The importance of communication in human life must be recognized becausehumans are social beings. We are social creatures and heavily depend on our abilityto communicate to make our way through the world.This is a descriptive-qualitative research. The data and the informationwere taken from the documents that were appropriate to the subjects and the objectsof research and conducted through the depth interview of the informants.The analysis showed that the strategy undertaken by the Public Relation ofthe Government of South Kalimantan Province, especially in the dissemination ofgovernment police in the are is still not optimal given the existing strategy conceptis still not fully refers to the concept of public relations that is only limited to thecollection/processing of data, publication/dissemination and assessment/evaluationalthough in terms of cooperation with journalists was conducted by PR, but for theimplementation of the effective response to various policies of govermentregulations can not be implemented yet maximal.South Kalimantan in order to carry out PR duties and obligations in anoptimal, ideally public relations activities are directed to the Public Relationsactivities. Structurally, the Office of Public Relations and information equivalen tothe ranks of the head is placed within the province of South Kalimantan SKPD For itis first necessary to be done in order to become good public relations personnel areproviding adequate functional. Required the addition of facilities and infrastructureare adequate in quantity and quality.

The background of this study by organizational climate and job discipline on employees performance of Politeknik Muara Teweh North Barito regency. This is affected by organizational climate, job discipline and employees performance. The purpose this study is how much influence the organizational climate, job discipline on employees performance of Politeknik Muara Teweh North Barito regency.The design of this study using quantitative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires to 54 respondents in the Politeknik Muara Teweh of North Barito regency by using sampling techniques proportionate stratified random sampling to determine the respondents to each variable. Then analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis Quantitative Analysis of covering validity and reliability, hypothesis testing through F test and t test and analysis test, the coefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is the analysis of multiple linear regersi which serves to prove the hypothesis of the study.Results of the analysis found that the organizational climate variable (X1) of 40.2%, job discipline (X2) amounted to 63.8%, singly or together have a positive and significant impact on Employees performance (Y). Figures adjusted R-square of 0.892 indicates that 89.2% Employee performance variables influenced by three independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 10.8% is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. And it is known that the dominant variable affecting Employee performance variables are variables besides Organizational climate and Job discipline.

Communication interpersonal ustadz is a process interaction in interpersonal done byustadz with students ( santri ) in an effort to give a lesson about akhlakul karimah in a hutpesantren darul ilmi by using verbal communication and nonverbal.This study aims to to see how the role of communication interpersonal ustadz inaccustom children behave aklakul karimah as prayers heads , enforce discipline attitude ,guard cleanliness , keep order , guard honesty and having attitude each other help oneanother in a hut pesantren darul ilmi banjarbaru. Research methodology this is researchdescriptive qualitative.Research carried out in place pondok pesantren darul banjarbaruscienceThe research results show akhlakul karimah in the implementation of the education inpondok pesantren darul ilmi done through three lanes , namely aspects knowledge (cognitive ), aspects the attitude ( affective ) and facets practice in behavior ( psychomotor )dail . So as to achieve the success of the over three aspects, done technique communicationinterpersonal , either in the form of klasikal to a group and to individual. Theimplementation of akhlakul karimah, measured by the six indicators, namely practice andpembiasaan prayer heads, enforcement discipline, keep order, guard honesty, guardcleanliness, and build attitude one another.

This is affected bymutations employees, Promotion of Employment and competence of employees. Asfor the issue of this study is how much influence the mutation, Campaign Againstthe Occupation and Competence Career Development Officer at the National Unityand Politics of North Barito regency.The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how muchinfluence the mutation, Job Promotion and competence either singly or jointly to theEmployee Career Development at the National Unity and Politics of North Baritoregency.The design of this study using quantitative methods. SOP is a simple instruction to complete a routine task which is the most effectiveway to meet the operational requirements. According to the data from the ILO, everyyear in the world happens 270 million accidents at work, workers suffer 160 milliondiseases because of work, 2.2 million deaths and finance of 1.25 trillion USD. InIndonesia, in the period of 2009, there were 22.338 cases of the total 96.314 cases in 2009for accidents at work at the age of 26 -30 years.The purpose of this study is to investigatethe obedience determinants of the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) on rubber admission in Sampit International Company Banjarmasin in 2015.Thisresearch is a type of analytical research which uses a Cross Sectional approach usingprimary data. The total sample of this research is 100 respondents, which uses a samplingtechnique that is saturated by making the entire population as a sample. Data wereanalyzed in univariate way, bivariate way using Chi Square statistic test.The researchshows that 1 between 5 respondents are less adherent to the implementation of SOP. Thevariables which are related are the level of education, work experience (the employmentperiod), knowledge, regulation, and supervision. in the other hand.

This study aims to determine the position of communication in the form ofgreeting among members of the family, communication in the forms of greetingamong members of the family and the factors that led to the existence ofcommunication in the form of an assortment of greeting among members of thefamily. This study shows that the effectiveness of ongoing communication Javanesecultural forms and manifestations vary. Based completeness of its elements, greetingcommunication among members of the family can be divided into three, namelycommunication form of greeting that looks complete and incomplete, as well as theform of communication form of address is a combination of communication forms acomplete address and communication form of address is not complete.Based on the classification of meaning and means of communication betweenfamily members form of address can be the name of self, kin terms, paraban,knighted, adjective and poyokan transformation.While based on the factors thatinfluence communication among members of the family is a form of greeting theparticipants said, the intention said, the color of emotion, the second and the third,the tone of talk atmosphere, environment and infrastructure said said.

Cooperative employees Pedami Banjarmasin has the task of coordinating andimplementing the management, provision, exploitation and pemasran cooperativeefforts in accordance with the direction, objectives and business strategy. KopkarPedami Banjarmasin is Banjarmasin PDAM employee-owned cooperative that aims toprosper and provide services to its members.The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance KopkarPedami Banjarmasin by the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprisesof the Republic of Indonesia 14 / Per / M.KUKM / XII / 2009. The data used in thisresearch is secondary data and the data collected through observation, interviews anddocumentation. Assessment of financial performance Kopkar Pedami Banjarmasin basedon financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) in 2010-2013 from theaspect of productivity in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Cooperatives andSmall and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia 14 / Per / M.KUKM / XII /2009. Interpersonal communication is a process of health workers in interpersonal interactions performed by health workers with pulmonary TB patients in order to maintain continuity of treatment of pulmonary TB patients to complete treatment using verbal and nonverbal communication. Thesis research method is descriptive qualitative research. Where the research was conducted in Teluk Tiram PHC Banjarmasin.The research objective was to determine whether there is influence the quality of interpersonal communication established between health workers with pulmonary TB patients within the continuity of the treatment of diseases in the Gulf oysters PHC Banjarmasin.Results of the study found that the treatment, pulmonary TB patients want the officer to receive and treat them like their own relatives or friends, served with a welcoming and friendly. Pulmonary TB patients want health workers to be honest in giving information and explanations how can they heal. Pulmonary TB patients want health workers to give the award, be friendly, attentive and always giving encouragement. Pulmonary TB patients want health workers to serve them amicably. Most health care workers are already communicating effectively. The implications of effective communication is performed there is a tendency of health workers towards patients treatment is successful.Suggestions of this study to enhance good communication skills for health workers needed special training, should implement a service that is familial and not too formal, spend more time in contact with with pulmonary tuberculosis, truthful information, and can provide encouragement and concern in providing services and foster good communication. Further research needs to be done about that has not been covered in this study.
