Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors influenced online job search among millennial stu-dents in Malaysia Technical University Network (MTUN). A total of 300 university students through on-oneself-reported questionnaires were collected from four MTUN namely Uni-versiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Univer-siti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) and Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP). This study performs descriptive analysis, reliability testing, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis by using IBM-SPSS software version 22. The results indicate that factors such as user-perception, social networking sites, and smartphone technology are significantly related to the online job search enhancement. Amongst these three factors, user perception appears to be the strongest predictor toward online job search enhancement. This study concludes that besides consideration of the identified factors which lead to the successful adoption of online job search, effortless and interactive online job search websites in creating a convenient and favorable job search environment would be able to increase the use of online job search.

Abstract

Universitas Muhammadiyah SurabayaE-mail : totim27@yahoo.comABSTRACTTo avoid the pattern of laissez-faire leadership at the head of Muhammadiyah schools requiredthe application of trans-formational leadership pattern. This is supported by a study evaluating theeffect of Authentic Transformational Leader-ship behaviors of Emotional Intelligence by interveningvariable: Value congruence, Trust and Respect for teachers and employees in Muhammadiyah schools.The sample used in this study were 66 employees and 125 teachers. The results show that thebehavior Authentic Transformational Leadership have a significant influence on EmotionalIntelligence directly. Significant influence is also shown intervening variables: value congruence(posi-tive), Trust (negative) and Respect (negative).Keywords: authentic transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, value congruence, trust,reverence.

Abstract

 Researcher wanted to examine in detail the implementation of qardh and murabahah agreement in the transfer of financing (take over) conducted by PT. BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik Indonesia, to answer the question : How the implementation of qardh and murabahah agreement on the transfer financing practices in BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik ?, What is the difference of the implementation of qardh and murabahah agreement on the transfer financing practices in BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik ?, What are the constraints and supporting factors in the implementation of qardh and murabahah agreement ?In answering these problems used the type of qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this study through methods of observation, interview (interview), and documentation. The data collected was compiled and analyzed using inductive thinking namely the mindset based on the facts in the field about the practice of taking over between the Conventional Financial Institution (LKK) and the bank of the Sharia Financial Institution (LKS), then linked with the qardh and murabahah theory in application take over.The result of the research that in the implementation of qardh and murabahah agreement in the transfer of financing with the purpose of taking over or transfer of financing at Bank Partners Syariah that is by the customer coming to Bank Partners Sharia to apply for taking over financing.The constraints of the implementation of qardh and murabahah agreement included the possibility of bad debts from customers and the history of customer data in SID BI that sometimes can hamper the implementation of taking over. While the supporting factors in the implementation of qardh and murabahah agreement included many fanatic customers to sharia, thus increasing the number of customers used sharia bank services, the products provided in the form of additional business capital, and ease of payment. Key words: utang piutang, take over, akad, the economic laws of Sharia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah mempercepat pemasyarakatan penerapan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia. Meskipun pemasyarakatan ekonomi syariah itu telah dimulai tahun 1992, sejak berdirinya Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Dan kemudian diperkuat dengan diundangkannya UU No 23 tahun 1999 dan terbitnya Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) tentang keharaman bunga bank konvesnional, yang merupakan fondasi perbankan syariah. Namun kontribusi perbankan syariah terhadap perbankan nasional masih kecil, 1,8% dari Assets. Demikian pula share asuransi syariah, pasar  modal syariah, pegadaian syariah, masih sangat kecil. Untuk mempercepat  penerapan ekonomi syariah diperlukan upaya-upaya sistemik dan mendasar yang diharapkan dapat membentuk pola pikir dan perilaku syariah sebelum memasuki dunia kerja bahkan semenjak sekolah dasar. Oleh karena itu harus dimulai dari Pendidikan Tinggi dengan kurikulum murni syariah, ke depan dengan tenaga dosen yang murni syariah

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to test whether business ethics has been owned by an organization to guide the implementation of the Green Accounting and Green Accounting for anything that might be implemented in the hospital. This study used a qualitative approach with phenomenological analysis techniques to process the data collected through in-depth interviews, observation as an outsider, and documentation. Source of data derived from key informants consisted of three people management in the field of procurement or purchase of drugs and medical supplies, 3 directors of hospitals and 10 suppliers. With some guided questions, we examined whether the Business Ethics which has been owned by RSUAP able to serve as the basis for implementing the Green Accounting. This study found evidence that Business Ethics capable and very helpful in implementing the Green Accounting. Accounting field that can be implemented for Green Accounting is the procurement / purchase of medicines and medical supplies as well as cost accounting for waste management. Abstract

Family business has its own characteristics. There are three other factors that influence the successful of family firms, namely: ownership, business, and family. Because of the three factors that influence each other here, which surfaced in the value of family firms is harmony. Yet family firms still have to achieve the goal of profit and growth. That's why leadership is necessary. In family firms, especially those that are still dominated by the role of founders and their families need leadership that can be flexible to adjust the leadership style of the owner or owners of a family with subordinates or employees. Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aimed to obtain an effective management control model as a performance assessment tool in micro financing unit. This research is method is conducted by qualitative approach with data collection through outside observation, relevant documentation, and in-depth interview to Managers, Field Managers, and Financing Customers. These research finding is a model that allows the Microfinance Unit to exercise management control for performance assessment purposes. Abstract

 This study aims to determine the positive and significant effect of Theory of Planned Behavior on Student Performance directly and the effect of Theory of Planned Behavior on Student Performance through Mind Mapping Mediation. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, with a population of two hundred and thirty-six students from Bureau data. Academic, University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya, Faculty of Economics and Business who have passed the introductory business course with Mind Mapping mediation and the samples taken are one hundred forty-two students. Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the pattern of development of AIS in the hospital. There are three models of the development of AIS are: Waterfall, Iterative, and Spiral. Hospitals can use AIS package software that has been made and sold in the market but the software package does not allow to be developed in line with business development, organization, and technology. That is why many enterprises that designs and develops its own with the intention of AIS can meet the needs and desires of the company. This research was conducted with qualitative approach. The location of this research is in the hospital owned by Muhammadiyah in Lamongan and Ponorogo, East Java, Indonesia. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, outside observation, and documentation. The key informant involved a total of 56 people, consisting of 40 operators, 10 supervisors, and 6 managers. The data collected will be analyzed using content analysis. The research finding is a pattern of AIS development in accordance with the hospitals.
