Besurek in the Bengkulu Province.Generally, Kain Besurek  business in Bengkulu is individual companies that describe the conditional of capital, worker  and marketing in the feasibility of business development. Informant in  the research was 20 Batik  Craftsmen in Bengkulu, trying to get accurate and actual data, then the data was discussed and desribed systematicly and concluded as alternative problem solving. Methods of collecting the data were observation and documentation. The purpose of research was to know proper or did not to development typical souvenir in Bengkulu.Baseed on the research, it coucluded that typical souvenir bisiness In Bengkulu was proper. It spent the time for 4 years, 5 months, 14 days. Based on investation criteria was positive pu of prosess ≥ pu of outlays. Account result was 1 RR = 31,66%. Index profitability was 1,5.Keywords                   : Cindramata Enterprise Development Of BengkuluCorrespondence to      : arinieti@gmail.com ABSTRAK  Kain Basurek merupakan usaha kerajinan yang sangat potensial oleh karena merupakan salah satu produk unggulan dan juga guna pelestarian Budaya melalui hasil-hasil karya anak bangsa khususnya pada Kain Basurek yang hanya ada di Kota Bengkulu.Usaha Kain Basurek yang ada di Kota Bengkulu pada umumnya merupakan perusahaan perseorangan sehingga dapat menggambarkan kondisi modal, tenaga kerja maupun pemasaranyan dalam melakukan kelayakan pengembangan usaha.  Informan dalam penelitian para  pengrajin batik basurek yang ada di kota Bengkulu sebanyak 20 pengrajin yang ada dikota Bengkulu, dengan menggunakan cara berusaha mendapatkan data yang akurat maupun aktual, data tersebut kemudian dibahas dan di uraikan secara sistematis serta disimpulkan sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi.  Metode pengumpulan data  dilakukan dengan  observasi dan dokumentasi, Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui layak tidaknya pengembangan usaha Batik Basurek yang Merupaka salah satu cendramata khan Bengkulu.Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan usaha Batik Basurek  cindramata khas Bengkulu   dinyatakan layak dari hasil perhitungan PP  memakan  waktu selama 4 tahun 5 bulan 14 hari. Ditinjau dari kriteria investasi ini menghasilkan nilai positif dengan hasil perhitungan PU of Procceds lebih besar dari PU Of Outlays. Dari hasil perhitungan di dapat IRR = 31,66%. Abstract

ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of sales growth and return on equity simultaneously toward profit changes at coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015, and the dominant influence on changes in earnings at coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015. The population of this study was 21 coal mining companies listed on the BEI (Indonesia Stock Exchange). Sampling technique used purposive sampling method with criteria. The sample of this study was as many as 10 companies. The analysis method of this study used multiple linear regressions by using SPSS 20. The research results showed that the growth of sales and return on equity affect simultaneously the profit changes. Partially, sales growth influences the profit changes because thitung 2,960 >ttable 2,002, while return on equity does not affect profit change because thitung 0,110  <  ttable2,002. Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study examines the relationship of factors that affect the perceived value of adventure products including novelty, enjoyment, and price. Testing factors that influence the perceived value of adventure products in research using multiple regression analysis. The respondents of this study are 310 individuals who have conducted group adventure tours in the past year in Yogyakarta province. Characteristics of participants are predominantly based on sex, male, age 21-50 years and employment background, ie employees of private companies. This study reveals that pleasure and novelty are factors that have a positive influence on the value of perceptions. Meanwhile, prices have a negative effect on the value of perceptions. Study suggestions and implications are also discussed. The results showed novelty, pleasure, and price factor for individuals who do adventure tourism rafting adventure products have a significant influence on the value of perceptions of adventure products. Karakteristik partisipan didominasi berdasarkan  jenis kelamin yaitu laki laki, usia yaitu 21-50 tahun dan latar belakang pekerjaan yaitu karyawan perusahaan swasta. Studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa kenikmatan dan kebaruan menjadi faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh positif pada nilai persepsian. Sedangkan, harga mempunyai pengaruh negatif pada nilai persepsian. Abstract

ABSTRACT                      This study aims to find the factors that influence the intention of saving deposits in Islamic banks for the Muslim umbul municipal Yogyakarta. Product knowledge, religiosity and attitudes are predicted to have an effect on the intention of saving in sharia banks for the managers of SMEs Muslim city of Yogyakarta. The population in the study were the managers of Muslim SMEs Yogyakarta City, their number is not yet known. The sample of this research respondents a number of sixty two (62) people, the technique of determining the sample with cluster sampling.Data collection was done by questionnaire, each question item was measured using Likert scale. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The result shows that simultaneously there is positive and significant influence between the variable of attitude of saving, religiosity (piety), and the produck of knowledge on the intention of saving at Bank Syariah for SME manager of Yogyakarta City, with F counting 8.4661 and level of significance 0,000.Terdapat positive and significant influence variable attitudes toward the intention of saving to the Islamic Bank for the management of SMEs Muslim city of Yogyakarta with t count (0200) and the level of significance 0.063 (for 10%), there is a positive and significant influence on the variable religiosity to saving intentions with t arithmetic (0.303) and the level of significance 0.011 (for 10% and 5%), but there is no significant effect of produck knowledge on saving intention with t arithmetic (0.158) and significance level of 0.132 Keywords : product knowledge, religiosity, attitudes and intention to save sharia bank.Correspondence to  : sukardi_feuad@yahoo.com ABSTRAK               Kajian  ini bertujuan untuk mencari faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi niat menabung pada bank syariah bagi pengelola umkm muslim kota Yogyakarta.Product knowledge, religiusitas dan sikap diprediksikan memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat menabung pada bank syariah bagi pengelola UMKM Muslim kota Yogyakarta. Populasi pada penelitian adalah para pengelola UMKM Muslim Kota Yogyakarta, jumlah mereka belum diketahui. Adapun sampel responden penelitian ini sejumlah enam puluh dua (62) orang, teknik penentuan sampelnya dengan claster  sampling.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, setiap item pertanyaan diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert.Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel sikap menabung, religiusitas (kesalehan), dan produck knowledge terhadap niat menabung pada Bank Syariah bagi pengelola UMKM Kota Yogyakarta, dengan F hitung 8.4661 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan  variabel sikap terhadap niat menabung pada Bank Syariah bagi pengelola UMKM muslim kota Yogyakarta dengan t hitung (0.200)  dan tingkat signifikansi 0.063 (untuk 10 %), terdapat pengaruh  positif dan signifikan  pada variabel religiusitas terhadap niat menabung dengan t hitung (0.303) dan tingkat signifikansi 0.011 (untuk 10 % maupun 5%), tetapi tidakterdapat pengaruh yang signifikan  produck knowledge terhadap niat menabungdengan t hitung (0.158) dan tingkat signifikansi 0.132.Kata kunci  : product knowledge, religiusitas, sikap dan niatmenabung bank syariah.Korespondensi : sukardi_feuad@yahoo.com

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this paper is to critically analyze Crowdfunding as one of the alternative business funding, especially for Small and Medium-size Enterprises (SMEs) in the Muslim majority countries. This paper analyzes the current condition of the eightMuslim majority countries in the world:Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Jordan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey. The analysis was conducted in two aspects of readiness crowdfunding as SMEs financing in terms of entrepreneurial cultureand networked readiness. Analysis of an entrepreneurial culture based on the Global Report issued by the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor 2016, when an analysis of networked readiness is based on The Global Information Technology Report 2015 issued by the World Economic Forum.
