Abstract

The purpose of this study was 1) to determine and analyze the implementation and useof information systems technology in the integrated financial information and data processingservices that result in hospital inefficiency and decrease operational performance(management control). 2) To determine and analyze the impact of Integrated InformationSystem Technology to the performance as well as improved quality of service FinanceDepartment (Mobilization Fund) 2) To identify and analyze the factors that constrain andsupport the implementation of an integrated system of information technology in improving theperformance and quality of service parts Finance (Mobilization Fund) to the customer.The results found that iplementasi integrated information system in Sanglah GeneralHospital Center which has lasted from the 2000s to the present in dasrnya has been goingaccording to the plan set out in the master plan for the development of integrated informationsystems at General Hospital Center. In the implementation of an integrated information systemis currently still searching for the best format because there are many drawbacks encounteredin the design of the integrated information system implementation. Also encountered in thisstudy that the implementation of an integrated information system, the units appears to be stillrunning their own separate themselves so visible. This means that the implementation ofintegrated information systems tend to be at the start of the aspects of technology instead ofinstitutional aspects. Other findings generated relating to the above conclusion is fruitionGeneral Hospital Center in order to decentralize information, achieving accuracy andcompleteness of information, prevention of Informat on a particular group has been realizedin the implementation of integrated information systems at General Hospital Center..Keywords: technology information systems

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aimed of this research are investigate contribution of corporate social responsibility, leverage, profitability on tax avoidance and firm value. Design of this research is an explanatory research. The variables in this research are corporate social responsibility, leverage, profitability, tax avoidance and firm value. The population of this research are cosumer goods industry company listed in IDX 2013-2015 with 69 data sample taken by purposive sampling technique. The data is analyzed in path analysis. The result of this research shown that : (1) corporate social responsibility positively not significant affect tax avoidance; (2) leverage positively not significant affect tax avoidance; (3) profitability negatively not significant affect tax avoidance; (4) corporate social reponsibility positively significant affect firm value; (5) leverage positively significant affect firm value; (6) profitability positively significant affect firm value; (7) tax avoidance positively not significant affect firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how to establish good governance in therealization of performance-based public services in Buleleng regency government. This studyuses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study was aquestionnaire / questionnaire measuring devices in the form of Agree-Disagree Scale, whichwere selected for the study is the structural officials from several agencies selected in theRegency. Buleleng as many as 108 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is astructural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) based variance orComponent based SEM, the famous so-called Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 2.0.All relationships are examined in this study showed significant results related to the presenceof good governance in realizing the performance of public service organizations. Abstract

Performance is a common word used to perceive the level of achievement employee incarrying out the duties and responsibilities given. But how to work on improving theperformance, to a wide range of studies and research that question is answered. To answerthat conducted the study by examining the variabels that affect employee performance. As forthe variables studied were Career Patterns, Organizational Communication, AchievementMotivation, Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance.The research was conducted at District of Kuta Badung Regency with the number ofrespondents 126 peoples. Analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM)using Amos Software for Windows version 16.00.The results of analysis showed that the Career Patterns had a positive and significantinfluenced to Achievement Motivation with standarized estimate (regression weight) of 0.356,the Organizational Communication had a positive and significant influenced toOrganizational Commitment with standarized estimate (regression weight) of 0.422, theCareer Patterns had a positive and significant influenced to Organizational Commitmentwith standarized estimate (regression weight) of 0.256, the Organizational Communicationhad a positive and significant influenced to Achievement Motivation with standarizedestimate (regression weight) of 0.401, the Career Patterns had a positive and significantinfluenced to Employee Performance with standarized estimate (regression weight) of 0.383,the Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant influenced to EmployeePerformance with standarized estimate (regression weight) of 0.409 and the OrganizationalCommunication had a positive and significant influenced to Employee Performance withstandarized estimate (regression weight) of 0.246. While the Career Patterns had a positiveand insignificant influenced to Employee Performance with standarized estimate (regressionweight) of 0.166. Determination Analysis showed that the Career Patterns, OrganizationalCommunication, Achievement Motivation and Organizational Commitment had of 74,7%influenced on changes in Employee Performance.Keywords : Career Patterns, Organizational Communication, Achievement Motivation,Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The growth of smartphone users in Indonesia is increasing every year. With the present era of disruption and digitalization also infrastructure development is increasingly sophisticated, causing consumer behavior to also experience shifts or changes. In conducting online trading transactions, informative, innovative and secure online trading applications will provide more benefits and help the company not only to survive in competition but also grow to be better companies. The needs of accurate information system and faster news should be adjusted with the growth of the information technology. Innovative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy is increasingly needed by companies to grow. Applications are one way that companies can use as part of CRM.             This research will examine the usefulness and convenience of MIFX Mobile trading applications for customers and as part of CRM applications that can help the company grow for the long term. This research uses qualitative descriptive and uses purposive sampling technique by interviewing three types of informants directly related to the application in their daily life. The results of the interviews and the data that have been obtained will be processed and verified by using triangulation system of data sources, methods and theories. The results of this study are expected to assist customers in transacting and useful for companies in taking holistic CRM application approach and development strategy for future growth.

Abstract

The development of tourism sector in Bali, especially in Ubud provides manyopportunities for entrepreneurs to start innovating in various fields of business, especiallybusinesses in culinary, because it can not be denied is now the tourists who come to Bali notjust come to enjoy the beauty of the culture and nature of the island of Bali yet tourists arealso looking for a culinary hallmark of the region. Increasing number of same type ofbusiness, especially in the culinary field, the more creative entrepreneurs in the process ofpromotion, a wide variety of promotional strategies used to promote their business names,products they sell as well as the advantages offered from the other competitors.Of course, to draw up appropriate strategies to improve customer satisfaction andloyalty at a culinary entrepreneurs must consider a lot of things that will be able to create apositive brandawaress the name of his business. Abstract

ABSTRACTConventional market transformation into a digital market is influenced by the development of E-commerce technology. Conventional marketing previously used as a marketing media has diminished with the presence of E-commerce technology, conventional market considered to have a shortage in terms of high costs and narrow market reach. The presence of E-commerce is able to expand the market with internet media as a distribution of information to prospective customers. The results of this study found Avilla Group to deal with competitors. Avilla Group using offline and Online market mix techniques in the process of marketing rooms. The offline market is still maintained for maintenance purposes for some customers who have more trust in offline travel agents. The average occupancy rate of units consists of 40% offline and 60% online. E-commerce marketing on Avilla Group is supported by 2 main systems, which are internal system and the Channel manager. The results of SWOT analysts obtain system development innovation instruments to face competitors can be developed on internal systems, so that the strength and opportunities of the online market can be maximized which has an impact on optimal room occupancy rates.

The focus of this study in social entrepreneurship is geared toward the internalcompetitive nature of how the organization operates in building impact through the children.Though it may be worth considering how existing resources can also meet external needs thatcan add value in society through commerce (business) internal generating money makingmethods. Such an approach does not have to be geared toward cost-cutting services rather itcan be toward providing a unique service and/or product. aims to determine the effect of Organizational Communication, CareerPatterns, Achievement Motivation and Organizational Commitment on Employee PerformanceThe respondents of this study is the staff amounting to 121 people of Cooperatives,SMEs, Trade and Industry Departement at Klungkung regency,. The data analysis is thestatistical method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software version 20.0,The analysis showed that: Achievement Motivation has a direct influence in a positiveand significant impact on Organizational Commitment, while Organizational CommunicationandCareer Patterns have a direct influence in a positive unsignificant to OrganizationalCommitment. Achievement Motivation and Organizational Commitment has a direct influencepositively and significantly on employee performance, while the OrganizationalCommunication and Career Patterns have a direct influence in a positive unsignificant toEmployee PerformanceKeywords : Communication Organization, Career pattern, Achievement Motivation,Organizational commitment and employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                        This study will examine the usefulness and convenience of MIFX Mobile trading applications for customers and as part of CRM applications that can help the company grow in the long term and have a competitive advantage against traditional trading platform.            This research uses qualitative descriptive and purposive sampling technique by interviewing four informants who uses the application in their daily life. The data analysis techniques that were used are analysis of Miles, Huberman and Saldana by conducting data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the interviews and the data that have been obtained is processed and verified by using triangulation system of data sources.             The results of this study indicate that convenience is the main reason that makes customers use the application, then followed by usability and security as well as referral features, which makes it easier to make an introduction to prospective new customers (Word of Mouth). These innovative features in addition to making it easier for customers to make transactions, also provide feedback to the company.            The needs of accurate information system and faster news should be adjusted with the growth of the information technology. Innovative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy is increasingly needed by companies to grow. Applications are one of the ways that companies can use as part of CRM where there is an ongoing interaction between customers and companies so that they are interrelated in creating a customer experience (User Experience).            In the future, this research study is expected to assist customers in making a better transaction and useful for companies in taking holistic CRM application approach which includes customer experience and customer collaboration for the future growth of the company and developing strategy for future growth.
