Abstract

Integrating normative values ​​of Islam to the basic culture of Indonesia, will provide a solid foundation for the development of each individual mentality. Because the values ​​offered by Islam is rahmatan lil Alamin. The value of love, will be more robust when the normative values ​​of Islam are integrated into it. As the love of Allah, the Prophet Muhammad, parents, ourselves, our fellow human beings and the environment. Abstract

Legal empowerment towards substantive justice will always experience the discourse of its own in seeking legal problematics as chief justice. Indonesian state has its own characteristics in all-an heterogeneous social certainly have its own problems in determining the appropriate legal format and is able to achieve the ideals of the universality of the law itself. In the perspective of the history of the formation of Indonesian legal system is inseparable from the development of indigenous intensity, Islam, and Europe as a nation invaders that affect the formation of (mostly) legal order in Indonesia. Tangled laws that have not been on a portion of substantive justice certainly needs serious handling to determine the exact formulation, so that the development of society that is fast enough it can also be offset by the acceleration of the legal order that can address the development of the social order. The search process may be started from the concept of legal materials, legal policy makers and the legal process itself. Adopting the grand jury system would at least give a new color in the constellation of the legal process that occurred in Indonesia. The changing pattern of the law will have a significant impact on the way people simply on the substantive legal justice. Although on the other hand the majority of the people of Indonesia (Islam) ask about this grand jury system.

Abstract

This study assesses the effectiveness of Influence Work Discipline Work on PT.BPR Branch Lubuklinggau. The method used was a questionnaire method by using two (2) pieces of the questionnaire is a questionnaire work discipline and effectiveness. The magnitude of the effect of labor discipline (X) on the effectiveness of the work (Y) on PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Lubuklinggau with regression calculation equation y = 19.9 + 0.45 X, then obtained tcount 1.78 and t table amounted to 1.701, This means that these variables work discipline and effectiveness in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Lubuklinggau jointly or overall significant effect. So the work discipline variable influential signifiakn the effectiveness of the work on the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Lubuklinggau, meaning that the work discipline variable (X) and variable effectiveness of work (Y) correlated.

Abstract

Islam is a religion that was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad as the last prophet and messenger for a way of life of all mankind until the end of time. Understanding Islam harfiyah means" peaceful, happy, bow, and clean". From the definition of Islam is that it does not justify the concept of radicalism and fanaticism that lead to acts of violence or terrorism. Lately reappeared fanaticism and religious radicalism in Indonesia, even rare due to narrow thinking that there was a problem that the use of violence in addressing the differences. The factors the occurrence of radicalism is faaktor thought, economic, political, social, psychological and educational.

Abstract

Moral character education and the unity necessarily require an exemplary figure as a role model to uphold good values ​​or rules. Here, the role of educators, especially teachers, parents, the community and the government as an exemplary figure so that learners are able to do imitation of moral behavior. Therefore, all parties are required to be actively involved, hence the need for synergy among the elements that so moral character education and the unity can continue to be sustainable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan analisis penggunaan kata dan frasa dalam menulis surat lamaran dalam tugas paper subjek bahasa Inggris yang ditulis oleh semester ketiga dari mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Islam (PAI) di STAI Bumi Silampari Lubuklinggau. Masalah penelitian ini terbatas pada kata kerja, kata benda, kata sifat, dan frasa dalam menulis surat lamaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kata kerja, kata benda, kata sifat, dan frasa mana yang biasanya digunakan oleh mahasiswa semester ketiga dalam menulis surat lamaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik dokumentasi digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Ketika data telah dikumpulkan, penulis mengkategorikan kata menjadi kata kerja, kata benda, kata sifat, dan frasa. Selanjutnya, dalam menganalisis data penulis mengklasifikasikan data yang dipilih secara umum, dan menginterpretasikan data tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa kata kerja, kata benda, kata sifat, dan frasa yang terdapat di surat lamaran. Selain itu, ada juga beberapa kata-kata tertentu yang mendominasi penggunaannya dalam menulis surat lamaran kerja dalam bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

Happiness is something that is coveted by every human being. Source of happiness in the human personality and the personality is the source of happiness is called the resilient personality. Resilience is the ability of individuals to prevent, minimize and overcome the difficulties of life they experienced, healthy and productive. There are several things to form a personality that control emotional resilience, the ability to control impulses, optimism, ability to analyze the causes of the problem, the capacity for empathy, self-efficacy, and the ability to achieve what is desired.
