Abstract

This study aims to analyze the disclosure of social performance or corporate social responsibility in Islamic banking using the Sharia Enterprise Theory concept approach. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique uses library research and documentation research. While the data processing technique was performed using qualitative data analysis with Miles and Huberman's model. The results of this study indicate that the level of disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) based on Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET) at PT. Bank Muamalat Tbk (Bank Muamalat Indonesia) during the 2011-2015 period received a very good predicate.

Abstract

Timeliness of the supply of raw materials to the company is very important to support an effective and efficient business process. However, the delay in supply has a negative impact on its business processes. This happened at Geoff Max Bandung where the supply of raw materials from suppliers to the company experienced delays which affected the production process so that customer demand could not be fulfilled. This is related to the block channels on the Business Model Canvas (BMC). This study aims to create BMC that is happening at Geoff Max, make recommendations for improving BMC, and design a unified modeling language (UML) for business process recommendations based on BMC on block channels such as use case diagrams, use case scenarios, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams so that customer demand can be fulfilled and sales do not fluctuate. The research method used is qualitative. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with three narusmber, namely product manager, operational manager, and financial analyst at Geoff Max Bandung. Furthermore, secondary data collection comes from articles, previous research, books, and related reference journals. The results showed that Geoff Max Bandung had filled nine BMC blocks. The results of the research evaluation show that there is a need for recommendations for improvement in the block of key activities, key resources, and channels. Researchers also created UML designs that refer to block channels such as product pre-order, product delivery, quality control of products, distribute products, check the products, and product marketing. In addition, UML consists of five actors, namely: Geoff Max Bandung product development team, producers, Geoff warehouse, distributors, and end customers.

Abstract

Student satisfaction to academic division of university can be achieved by a good and optimal service performance of academic division. The object of the research is Higher education students in Garut Regency. The Purpose of the research is to find out how performance of Higher education institution’s academic division in Garut Regency.Is this performance has satisfying students as a consumer or not. If not, what factor that influenced. Based on conceptual framework, hypothetical has been made that is academic division performance influence to student satisfactory in their own university. Analytical methods that used is descriptive analytics for respondent responses and path analytic for influence. Validity and reability test is used for reseach instrument, and Successive Interval Methods is used to change data from ordinal to interval data. Based on founding and discussion can concluded respondent based on gender are quiet balance and the most experienced on academic service is 3 years (6 semester). Tangible, realibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy variables both together and partial is influence on consument satisfaction. Then, reability variables is the one who dominated influence on consument satisfactory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of cooperatives. The object of this research is the Employee Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia, KOPIN Pengayoman Lapas, Garut Regency in 2014-2016. The analytical method used is the ratio of liquidity, solvency, and profitability using Microsoft Excel 2016. The data from this study were obtained from the results of company documents in the form of financial statements of the Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperative, KOPIN Pengayoman Lapas, Garut Regency in 2014-2016. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity ratio is measured using Current Ratio, 2014-2016 shows that financial performance is classified as very healthy and Cash Ratio, in 2014-2016 shows that financial performance is classified as a fairly healthy condition. The solvency ratio measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio 2014 to 2016 shows that financial performance is classified as healthy and the Debt to Assets Ratio in 2014 to 2016 shows that financial performance is classified as unhealthy. Profitability ratios measured using Economic Rentability, 2014 to 2015 indicate that financial performance is classified as unhealthy and Own Capital Rentability during 2014 to 2016 shows that financial performance is classified as unhealthy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the awareness of taxpayers, quality of tax services and taxpayer compliance and to examine the effect of taxpayer awareness and quality of tax services on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at the SAMSAT Office of Garut Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data collection technique uses library research and field research by means of interviews and distributing questionnaires in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely motor vehicle taxpayers. The type of data used is quantitative data, with primary data sources. The data processing technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of research results (error value) of 5%. Based on the results of the study partially shows that taxpayer awareness affects taxpayer compliance, and the quality of tax services. While the results of the research simultaneously show that taxpayer awareness and quality of tax services have an effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study consists of three variables, namely, the variable Product Quality, Sales Promotion and the Purchase Decision Process. In general, the purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Sales Promotion on the Purchasing Decision Process at PT. Tama Chocolate Indonesia. The subjects in this study were consumers who had bought Van Java Chocolate Ginger at PT. Tama Chocolate Indonesia. Based on the problems and objectives of the study, the researcher formulated a hypothesis, namely: there is an influence between product quality and sales promotion on the purchasing decision process of Van Java Chocolate Ginger at PT. Tama Cokelat Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative methods. The population in this study is not known with certainty, so to determine the size of the sample is using the Non Probability Sampling Technique with purposive sampling. So in this study, a sample of 96 people was obtained. In addition, based on data analysis, it was found that all instruments used in this study were declared valid and reliable. Furthermore, for the research results, the calculation with the simultaneous significance test (f test) shows that there is a significant influence on product quality and sales promotion on the purchasing decision process of Van Java Chocolate Ginger at PT. Tama Chocolate Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is based on the view that employee loyalty is one of the important factors that can determine a company to survive in any tough competition. High employee loyalty can be obtained, among others, if the company can meet employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze Y-generation employee loyalty which is influenced by job satisfaction. The method used is descriptive and verification, with a total sample of all Y-generation employees who work at Higher Education in Garut Regency with 132 respondents. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample approach or a census. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires and surveys. The data analysis used was the statistical approach of path analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. The results showed that job satisfaction on employee loyalty was not significant. This means that even though job satisfaction is obtained, it does not mean that Y-generation employees will be loyal to their current company.

Abstract

This research was motivated by problems related to Islamic Marketing and Corporate Image of Luwak White Koffie especially in the city of Garut. Based on the overall pre survey results on consumers of Luwak White Koffie, it is known that consumers have not shown maximum satisfaction and have not shown loyalty to Luwak White Koffie products and even show a tendency to shift to competitor products, which is based on the author's opinion due to intense competition in Indonesian coffee industry. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic Marketing and Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction of Luwak White Koffie, especially those who lived in the city of Garut. This study uses a quantitative method with a type of descriptive and causal research. Sampling method in this research uses non probability sampling specifically purposive sampling, with number of respondents as many as 100 peoples, while the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis. Descriptive analysis result shows that the Islamic Marketing, Corporate Image, Customer Satisfaction are in the good category, while the Customer Loyalty is in a fairly good category. Result of the calculation of path analysis shows that Islamic Marketing and Corporate Image variables jointly influences Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction Luwak White Koffie.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas air dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PDAM Tirta Intan garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripif dan assosiatif. Adapun responden dari penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknil sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, analisi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh kualitas air dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PDAM Tirta Intan Garut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah rumusan masalah dapat terjawab oleh hipotesis penelitian. Maka disarankan peniliti lain untuk melakukan penelitian dengan variabel lain yang tidak penulis teliti.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Amarta Zwara Guna (Inbound Id) Jakarta. The method used by the writer is descriptive method, the data collection technique used by the writer is field research and library research. The data processing techniques used by the author are validity, reliability, and multiple regression analysis techniques using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 20 computer program. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that organizational culture affects employee performance and motivation affects performance. The next employee for simultaneous testing showed that organizational culture and motivation had an effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Amarta Zwara Guna (Inbound Id) Jakarta.
