Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the influence of career development and welfare benefits on employee performance at amil zakat institutions. The method used is a quantitative method that focuses on hypothesis testing. The sample used was 45 employees, using a random sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were then processed using SPSS tools through multiple linear regression techniques. We consider validity and reliability to determine the reliability of the research statement items. Then, this study also considers classic assumptions such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. After all that is fulfilled, then the hypothesis testing is carried out. The findings of this study prove that career development and welfare benefits have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Religious moderation is currently a very interesting discussion, not only among academics but also among the public. The emergence of the phenomenon of intolerance and radicalism certainly becomes asbabun nuzul from moderation so the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia feels the need to make religious moderation a policy focus. This paper aims to reveal policy analysis and strategies for strengthening religious moderation in the context of education in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with the type of library research using the note-taking technique. The results of this study indicate that the policy of strengthening religious moderation is contained in the 2020-2024 RPJMN which promotes strengthening religious moderation through 5 (five) strategies to strengthen religious moderation including; religious broadcasting, education system, management of houses of worship, management of public spaces, and Islamic boarding schools. However, the focus and findings in this study lead to the implementation of the education system in Islamic Higher Education, in which houses of religious moderation are formed at State Islamic Universities in Indonesia.

Abstract

The current development of Islamic banking has a logical consequence of increasing the demand for labor. The development of human resources has become a necessity due in part to the pace of development of sharia-based industries, especially the financial institution industry. The purpose of writing this article is to describe how the employee recruitment process is at BSI Gadai Emas Bangkalan and will later be reviewed using the theory of Human Resource Management (MSDI) in Islamic economics. In this study the authors used MSDI theory as a basis which included basic understanding, MSDI principles, MSDI processes, and determinants of MSDI. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type, data collection methods using interviews and documentation, data analysis methods using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that in BSI before the open recruitment process had implemented good planning/attakhthiith related to employees, organizing/attanziem already existed and was running optimally, directing (actuating/at-TANzieq) was commanded by the leader, the leader has implemented a leadership spirit that emphasizes Islamic family principles, and control (controlling/almuraqabah) is carried out in a good system supported by constructive policies. For the recruitment system, namely the dissemination of information, selection, acceptance, training, division of jobs or sections, determination of salary and rewards, and finally related to attendance and discipline while working. So the recruitment system above is in accordance with the process in MSDI.

Abstract

The presence of social media brings fresh air to business actors to always develop their business. By utilizing the social media platform, business actors can conduct mu'amalah transactions with anyone and at any time without being limited by space and time. Facebook social media is social media that is used as a forum by its users to buy and sell online with an auction This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach that focuses on the actual description of the condition of one of the cases. Descriptive qualitative research aims to describe existing phenomena, both scientifically and man-made, in the form of changes in activity, characteristics, changes in the relationship of similarities and differences between one another. The results of this study indicate that buying and selling online with an auction system on Facebook can be used as a reference as a strategy for marketing products in an online buying and selling system. The strategy of buying and selling online with an auction system from an Islamic perspective makes economic development for business actors buying and selling online with an auction system.

Abstract

The challenge in the progress of the times that has been in society 5.0, it is required that all layers of law also develop to keep up with these developments, including sharia law that must still be able to be applied. Thus it is not uncommon for the law to apply based on 'Urf. 'Urf which is used as a source of law for an action must exist at the time the action was carried out. There is no affirmation (nas) that contradicts 'urf. The use of 'urf will not result in the exclusion of certain texts from the Shari'at, because the texts of Syara' must take precedence over 'urf. If the Syara text' can be combined with 'urf, then the 'urf can still be used The results of the study show that: First, in society 5.0 to keep pace with the progress of the times, the concept of urgency is urgent to be used as a source of law. However, 'Urf can be said as a word and deed that involves a habit that is often done. In the era of society 5.0, every activity is easily carried out so that the urf urf must be analyzed to always be in accordance with the demands of the times and remain based on sharia. 'Urf is considered as one of the sources of law, where many elements are taken from applicable laws, then issued in the form of articles in the law. The conditions for 'urf as a source of Islamic law are, 'urf must apply continuously or mostly apply, 'urf which is used as a source of law for an action must exist at the time the action was carried out, there is no affirmation (nas) that contradicts 'urf, usage' urf will not result in the exclusion of definite passages from the Shari'at. Second, 'Urf in the view of Urf jurisprudence does not conflict with the texts so that the law contained in the texts cannot be applied. 'Urf like this cannot be used as a sharia argument', because the insult of 'urf can only be accepted if there is no text containing the law of the problem at hand. Third, urf is used as a source of law with maslahah considerations.

Abstract

This scientific article investigates the impact of price and quality of service on consumer interest in Hajj and Umrah travel agencies. The study aims to understand the factors that influence consumers' decision-making process when selecting travel agencies for their religious pilgrimages hajj and umrah. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a structured questionnaire to collect data from a sample of potential pilgrims a hajj and umrah in PT. X. Statistical analysis techniques, including regression analysis, are employed to examine the relationships between price, quality of service, and consumer interest. The findings reveal that both price and quality of service significantly influence consumer interest in Hajj and Umrah travel agencies. Specifically, affordable pricing and superior service quality emerge as key drivers for consumers' selection of travel agencies. The study provides valuable insights for travel agencies to enhance their competitive advantage and attract more customers by strategically managing pricing strategies and improving service quality. Moreover, it contributes to the existing body of knowledge on consumer behavior within the context of religious tourism, particularly for the Hajj and Umrah market segment. Further research avenues are proposed to deepen the understanding of consumer preferences and behavior in this domain

Abstract

His research entitled "The Effect of Digital Based Literation Performances towards Pupils' Achievements on Akidah Akhlak in SMA Ma'arif NU Pandaan". The aim of this research is to apprehend The Effect of Digital Based Literation Performances towards Pupils' Achievements on Akidah Akhlak. This reserach used a qualitative method with Simple Linier Regression. The data of this research was acquired through observations and questionnaires towards 70 samples of 239 population using Purposive Sampling. The result of this research explains that there is a significant outcome towards pupils' learning development which is showed by Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The result of the correlation is 3.401, meanwhile the X variable of the Cronbach Alpha is 0,675 and the Y variable is 0.802.

Abstract

The Arabic Camp program is a program organized by BLK Ponpes. Kebun Baru which aims to improve participants' Arabic language skills. The existence of a program like this course provides a positive atmosphere in learning Arabic in formal classes. The existence of the Arabic Camp program strengthens the achievement of learning Arabic subjects according to the formal curriculum. The ability of the participants who entered the seventh grade for the first time varied. This diversity is due to the different schools/madrasas of origin. After the Arabic Camp program, participants who originally had Arabic language skills, these participants became more confident when studying Arabic subjects
