Abstract

Kolam retensi Ario kemuning adalah salah satu dari beberapa kolam retensi yang ada di kota Palembang yang terletak di Jl Swadaya Lorong Perikanan IV Kelurahan Talang Aman. Kolam retensi ini berada dalam satu sistem dengan sistem saluran sungai bendung. Kolam Retensi Ario kemuning berada diatas tanah dengan luas + 14,977m2. Kondisi kolam retensi Ario kemuning termasuk dalam kondisi daratan rendah dan daerah yang berawa-rawa, dengan topografi relatif datar dan merupakaan daratan rendah. Pada setiap hujan deras, genangan air sering terjadi di daerah saluran masuk kolam retensi Ario Kemuning, dimana genangan air yang terjadi menyebabkan rusaknya jalan, dan juga terhambatnya pengguna jalan kaki. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini kolam retensi Ario kemuning melalui dimensi saluran inlet dengan nilai h = 3 meter, tidak lagi dapat menahan Q Inflow = 5,060 m3/det. Untuk dapat menahan debit air yang masuk saluran inlet kolam retensi tersebut mesti diperbaiki nilai h saluran tersebut begitu juga dengan saluran outletnya mesti dibersihkan sedimen dan penumpukan sampah agar air yang mengalir disaluran tersebut lancar. Kolam retensi Ario Kemuning tidak dapat lagi menampung, air apabila hujan selama lebih dari 41,4 menit dikarenakan kurangnya perawatan dari instansi terkait, sehingga menyebabkan terganggunya sistem kerja dari kolam retensi tersebut. Saluran inlet dan saluran outlet tidak dapat menampung air masuk kedalam kolam dan keluar kolam dikarenakan adanya sedimen dan penumpukan sampah sehinga menganggu aliran.Key Words : Kolam, Saluran, Banjir

Abstract

To meet the needs of clean water in the Sungki Simpang Market Area, the distribution of clean water plays an important role and is very much needed by local residents. There are still many obstacles that result in a lack of water supply, so that people rely heavily on PDAM Tirta Musi Booster Kertapati to meet their clean water needs.In this study, the authors analyzed the energy loss factors in the distribution network of clean water pipes from Booster Kertapati to Sungki Simpang Market Area, factors that affect energy loss in the pipe distribution network include flow rate, flow velocity, pipe bend angle, pipe friction, and change in pipe cross- section.The results of the calculation show that the largest total energy loss is in the I-J pipe segment of 71.47446 m, the Ø0,1016 m or Ø4 inch pipe with a speed of 4.35800 m/s and the smallest total energy loss is in the C'-C pipe section of 0.10979 m , the Ø0,1016 m or Ø4 inch pipe at 1.38004 m/s. So it can be concluded that not only the number of turns, changes in the cross-section and length of the pipe that affect the energy loss factor, the flow velocity is also a factor in the energy loss.Keywords: Energy Loss Factor, Analysis Result.

Abstract

High-quality concrete usually uses an addition to workaholic, high-pressure, and concrete durability such as metacaolin and superplasticizer.The Study was conducted to find out how the metacaolin + superplasticizer addition to the strong K-400 press of concrete. The test object used was a cube 15 x 15 x 15 cm. Strong tests of concrete were made at the age of 3 days, 14 days, and 28 days. The research is done on normal concrete, and metacaolin 10% + superplasticizer 0,5%, 1%, 1,5%, 2%, 2,5%, 3%, and 3,5% with separate parts.Research shows the strong value of normal concrete pressure at 28 days on 403,66 Kg/cm² while strong value of optimum concrete at 28 days occurs in a variety of Metacaolin 10% + Superplastizer 3% on 460,58 Kg/cm². It is known that adding metacaolin + superplasticizer add to strong concrete pressure.Key Words : concrete, metacaolin, superplasticizer, and strong press.

Abstract

The Vesic method (1977) is one of the methods used to calculate the bearing capacity of the pile foundation. However, if it is calculated manually, it will be more difficult and feels more time consuming, while to calculate the bearing capacity of the foundation practically, quickly and correctly, it is very necessary to speed up a work. The group foundation that can be an option or substitute for the group foundation in the Betung Toll Road Construction project is a variation that has a carrying capacity value greater than the existing carrying capacity (Diameter 60cm). The method used in this research is manual calculation using the Vesic method (1977) and the Vesic method with the Allpile Software. The results of this study the carrying capacity of group piles at point P1 by means of manual vesic method obtained 27196.747 kN and 27971.51 kN of allpile software, and after being varied with different pile sizes using allpile software the most efficient value was obtained when used for replacing the group foundation in the control room point P2 is a variation of Diameter 50cm with a depth of 24 meters, as many as 30 piles with a volume of 144,243 m3 with a difference of 30% with the volume of exsiting piles.Keywords: Construction of the Kapal Betung Toll Road, Efficiency of Foundation Carrying Capacity

Abstract

Public transportation is a very important field of activity in the life of the Indonesian people, especially in Palembang City, the capital city of South Sumatra. The existence of good transportation services will be able to reduce people's dependence on the use of private vehicles and reduce congestion in the city of Palembang. One aspect of transportation that concerns the needs of many people is public transportation, such as LRT (Light Rail Transit), Trans Musi Bus, Water Bus and City transport. Currently, service levels or occupancy levels are not yet a priority.The type of research used by the author in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documents related to research.Based on the data analysis carried out, it is concluded that the largest number of vehicle transfers between modes of transportation is from others (private cars, private motorbikes, pedicabs, walking and motorbikes) - as many as 52 passengers. Furthermore, from the City transport - LRT as many as 39 passengers. Furthermore, from City transport - Trans Musi as many as 37 passengers. Abstract

Based on the artifact drawing in the appendix, it discusses structural planning where only drawings are produced in planning and there is no reinforcement plan which is an important element in the construction of a building in order to produce a strong, safe and economical building. Therefore, the author discusses the reinforcement of the structure. To achieve the planning objectives, structural planning must follow the regulations set by the government in the form of the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). Planning of the building that has been determined so that the strength and safety factors of the building can be achieved and there is no collapse in the planned building. The results of the analysis of a four-story basement office building from the calculations obtained the same results in calculations using the SAP 2000 and SNI programs 03-2847-2002, therefore the reinforcement obtained is accurate, namely the results of the SAP 2000 and SNI programs 03-2847-2002 . The results of planning a four-storey office building from several planned variations obtained a total net concrete area, namely variation 1 of 14800.96 cm², variation 2 of 15172.1 cm², variation 3 of 11297.69 cm² and variation 4 experiencing structural failure. From these results it can be concluded that the safe and economical variations of beams, columns are variation 3 where the dimensions are B1 (30 cm x 40 cm), B2 (15 cm x 25 cm), K1 (50 cm x 50 cm), K2 (45 cm x 45 cm), K3 (40 cm x 40 cm), K4 (35 cm x 35 cm)

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kuantitas dan kualitas air bersih yang selama ini digunakan oleh masyarakat di Desa Tihang Kecamatan Lengkiti Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Dalam proses sehari-hari masyarakat sekitar banyak memanfaatkan air sumur bor untuk mempermudah aktifitas sehari-hari. Terdapat 7 titik Sumur BOR yang berada1663 jiwa (pusat data statistik 2016). Oleh karena itu Desa Tihang termasuk kedalam kategori pedesaan dengan pemakaian air sebanyak 50 liter/jiwa/hari. Sistem distribusi air sumur bor dilaksanakan dengan menyalurkan air hasil dari sumur dengan menggunakan Pompa ke booster intake. Debit pompa distribusi ditentukan berdasarkan fluktuasi pemakaian air dalam satu hari jadwal. Ternyata setelah melakukan uji air yang telah sampai ke masyarakat secara sederhana didapat Ph air lolos kedalam persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan berdasarkan Permenkes No. 32 Tahun 2017 Tentang Standar Baku Mutu Kesehatan Lingkungan dan Persyaratan Kesehatan Air. Kualitas air dari ketiga sumber ini cukup bagus karena berdasarkan hasil uji air secara sederhana menunjukkan air tidak berbau. Dan dari hasil analisa uji Laboratorium baik Fisik maupun Kimia untuk kejernihannya cukup karena perbedaan yang tidak terlalu jauh, pH yang paling besar yaitu pH 7,40 di Dusun V sedang pH dari ketiga Dusun tersebut hanya beda 1%. Tetapi hasil air dari Dusun III, IV maupun V cukup baik untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan baku air minum karena pH nya yang netral serta tidak beracun. Setelah dilakukan uji sederhana pH air di Desa Tihang yaitu Dusun III, IV dan V lolos persyaratan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Lightweight bricks are bricks that have a specific gravity lighter than bricks in general. Lightweight bricks can also be made using additives, such as alumina powder which produces gas when the concrete is still plastic or by using aggregates of low density, such as pumice, volcanic ash, and diatomite rock, which are the most commonly used natural aggregates. Styrofoam is inseparable from efforts in utilizing waste to be taken from around the Palembang area. Thus the addition of styrofoam waste will not have a negative impact on the environment because it can be used as lightweight bricks. (0%) 241 kg/cm2, styrofoam mix (20%) 82.3 kg/cm2, styrofoam mix (40%) 75.25 kg/cm2, styrofoam mix (60%) 26.4 kg/cm2 , styrofoam mix (80%) 9.05 kg/cm2, styrofoam mixture (100%) 0 kg/cm2.

Abstract

Manajemen waktu proyek merupakan salah satu faktor penting guna mendukung keberhasilan suatu proyek, dengan dibuatnya perencanaan pelaksanaan dari setiap kegiatan proyek, sehingga tercapainya tujuan sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan manajemen waktu pada proyek pembangunan jembatan gantung lubuk ulak dengan menggunakan metode CPM (critical path method) yang bertujuan untuk merencanakan waktu pelaksanaan serta mengetahui jalur kritis pada proyek tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi baik wawancara ke pihak kontraktor maupun berdasarkan data proyek yang meliputi data kontrak proyek, DED (detail engineering design), BOQ (bill of quantity), EE (engineer’s estimate). Dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan terdapat 18 uraian pekerjaan, ada 2 uraian pekerjaan yang masuk dalam jalur kritis serta waktu pelaksanaannya yang sangat berpengaruh yaitu: Pekerjaan Baja Tulangan Sirip-BjTS 280 dan Pekerjaan Pemasangan Jembatan Rangka Baja. Demi menghemat waktu dilakukan penambahan tenaga kerja atau lembur kerja.

Abstract

This research is a concrete research that uses a mixture of Ash Combustion Remaining Bricks and Silica Fume in a cement mixture. This study was aimed to determine the effect of the addition of brick combustion ash and silica fume as cement additives on the compressive strength of concrete. This study used an experimental method with a total of 20 test specimen is the specimen. The test object consisted of normal concrete without additives as a comparison with a mixture of 4% Bricks Burning Ash and 1%, 2%, and 3% Silica Fume as cement additives. Each of the variations of the concrete mixture consists of 5 test objects. The test object is in the form of a cube with a size of 15 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm. Planned concrete quality is the K-400 or Fc’ 33.2 Mpa and compressive strength test performed at 28 days. From the results of the research conducted, the compressive strength test value of concrete obtained from a mixture of 4% Bricks Burning Ash + 3% Silica Fume is 391.2 Kg/Cm2. It can be concluded that from the addition of Silica Fume to 4% Ash of the Burning Bricks, it decreased from normal concrete.
