Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of Human Resource Development, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in Mina Lestari Fish Group, Margasakti Village, Padang Jaya District. This type of research is an associative quantitative research with the work unit under study is all SME employees. The number of respondents in this study was 60 people. questionnaire data collection method. By using the analysis technique using the Regression Analysis Test using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely the t test and f test. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the development of motivational human resources and in civil servants has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This will increase the smoothness of work and increase employee performance that is more optimal. Key words: Human Resources Development, Motivation and in Work Practice on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk 1). mengetahui pengaruh diversifikasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian di Toko Roti Al Basit. 2). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di Toko Roti Al Basit. 3). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh diversifikasi produk dan harga terhadap keputusan Pembelian di Toko Roti Al Basit. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuatitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Toko Roti Al Basit. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel incidental. Sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai hubungan promosi organisasi dan kualitas produk dengan loyalitas konsumen pada Syarah bakery Bengkulu, dapat dibuat kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1). Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan diversifikasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian di Toko Roti Al Basit. 2). Terdapat pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di Toko Roti Al Basit. 3). Terdapat pengaruh diversifikasi produk dan harga terhadap keputusan Pembelian di Toko Roti Al Basit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Packaging and Brand Image on purchasing decision on consumer of Cita Rasa Store in Soevenir Center of Bengkulu city and to find out which factors having the more dominant effect on the purchasing decision. The researcher used the questionnaire method to 110 respodents. The Population used were lempuk durian consumer of Cita Rasa store in souvenir center city of Bengkulu city. The sampling was the accindental sampling technique. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the form of regression equation is Y = 2.955 + 1.200 ( ) + 0.345 ( ). The results of the research and the hypothesis show that the Packaging shows the value of > (9.732 > 1.982) and (sig  = 0,000 < 0,050), while Brand Image shows the value of tcount > (3.146 > 1.982) and (sig  = 0,000 < 0,050). Simultaneously Packaging and Brand Image have a significant effect on purchasing decision. Partially the two variables Packaging and Brand Image have a significant effect on purchasing decision. It is better if the producers can continue to maintain and even improve their products so that the main objectives of marketing can be achieved.Keywords: Packaging, Brand Image, Buying Decission

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Individual Characteristics and its Effects on Employee Work Effectiveness at PT. Bengkulu Kokoh Perkasa (2) Workload and Its Effect on Employee Work Effectiveness at PT. Bengkulu Kokoh Perkasa (3) Work Environment and Its Effect on Employee Work Effectiveness at PT. Bengkulu Kokoh Perkasa (4) Individual Characteristics, Workload and Work Environment and their effects on Work Effectiveness of Employees at PT. Bengkulu Sturdy Perkasa. This research method is quantitative with a population of 110 individuals, while the sample was taken using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% so that the results obtained 52 respondents. The research data collection technique was carried out by observation and questionnaires. The research variables consist of Individual Characteristics (X1), Workload (X2), Work Environment (X3), and Employee Work Effectiveness (Y). The result of multiple linear equation is Y = 1.769 + 1.104 (X1) + 0.447 (X2) + 0.125 (X3). The results of testing of variable hypothesis Individual Characteristics (X1), Workload (X2), and Work Environment (X3), based on the results of the F test, it was obtained F sig 321,787 and a significance value (sig) of 0.000. This result means that the significance value is 0.000 <0.050, it means that H3 is accepted. This means that the individual characteristics variable, workload And the Work Environment simultaneously influences Work Effectiveness of Employees at PT. Bengkulu Sturdy Perkasa. The result of t count for the Individual Characteristics variable (X1) is 12,809 and the significant value (sig) 0,000 means 0,000 <0.050, the Workload variable (X2) is 5.043 and the significant value (sig) 0.000 means 0.000 <0.050 and the Work Environment variable (X3) is 2.479 and a significant value (sig) 0.017 means 0.017 <0.050, then the hypothesis Ha is accepted, in other words Individual Characteristics (X1), Workload (X2) and Work Environment (X3) have a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness at PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategy, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the natural tourism of Lake Dendam Tak Sudah, Bengkulu City in order to increase tourist visits. Based on the natural tourist attraction, this research was conducted in the tourist attraction of Danau Dendam Tak Sudah, Bengkulu City. The methods used in this research are interviews, documentation, and observation. Sources of data used are secondary data and primary data. The data collection technique in this study was accidental sampling with a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Then the data were analyzed using SWOT analysis to determine the factors inhibiting the lack of tourists visiting Dendan Tak Sudah Lake natural attractions in Bengkulu City. Based on the results of the study and discussion, it can be concluded that the area has enormous opportunities and strengths in the form of a very beautiful and exotic tourism potential, located in the middle of the city but with minimal facilities and infrastructure, public facilities. , promotion and management roles are not maximal in structuring so that tourists who come are still very minimal.Keywords                    : Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT)Correspondence to      : etiarini@umb.ac.id ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran, kekuatan , kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman terhadap wisata alam Danau Dendam Tak Sudah Kota Bengkulu dalam rangka meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan. Berdasarkan daya tarik wisata alam tersebut maka penelitian ini dilakukan di obyek wisata Danau Dendam Tak Sudah Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah secara accidental sampling dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat kurangnya wisatawan berkunjung ke wisata alam Danau Dendan Tak Sudah di Kota Bengkulu. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa daerah tersebut memiliki peluang dan kekuatan yang sangat besar berupa potensi wisata yang sangat indah dan eksotis, terletak di tengah kota namun minim sarana dan prasarana, fasilitas umum, promosi dan pernanan manajemen kurang maksimal dalam penataan sehingga wisatawan yang datang masih sangat minim.Kata Kunci: Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, dan Ancaman (SWOT)

Abstract

ABSTRACTKain Besurek is one of a very potensial treator  bisiness because that is a featured product and cultural preservation  through the work of Nation’s Children especially on Kain Besurek in the Bengkulu Province.Generally, Kain Besurek  business in Bengkulu is individual companies that describe the conditional of capital, worker  and marketing in the feasibility of business development. Informant in  the research was 20 Batik  Craftsmen in Bengkulu, trying to get accurate and actual data, then the data was discussed and desribed systematicly and concluded as alternative problem solving. Methods of collecting the data were observation and documentation. The purpose of research was to know proper or did not to development typical souvenir in Bengkulu.Baseed on the research, it coucluded that typical souvenir bisiness In Bengkulu was proper. It spent the time for 4 years, 5 months, 14 days. Based on investation criteria was positive pu of prosess ≥ pu of outlays. Account result was 1 RR = 31,66%. Index profitability was 1,5.Keywords                   : Cindramata Enterprise Development Of BengkuluCorrespondence to      : arinieti@gmail.com ABSTRAK  Kain Basurek merupakan usaha kerajinan yang sangat potensial oleh karena merupakan salah satu produk unggulan dan juga guna pelestarian Budaya melalui hasil-hasil karya anak bangsa khususnya pada Kain Basurek yang hanya ada di Kota Bengkulu.Usaha Kain Basurek yang ada di Kota Bengkulu pada umumnya merupakan perusahaan perseorangan sehingga dapat menggambarkan kondisi modal, tenaga kerja maupun pemasaranyan dalam melakukan kelayakan pengembangan usaha.  Informan dalam penelitian para  pengrajin batik basurek yang ada di kota Bengkulu sebanyak 20 pengrajin yang ada dikota Bengkulu, dengan menggunakan cara berusaha mendapatkan data yang akurat maupun aktual, data tersebut kemudian dibahas dan di uraikan secara sistematis serta disimpulkan sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi.  Metode pengumpulan data  dilakukan dengan  observasi dan dokumentasi, Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui layak tidaknya pengembangan usaha Batik Basurek yang Merupaka salah satu cendramata khan Bengkulu.Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan usaha Batik Basurek  cindramata khas Bengkulu   dinyatakan layak dari hasil perhitungan PP  memakan  waktu selama 4 tahun 5 bulan 14 hari. Ditinjau dari kriteria investasi ini menghasilkan nilai positif dengan hasil perhitungan PU of Procceds lebih besar dari PU Of Outlays. Dari hasil perhitungan di dapat IRR = 31,66%. Abstract

                      ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the effect of Service Excellence, customers’ experience and Brand Trust toward customers’ loyalty to Grab service users Bengkulu city. This study used a sample of 95 online grab motorcycle taxi consumers in Bengkulu city. The data collection techniques used a questionnaire. The analysis technique of this study used multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple regression research show a positive direction, namely Y = 0.261 + 0.209 X1 + 0.335X2 + 0.261 X3. The determination coefficient test of the adjusted R square is 0.476. This means that X1 (Service Excellence), X2 (customers’ experience) and X3 (Brand Trust) have a contribution to customers’ loyalty (Y) by 47.6% while the remaining 52.4% is influenced by other factors that are not examined in this research. The results of the hypothesis test partially show that Service Excellence has a positive and significant effect toward customers’ loyalty to Grab service users in Bengkulu city. Customers’ experience has a positive and significant impact on customers’loyalty to Grab service users in Bengkulu city. Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect toward customers’ loyalty to Grab service users in Bengkulu city. Simultaneous hypothesis test results show that Service Excellence, customerS’ experience and Brand Trust have a positive and significant effect toward customers’ loyalty to Grab service users in Bengkulu city.Keywords: Satisfaction, Trust, and Purchase Intention

Abstract

HR is perhaps the most decisive asset for organizational prosperity. In today's era of globalization being enforced by today's rapidly increasing knowledge and innovation, advice is progressively blurring the limitations of the types of work for people. The title of thiis researrch is The Effect of Multiple Role Conflict and Worrk Enviironment on Emplloyee Perforrmance (Case Study of Employee Indomaret, Bengkulu City). Thiis type of researrch is a quantitative descriptive research type, the object of this research is per Indomaret area in the city of Bengkulu, namely the Hybrid area, Panorama, West Circle, KM 6.5, Derivation, Padang teak, Tanah Broken, Suprapto, Rawa makmur and Kampung Bali. With the metthod of collectiing datta by means of observation, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The number of respondents in thiis sttudy were 50 people. By using data analysis techniques using Multiiple Liinear Regressiion Analysiis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely test t and test f.The resullts of thiis sttudy can be concluded that the multiple role conflict variable has a negative and signifiicant effeect on employee performance, meaning that employee performance can increase if the dual role conflict can be suppressed or reduced, while the worrk enviironment variiable has a posiitive and signifiicant efefect on employee performance, meaning that employee performance can increase. if the workplace has a safe and comfortable environment and is supported by good air circulation.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of Total Quality Management on Organizational Performance mediated by Knowledge Management. This study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire to test hypotheses and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sample of this study amounted to 103 SMEs in Bengkulu City. The data analysis technique used WarpPLS version 6.0 software. The results showed that Total Quality Management had an effect on organizational performance and knowledge management did not mediate the effect of TQM on organizational performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect simultaneously between Service Quality, Product Quality, and Price on Customer Loyalty in Robusta Coffee Shop, Kepahiang District, Kepahiang District. This study uses a research method using purposive sampling sample, data collection using research instruments, data analysis quantitatively. The population in this study were 95 customers at the Coffe Robusta shop, Kepahiang District, Kepahiang Regency. There are several data analysis techniques used in this research, including using instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. From the results of the tests that have been done, it can be concluded that the variables of Service Quality (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Price (X3) have a partial or simultaneous effect on Customer Loyalty in the Robusta Coffee shop, Kepahiang District, Kepahiang District. From the results of multiple linear regression tests, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 1.824 + 0.452 (X1) + 0.259 (X2) + 0.234 (X3).
