Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of capital aspects, asset quality, management aspects, efficiency, liquidity and risk sensitivity of banks on financial performance. Capital aspects are measured by capital adequacy ratio, asset quality is measured by net performing loans, management aspects are measured by net profit margin, efficiency is measured by net interest margin, liquidity is measured by loan-to-deposit ratio, sensitivity to bank risk is measured by market risk, while performance finance is measured by return on assets. This study uses a sample of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016. The data used is cross section data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the capital aspect had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, asset quality had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, management had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, efficiency had a positive and insignificant effect on financial performance, liquidity had a negative and significant effect on financial performance. financial performance and sensitivity to risk have a negative and significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a view that business development is an important factor for a company in order to survive in the fierce business competition. Business development can be obtained if the company can improve entrepreneurial orientation and understand the characteristics of the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and company characteristics on business development in the Small and Medium Agro Industries that have Industrial Registry Numbers in Garut Regency. This research is a descriptive and verification research. Descriptive research is used to describe respondents' perceptions of entrepreneurial orientation variables, company characteristics and business development. Verification research is used to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation variables and company characteristics on business development. This survey involved 81 Agro-Sector IKMs that had Industrial Registry Numbers. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires and surveys. The data analysis used was the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical approach. The results show that of the three research variables descriptively all of the criteria are quite high. The influence of entrepreneurial orientation and company characteristics on business development shows a significant positive effect.

Abstract

This research aims to determine product quality and service quality of customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. With 7 dimensions of product quality that is performance, durability conformance of sfecifications, realibility, aesthetics, perceived quality, and serviceability. And the dimensions for service quality are reliability, responsiverness, assurance, tangible, and emphaty, as for the dimensions of the customer satisfaction of the received performance, expektasi, and loyalitas. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive method. Sample in this research counted 98 people. This sampling method uses ease of sampling technique. Because the number of populations is not known for size of the sample that is using the formula calculations. Unknown populatins. The analysis technique used, the writer looks for the simultaneous and partial relationship between product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction by using quantitative analysis technique in the form of reliability test data and using multiple linier regression analysis, significant test and test determination. The result of simultaneous research shows that there is influence of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction, where the variable x1 and x2 plays an impormant role in building of forming customer satisfaction in the customer?s mind.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at PT. Arista Garut. The method in this research is using associative descriptive analysis method. The respondents in this study were 96 respondents, with certain criteria using incidental sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques to determine the effect of service quality, promotion and purchase decisions using multiple linear regression analysis with simultaneous and partial testing. The result of the research states that simultaneously there is an influence of service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions, meaning that consumers consider the quality of service and promotion in deciding to make a purchase and partially there is an influence of service quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Arista Garut and there is a promotional effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Arista Garut. The conclusion of this research is that service quality is considered good and plays a role in consumer purchasing decisions and promotions are considered good and plays a role in consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Arista Garut to decide to make a purchase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan atau yang biasa dikenal dengan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap citra perusahaan PT Bank Danamon Indonesia,Tbk. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Non-probability Sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Ukuran sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Responden tersebut merupakan para pedagang di pasar Grogolan kota Pekalongan yang merasakan dampak dari CSR Bank Danamon. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis deskriptif untuk menjelaskan hasil penelitian. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para pedagang pasar Grogolan dengan total dua puluh enam butir pernyataan. Pada kuesioner ini menggunakan skala likert lima titik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh positif terhadap citra perusahaan PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. Artinya, ketika suatu kegiatan CSR yang jalankan oleh suatu perusahaan dengan baik maka akan memberikan citra perusahaan yang baik pula. Program CSR yang dijalankan dengan baik oleh perusahaan tidak hanya memberikan manfaat untuk masyaratak dan lingkungan akan tetapi juga akan memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan yang melaksanakannya pula.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of entrepreneurial orientation and network capability on the performance of the leather tanning IKM in Sukaregang, Garut Regency, and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of entrepreneurial orientation and network capability at the leather tanning IKM in Sukaregang, Garut Regency. As for the research method, for descriptive data analysis with frequency analysis and verification analysis with the help of software Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The finding of this research is that entrepreneurial orientation is effective in improving the performance of the leather tanning IKM in Sukaregang, Garut Regency. Then Network capability is effective in improving the performance of the leather tanning IKM in Sukaregang, Garut Regency. The supporting factor for entrepreneurial orientation is the Level of Commitment to Company Resources, while the inhibiting factor for entrepreneurial orientation at the leather tanning IKM in Sukaregang, Garut Regency is the Level of Courage to Invest with Uncertain Returns. Then the supporting factor for network capability at the leather tanning IKM in Sukaregang, Garut Regency is the ability to build good personal relationships with business partners. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor for network capability at the leather tanning IKM in Sukaregang, Garut Regency is the level of knowledge of partner strengths.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived brand value on brand attitude in students, brand trust affects brand attitude, brand pride affects brand attitudes and to analyze the effect of brand attitude on buying interest in the Xiaomi smartphone brand. Data collection using a simple random sample a number of respondents who have been selected. Data were analyzed using the structure equation model (SEM) with the amos 21 program. The validity test of the indicators had a loading factor above 0.5, so all indicators used were said to be valid. This study uses the criteria of goodness of fit and the data must meet the assumptions in normality, outliers, multicollinearity and singularity. The results of the research that have been conducted show that the perception of brand value has a positive influence on brand attitude, so the higher the perception of brand value in the Xiaomi smartphone brand product. Brand trust has a positive influence on brand attitude. Brand pride has a positive influence on brand attitude. Brand attitude affects brand buying interest, so the higher brand attitude towards Xiaomi smartphone brand products found from the research results. Companies must increase consumer brand buying interest in Xiaomi smartphone products, through brand attitude must be improved from the perception of brand value, brand trust and brand pride of Xiaomi Samsung smartphone brand products.

Abstract

Considering exact audit approach, planning and perform advance audit procedure based on risk assessment which identified whether it’s financial statement or assertion level, These were auditor professional judgment, recognizing the highest amount of materiality misstatements which influence the user of financial statement in their decision. If classess of transactions consisted low inherent risk, only the substantive analytical procedures necessary would be provide audit evidence sufficiently. However, if risks assessed are low because of the participation of internal control relevance to audit, then the auditor will test the internal control as well. Initially, process and bookkeeping complex transactions are motivated auditor to perform audit procedure and relevant activity to obtain relevant information. Their motivation is because they believe in every transactions contained risk factors due to fraud or error and its occured beyond their insights. The aim of this study is to recognize whether audit risk, materiality, internal control relevance to audit and audit complexity are related with the auditor profesional judgment in audit procedure. The study carried out on public accountants whose registered in BPK-RI and they  served on audit firm in Bandung. The study using non probability techniques to select the sample, as of 29 selected public accountants have gathered as respondents. Analyzed data statistics examined the hypothesis using t and f tests showed that the audit risk, materiality, internal control relevance to audit and audit complexity have significance effects on profesional judgment in audit procedures, whether it is individual or together.

Abstract

Cimahi city tourism continues to experience rapid development, imahi city which has the nickname of the army city, trying to introduce Cimahi as a military triangle city to prospective tourists, with a unique way of launching tourist transportation in the form of buses called Sakoci, in march 2019 which aims which gives comfort, security and convenience to tourists when travelling in the city of Cimahi. Based on this, it is necessary to study the perception of tourism on lifeboat tourism transportation so that, it can be on target and beneficial, especially for the city of Cimahi tourism. The development of lifeboat tourism transportation is an effect and increased tourist demand is also a positive impact caused. Then it requires direction, especially regarding the needs and desires of tourists, thus it is deemed necessary to conduct research with the title identification of tourist perceptions of the transportation of the city of  Cimahi Saba (lifeboat) in the city of Cimahi.This quantitative research was conducted in the city of Cimahi and aimed to identify tourists using lifeboats and reveal the perception characteristics and patterns of travel and tourist transportation. The researcher analyzes the data obtained by using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, this analysis method seeks to find which elements are considered important by tourists, so that suggestions and conclusions can be drawn for lifeboat transportation services. From this study produced an analysis of the type of tourist transport lifeboats received high attention from tourists. However, there are still many shortcomings that can reduce visitors on trips, uncertain visits, tours and frequency of tours as well as convenience of bus stop facilities, this needs specials attention to provide a good tourist experience and make tourists able to help to use lifeboats in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the development of the Garutan Batik Industry which is running in the Millennial era, how the production system is carried out, how is the distribution and the extent of demand from consumers. The research was conducted in Garut district. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using literature studies, observation and interviews with data sources. Garutan batik in the Millennial era is increasingly showing its existence both in local, national and even introduced to the international world. The results showed that the Garutan Batik Industry in Garut Regency showed an increase marked by the increase in Garutan Batik Industry players even though it was still in the home industry category, marked also by a marketing system that adopted the latest technology.
