Abstract

Exclusive breast milk is breastfeeding with only breast milk to new-born babies until they aresix months old, without any other food supplement. The coverage of breastfeeding exclusive breastmilk in the working area of Batunadua Health Centre, in 2013, was still low (22.4%). The factor whichis assumed to be the influence on breastfeeding with exclusive breast milk is socio-culture. Theobjective of the research was to analyze the influence of socio-culture on breastfeeding with exclusivebreast milk in the working area of Batunadua Health Centre, in 2015.The research used explanatory research. It was conducted in the working area of BatunaduaHealth Centre, in 2015. The population was 205 women who had 7-12 month old babies, and thesamples were 67 babies, taken by using simple random sampling technique. The data were gathered byconducting interviews and question-naires and analyzed by using univatriate, bivatriate, andmultivatriate analyses with multiple logistic regression analysis.The result of the research showed that the variable of habit had influence on breastfeeding withexclusive breast milk (p = 0.001), while the variable of knowledge did not have any influence onbreastfeeding with exclusive breast milk (p = 0.402) and the variable of confidence also did not haveany influence on breastfeeding with exclusive breast milk (p = 0.80).It is recommended that Padangsidempuan City Administration through the Health Serviceincrease breastfeeding with exclusive ASI program and the role of health care providers, especially those who work at village, socialize the information about the benefit of exclusive breast milk forpregnant and breastfeeding women.

Abstract

The increasing number of elderly people in many countries, including developingcountries, will change the national and global population profile. The prevalence ofRheumatoid Arthritis in Indonesia is only 0.1-0.3% in the adult group and 1: 100thousand inhabitants in the group of children, a total estimated only 360 thousandpatients in Indonesia, although the low prevalence of this disease is very progressive andmost often causes defective. This study aims to determine how the perceptions and actionsof elderly people about Rheumatoid Arthritis in the Posyandu Elderly in Losung Village,Padangmatinggi Public Health Center, Padangsidimpuan City in 2015. This study uses aqualitative approach that is defined as a research procedure that produces descriptivedata. The informants in this study were taken using a purposive technique, namely theelderly who visited the Posyandu of the elderly. Data collection techniques used wereinterviews. The data collected was analyzed manually, namely by writing down the results of the study in the form of a transcript of the results of an in-depth interview, then summarizing it in the form of a matrix arranged according to the standard language of the informant's answers. The results of interviews with all informants obtained a statement that complaints are often felt, often aches - stiffness, stiffness, redness accompanied by swelling in the ankles and hands, all informants can answer complaints that are often felt by patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis. It is expected that the respondents can take care of their health so they are not susceptible to disease, and utilize existing health facilities

Abstract

Premature babies or preterm babies are babies born alive before 37 weeks' gestation regardless of body weight. Countries with higher preterm birth rates have higher mortality rates. Premature babies 66% die within 4 weeks of birth. The incidence of premature babies in Indonesia is still above the average of other countries, reaching 30% -40%. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of knowledge with mothers' attitudes towards the care of premature babies. The design used in this study was analytically with a cross sectional study approach. The number of samples is 30 people. Sampling is done by total sampling. This research was conducted at home for mothers who have premature babies who have been cared for in hospitals. Dr. Pirngadi Medan and has been treated at home. Analyze data with Fisher's exact test. From the results of the study most of the respondents had good knowledge of 20 people (66.7%), and most of the respondents also had a good attitude of 19 19 people (63.3%). It can be concluded that there is a relationship of knowledge with the mother's attitude towards the continued care of premature babies (p value = 0.0001). From the results of this study it is known that the knowledge and attitude of mothers in advanced care of premature babies is good, this is because mothers already understand that premature babies are very susceptible to infection and require intensive care.

Abstract

Daun bakung merupakan tumbuhan obat yang memiliki khasiat untuk mengobati berbagai penyakit, salah satunya yaitu reumatik. Asam urat merupakan penyakit sendi yang terjadi akibat kadar asam urat yang terlalu tinggi dalam darah. Penumpukan asam urat akan membentuk kristal di sendi yang dapat memicu nyeri dan pembengkakan di berbagai sendi tubuh. Skrining fitokimia bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang golongan senyawa yang terkandung dalam tanaman yang sedang diteliti. Skrining fitokimia yang dilakukan terhadap daun bakung ( Crynum asiaticum (L.) Merr.) meliputi pemeriksaan alkaloid, steroid/triterpenoid, saponin, tanin, polifenol, glikosida dan flavonoid. Hasil uji skrining fitokimia menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol 90% daun bakung ( Crynum asiaticum (L.)positif mengandung senyawa golongan alkaloid, triterpenoid, saponin, tanin dan flavonoid.

Abstract

Participants Beneficiaries Fee (PBI) is poor and can not afford a health insurance program participants. This type of research is cross sectional correlational design that aims to determine the level of anxiety Patient Relations BPJS Participant Beneficiaries Fee (PBI) Interests Use of Outpatient Services at Public Health Center Sadabuan. The study population was BPJS participants Beneficiaries Fee (PBI) in Public Health Center Sadabuan totaling 200 people. The sample used by 50 respondents. Results showed that respondents with mild anxiety levels who are interested in using outpatient health centers as many as 14 people (28.0%), respondents with moderate anxiety level who are interested in as many as 19 people (38.0%) and those not interested in as many as eight people (16.0%). Respondents with severe anxiety levels were not interested in using outpatient health centers were 9 people (18.0%). Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results obtained value of p = 0.002 (p <0.05), then there is a significant relationship between the level of anxiety of patients BPJS participant beneficiaries fee (PBI) with an interest in the use of outpatient public health centers Sadabuan Padangsidimpuan City 2016. Suggested to public health center to perform improving the quality of health services, to patients of participants beneficiaries fee (PBI) in public health center Sadabuan to provide feedback and suggestions to improve the quality ofhealth care specialy outpatient care.

Abstract

Patients who will undergo laparatomy surgery will usually experience fear and anxiety. The anxiety that patients experience varies - the reasons for which are anxious to face the operating room, and anxious when surgery fails. Some nurses do not provide the latest information about the patient's condition. Therapeutic communication provides understanding between nurses and patients with the aim of helping patients clarify and reduce the burden of the mind and is expected to eliminate patient anxiety. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of therapeutic nurse communication with anxiety in laparatomi preoperative patients in space Raudhah Regional General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. This research is analytic with cross sectional approach. Sampling of this research using purposive sampling technique amounted to 61 patients in space Raudhah. This research was conducted on 3 July - 3 September 2017 by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis is done using computer software. The results showed therapeutic nurse communication both 60 0rang (98.4%) and anxiety in light patients 27 people (44.3%). The result of chi-square statistic test shows that there is a therapeutic communication relationship of nurse with anxiety in laparatomy preoperative patient at Dr Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh General Hospital (p-value = 0.000). It is expected to increase for the nurse in conducting therapeutic communication to patient especially in preoperative preparation so that patients do not experience anxiety

Abstract

Antenatal Care is a planned program in the form of observation, education and medical treatment in pregnant women to obtain a process of pregnancy and childbirth that is safe and satisfactory. The type of descriptive correlative research with cross sectional approach with the aim to know the relationship of husband's knowledge with antenatal care K4 examination in Marsabut Lake Public Health Center of South Tapanuli Regency 2019. Data collecting tool used is questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 33 people. The result of this research indicated that the majority of husbands knowledge about antenatal care examination was in sufficient category, 16 respondents (48.5%) and husband's knowledge minority about antenatal care were in good category (8) (24.2%). The majority of husbands brought their wife to do antenatal care, 19 respondents (57.5%) and husband's minority did not bring their wife to do antenatal care as many as 14 respondents (42.5%). There is a significant correlation between husband's knowledge with the action of antenatal care of K4 at Marsabut Lake Public Health Center of South Tapanuli Regency 2019, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test result obtained p value = 0.002 (p <0.05). Suggested to health personnel of Marsabut Lake Public Health Center to conduct counseling about antenatal care to husband of pregnant mother in order to increase husband knowledge about antenatal care. To the husbands to bring their wife to visit antenatal care check in order to avoid pregnancy disorder and to keep physical physical preparedness before delivery.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder that is genetically and clinically heterogeneous manifestations including in the form of loss of carbohydrate tolerance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship Support the Head of Family Life Quality Client Type II Diabetes Mellitus. This research was conducted in the sub-district Puskesmas Batunadua Padangsidimpuan. by using descriptive correlation. The number of samples examined as many as 30 people using total sampling. The collection of data by using a questionnaire. From the analysis of the data found that the Support Households in 30 respondents showed respondents support the family heads of both categories with quality of life for as many as 11 people (36.66%), unfavorable category as many as 19 people (63.34%), found that based on the results of Spearman obtained p-value 0.00 (<0.05) so that Ho refused and Ha accepted, meaning there is a relationship with the families, Head of Support Life Quality Client type II Diabetes Mellitus. Suggested to health centers and health agencies that exist in the location in order to further improve mutuh research and education on public health, especially to the head of the family who have family members with diabetes mellitus type II in the sub-district Puskesmas Batunadua Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

Social and cultural environment that is not positive is a risk factor for teens to get caught up in sex behavior. Sex behavior in adolescents do have extended a long line of teenage pregnancy out of wedlock. Most choose to abort, not a few who mambesarkan womb and dumped the baby after birth.The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of class X girls knowledge about abortion provokatus with adolescent attitude in the prevention bortus provokatus SMK Negeri 3 Panyabungan Kecamatan Panyabungan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal District of the Year 2016. This research was descriptive correlation with cross sectional design. Polulasi in this study entire class X girls were 72 people sampling technique using total sampling measuring instrument used was a questionnaire. The statistical test using chi square.Based on the above table the majority of respondents who have a good knowledge of as many as 17 respondents (23.6%). Based on statistical tests performed, namely p value = 0.000. Based on the decision made is when the p value <0.05 with 95% confidence level, the Ha accepted which means there is a relationship between the Young Women Class X Knowledge about abortion provokatus with attitude Teens in Prevention abortion provokatus at SMK Negeri 3 Panyabungan District of Panyabungan Mandailing Christmas 2016.Based on the results, discussion, conclusions that researchers take on this research in order to gain knowledge about abortion provokatus, for the respondents expected a lot more to add insight about abortion provokatus by reading or following health education about abortion provokatus in health center or clinic midwife.

Abstract

As we get older, the flexibility of knee joint is decreases. Passive ROM exercise is an train to move joints as much as possible in a structured manner that is assisted by someone, and one of the benefits to increase flexibility. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of passive ROM exercise to the flexibility of knee joint in elderly in the work area of the Batunadua Health Center in 2019. This research used a quasi experiment with a type of pre-test and post-test control group design. The sample used in this research was 32 elderly with 16 elderly for each experiment and control groups. Respondent selected by means of the elderly who entered the criteria. The result of this research through the paired T test statistical test showed a significant difference in the flexibility of knee joint in elderly before and after being given passive ROM exercise in the intervention and control group with p-value 0.000 < α (0.05). The experiment group increased whereas the control group experience decreased. The results of the statistical test using the independent t test on approved the flexibility of knee joint in elderly after the intervention in the experiment and control groups obtained a p-value of 0.009. This shows that there is a significant difference between the flexibility of knee joint in elderly of the experiment and control groups. ROM exercises on a regular basis, it will make the joint space move so that the degree of flexibility increases and allows it to return to the normal range.
