Abstract

This study aims to determine the Self Assessment System, Quality of Tax Service, and Taxpayer Compliance at KPP Pratama Garut. As well as to determine the effect of the Self Assessment System and the Quality of Tax Services on Taxpayer Compliance at Garut Tax Office. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative methods. The population of this research is individual taxpayers who are registered as taxpayers at KPP Pratama Garut. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression with an alpha value of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the Self Assessment System at KPP Pratama Garut is good, the Quality of Tax Service at KPP Pratama Garut shows good, and Taxpayer Compliance at KPP Pratama Garut Regency also shows good. Self Assessment System and Tax Service Quality have a positive effect on Taxpayer Compliance at KPP Pratama Garut Regency. The magnitude of the influence of the Self Assessment System and the Quality of Tax Services has a positive effect on Taxpayer Compliance is 75.8%.

Abstract

Background research is to determine the effect of Service Quality (X) on Satisfaction (Y) and its impact on Loyalty (Z) on Style Leather Collections in Sukaregang Garut. In this study using descriptive and associative analysis methods. The respondents in this study were 96 respondents using purposive sampling method with a sample criteria that had made purchases more than once. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test and path analysis. The results of the study state that there is a positive and significant influence of Service Quality Variables on customer satisfaction, meaning that the company is able to improve work discipline by increasing the quality of service provided by the company through employees, there is a positive and significant influence. increasing the quality of service provided by the company through its employees and there is a positive and significant influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, meaning that the company is able to increase customer loyalty by increasing customer satisfaction provided by employees.

Abstract

Banks must always be assessed for their soundness level in order to continue to provide excellent service to customers, because an unhealthy bank condition will endanger various parties, not only endanger the bank itself. One of the methods used to assess the soundness of a bank can use the currently applicable method, namely the Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital (RGEC) method. The purpose of this research is to determine the Rating of Bank Soundness at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk in terms of RGEC. This research is in the form of descriptive quantitative research, in which the procedures for health assessment refer to the Circular and regulations that have been established by Bank Indonesia in 2011, namely SE No. 13/24 / DPNP and PBI No. 13/1 / PBI / 2011. The Risk Profile factor is measured using the NPL and LDR ratios, obtaining the predicate Fairly Healthy, the Good Corporate Governance factor by analyzing the results of the GCG self-assessment of the Bank obtains the predicate Healthy, Earning is measured using the ratio ROA, ROE, NIM and BOPO obtains the predicate Fairly Healthy and Capital is measured using the ratio CAR received the predicate Very Healthy.

Abstract

With the increase in tourists visiting the city of Bandung either locally or foreigner provide a very positive impact for the development of the tourism industry. Researchers highlight the culinary tourism because tourism product still very rare to be studied, which in fact provide tremendous value to the image formation. The purpose of the study was to describe the perception of tourist to the city’s image from the aspects of cognitive Bandung culinary, travellers describe the perception of the image of the city of London seen from the affective aspects of culinary tourism in Bandung, also explains the perception of tourists to the overall image of the city of Bandung as a culinary tourism. Results are expected to assist stakeholders in developing the availability of facilities at the site of a culinary tour of Bandung city, so travellers can further increase the desire to revisit the city of Bandung. Bandung city government should continue to improve and develop the potential of the attractiveness, uniqueness, and diversity of the typical culinary offerings in the city in a structured and focused, which in turn can make the city of Bandung as a superior culinary tourism destination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine empirically about the effect of work experience and training on career development at PT. BPRS PNM Mentari Garut. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data in the form of questionnaire results distributed to 34 respondents at PT. BPRS PNM Mentari Garut. Secondary data is in the form of company profile data, training conducted in the company, employee tenure, etc. The independent variables used in this study are Work Experience and Education and Training, while the dependent variable in this study is Career Development. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and verification with the tools of the SPSS 20.0 program. Hypothesis testing uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant direct influence between Work Experience and Career Development variables. (2) there is a significant direct influence between the variables of Education and Training on Career Development. (3) there is a significant direct influence between Work Experience and Training and Education variables on Career Development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of causal compensation on labor productivity. The data used are primary data and secondary data, using a questionnaire. The population of this study were all employees of the Company Dodol Jaya Rasa, Ilawu District, Garut Regency. The number of samples studied was 90 employees. The analytical tool used in this study is a test of validity, reliability and simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that compensation simultaneously affects labor productivity.

Abstract

This study entitled: The Effect of Hotel Tax Collection Internal Control System on the Effectiveness of Hotel Tax Receipts in Garut Regency at the Regional Revenue Agency of Garut Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of the Hotel Tax Collection Internal Control System on the Effectiveness of Hotel Taxes in Garut Regency on Regional Revenue Bodies. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The data collection technique uses library research, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, while the data processing techniques are performed using correlation analysis, simple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Hotel Tax Collection Internal Control System at the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) Garut Regency has a significant effect on the Effectiveness of Hotel Tax Receipts in Garut Regency.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is an offshore facility design and construction industry company that supports the activities of the oil and gas industry. Based on the project schedule data, one of the most critical processes or jobs in the implementation of a construction project is the welding process. According to welding process defect data from January to March 2017, there were found a number of defects as many as 601 welding points where every week the number of defects fluctuated. To reduce the number of defects in the welding process that occur in project implementation at PT. XYZ requires further research to identify and analyze defects. This study uses a six sigma approach consisting of DMAIC stages (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). The Define stage is the identification stage by determining the types of defects that affect the quality of the welding process (critical to quality), namely slag inclusion, lack of fusion and porosity. Then proceed to the Measure stage, namely measuring the stability of the process and process capability, and the sigma level is obtained which is at the position of 3.21 sigma with a DPMO value of 43,958.93, besides that it is also found that there are 3 points of welding results that are outside the control limit (out of control). control), it indicates that PT. XYZ is not yet fully able to control the quality of the welding process. At the Analyze stage, several tools are used, namely cause-and-effect diagrams and FMEA analysis. Based on the results of the causal diagram, the factors that affect the defect in the welding process come from human factors, machines, methods, materials and the environment. Through the results of FMEA analysis of the five factors that affect the defect in the welding process at PT. XYZ found that, the most critical factor as the cause of the appearance of slag inclusion and lack of fusion defects is the method factor, while the porosity defect is the material factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Price (X1) and Product Quality (X2) on consumer satisfaction (Y) of Sony Smartphone users at PT. Maju Jaya Cicaheum Bandung. This is due to the assumption that the price and product quality of Sony smartphones are not what consumers expect, so that consumers feel dissatisfied with Sony Smartphone products. This can be seen from the data obtained by researchers which strengthens the indication of problems related to these three variables. The hypothesis used in this study is that there is an effect of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction of Sony Smartphone users at PT. Maju Jaya Cicaheum Bandung. This study used a quantitative descriptive method which was carried out on 100 respondents measured by a Likert scale who were all Sony Smartphone users at PT. Maju Jaya Cicaheum Bandung. The data processing techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity), hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression, and the coefficient of determination. The tools used are Microsoft Excel software and SPSS version 20.0. The results of this study indicate that the variable price (X1) and product quality (X2) have a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction of Sony Smartphone users at PT. Maju Jaya Cicaheum Bandung. Price variable (X1) has no partial effect on customer satisfaction. but product quality (X2) partially affects customer satisfaction.
