Abstract

This study aims to identify the Influence of Promotion Through Social Media Against Consumer Purchase Decision Process in PD. Astiga Leather Garut Jacket The research  method used in this research is descriptive  research  method and survey technique analysis. The sampling technique  used in this research  is  using non  propability sampling  technique  with  the total  population  of 190  people, while  the number of respondents is 66 respondents ie PD customers. Astiga  Leather  Garut Jacket. Based on the  results  of  data  processing  obtained correlation which shows there is a strong relationship between Promotion Through Social Media  Against  Consumer Purchase  Decision Process in PD. Astiga Leather Garut Jacket. While  from the  results  of  hypothesis testing obtained  that  the variable  Promotion  Through  Social  Media has  a  positive and  significant  impact on consumer purchasing decision  Decision in PD. Astiga Leather Garut Jacket. Based on the calculation of  coefficient  of  determination obtained. This. implies that the change in the variable value of the Purchase Decision process. Explained by the  variable of  Promotion Through  social  media influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Influence of Retail Service Quality and Store Atmosphere on Customer Loyalty in Minimarket Yomart Wanaraja 2 Garut". This study consists of three variables, namely, retail service quality (X1), store atmosphere (X2), and customer loyalty (Y). In general, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of retail service quality and outlet atmosphere on customer loyalty at Minimarket Yomart Wanaraja 2 Garut. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative methods. In this study, a sample of 96 people was obtained. Data collection techniques used in this research are literature research, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The data measurement scale used in this study is the interval scale. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire were then processed using the validity test, reliability test, t test, correlation coefficient analysis, and determination coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of research from multiple regression calculations, the results show that partially the quality of retail service and outlet atmosphere has an effect on customer loyalty so that H0 is rejected, meaning that retail service quality and outlet atmosphere affect customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Intellectual Capital on Financial Performance at PD. BPR Garut. This study aims to determine the intellectual capital and financial performance of PD. BPR Garut for the period 2012 to 2015. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique used is library research and documentation research. While the data processing technique is performed using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Intellectual Capital had a positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA), wherein Intellectual Capital at PD. BPR Garut as a whole from the period 2012 to 2015 has increased and is included in the Top Performance category, meaning that human resources, infrastructure and business relations are very good and adequate. Financial Performance (ROA) of PD. BPR Garut as a whole from the period 2012 to 2015 experienced (fluctuations), namely an increase and decrease and more likely to increase in each quarter, and was classified in the predicate for the health status of Bank Indonesia in the fairly healthy category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the compensation and work environment on the performance of employees of Bank Intan Jabar (BIJ) Garut. The research method used is descriptive method with survey techniques. The population in this study were 104 employees of Bank Intan Jabar (BIJ) Garut. Sampling using the Slovin technique, in order to obtain a sample size of 83 samples. Data analysis techniques to answer the research hypothesis using statistical analysis with multiple regression analysis models. Testing of the hypothesis shows that there is a significant compensation effect on the employee performance of Bank Intan Jabar (BIJ) Garut which is shown from the partial test results of the partial correlation coefficient of 0.445 so that r2 is (0.445) 2 = 0.1980 or 19.80%. there is a significant work environment influence on the employee performance of Bank Intan Jabar (BIJ) Garut, which is shown from the partial test results of the partial correlation coefficient, which is 0.371 so that r2 is (0.371) 2 = 0.1376 or 13.76%, and there are the significant effect of compensation and work environment on the performance of employees of Bank Intan Jabar (BIJ) Garut, which is equal to 0.434 or 43.40%.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the progress of the implementation of the Inpower-CARE Program of PT. Indonesia Power UPJ Kamojang towards increasing added value for independent business groups in the area around the company. The purpose of this program is to determine the company's performance on program implementation which is a measure of the success in implementing the CSR program of the company concerned. The research method used is a qualitative method by prioritizing 2 approaches, namely a documentation study conducted with a field survey and a literature study, with the intention of comparing field data with theoretical views. The results showed that the implementation of the program Inpower-CARE PT. Indonesia Power UPJ Kamojang is said to be quite effective in providing added value for Business Actors around the Company. From this result, of course, it has its weaknesses because it is viewed from the point of view of the organization as a whole and it is necessary to carry out further research so as to produce in-depth conclusions about the effect of this.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on the purchasing decision process, the effect of product quality on the purchasing decision process, and the effect of brand image on the purchasing decision process. In this study the authors used descriptive and associative methods, while the respondents in this study were 96 respondents who were consumers who bought a Honda Scoopy motorcycle, with the sampling technique used was the non-probability sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study was the validity and reliability test. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis and uses the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS 19. The results of the analysis in this study show that H1 has an effect on product quality and brand image on the purchase decision process. the purchase decision process and H3 there is an effect of brand image on the purchase decision process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the shop atmosphere, promotions and purchasing decisions. As well as the influence of Store Atmosphere on Purchasing decisions and the influence of Promotion on Purchasing Decisions. The method used in this is descriptive and causal methods, where the descriptive method is to use the conditions and responses of consumers about Shop Atmosphere, Promotion and Purchase Decisions, while the causal method reveals problems that are a cause-and-effect relationship between two or more variables by using statistics and testing. the truth of previous research is the same as the Store Atmosphere variable, Promotion of Purchasing Decisions. The number of respondents in this study were 108 people with purposive sampling technique with the data analysis method used, namely Multiple Regression, Correlation Coefficient Analysis using the help of IBM SPSS statistic 20. Based on the results of the study, the overall response of respondents about Store Atmosphere, Promotion. and Purchase Decision, said to be quite good, meaning that Rasya batik garutan has not implemented a shop atmosphere, good promotion. Meanwhile, based on hypothesis testing carried out by testing it can be concluded that significantly the Shop Atmosphere, Promotion does not affect the Purchase Decision at the Rasya Batik Garutan Company.

Abstract

The Indonesian economy is dominated by MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). MSMEs have a very important role because they can absorb labor and also contribute to GDP (Gross Domestic Product). CV. Kota Agung is one of the MSMEs that has been established since 2006. This company also contributes to environmental sustainability by becoming a pioneer in tree planting in Indonesia. However, this company is experiencing problems in human resource management that are urgent to be addressed. This study aims to determine the managerial and operational functions contained in human resource management applied in CV. Great City. In addition, this study has another objective to determine which functions should be improved. In this study, interviews were conducted with the director, deputy director, and branch heads of CV. Kota Agung to collect the necessary data and use qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that CV. Kota Agung has not implemented the overall managerial function of human resource management. Planning, organizing and controlling have not been implemented properly. In addition, CV. Kota Agung also has not implemented an operational function in human resource management as a whole. Procurement, development, compensation, maintenance and dismissal have not been implemented properly.

Abstract

Student satisfaction to academic division of university can be achieved by a good and optimal service performance of academic division. The object of the research is Higher education students in Garut Regency. The Purpose of the research is to find out how performance of Higher education institution’s academic division in Garut Regency.Is this performance has satisfying students as a consumer or not. If not, what factor that influenced. Based on conceptual framework, hypothetical has been made that is academic division performance influence to student satisfactory in their own university. Analytical methods that used is descriptive analytics for respondent responses and path analytic for influence. Validity and reability test is used for reseach instrument, and Successive Interval Methods is used to change data from ordinal to interval data. Based on founding and discussion can concluded respondent based on gender are quiet balance and the most experienced on academic service is 3 years (6 semester). Tangible, realibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy variables both together and partial is influence on consument satisfaction. Then, reability variables is the one who dominated influence on consument satisfactory.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee productivity at PT. Tri Keeson Utama Garut. The data used is primary data. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The tools used for data processing in this research are Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 20 and Microsoft Excel. This research method using descriptive method and causal associative. By using this type of research will be known a significant relationship between the variables studied so as to produce a conclusion that will clarify the picture of the object under study. This research is intended to test the hypothesis by using statistical calculation. Descriptive method with qualitative approach is used to test more in the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee productivity. To obtain data in this study using questionnaires, test methods used research instrument is the test of validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing method in the study using the test level of significance both partially and simultaneously, if the value of significance that appears smaller than the error rate then the main hypothesis is rejected. The result of research partially explain that motivation have significant effect to work productivity of employee, and job satisfaction have an effect on signifikan to work productivity of employee. While simultaneously motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on work productivity of employees.
