Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan e-modul berbasis inkuiri terstruktur pada pokok bahasan ikatan kimia di SMA berdasarkan validasi ahli materi dan ahli media serta respon siswa terhadap e-modul yang dikembangkan. Pengembangan e-modul dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D yang terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu: tahap define (pendefinisian), tahap design (perancangan), dan tahap develop (pengembangan). Subjek penelitian adalah e-modul berbasis inkuiri terstruktur. Objek penelitian adalah materi ikatan kimia. Instrumen penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan lembar validasi dan lembar angket respon siswa yang telah memenuhi standar BSNP yang memuat beberapa aspek yaitu aspek kelayakan isi, aspek kelayakan peyajian, aspek kelayakan kegrafikan, dan aspek kelayakan bahasa. Penilaian validasi dan respon siswa menggunakan penilaian skala Likert dengan rentang skor perbutir 1-5. Produk yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh 5 validator yang terdiri dari 3 dosen kimia dan 2 guru kimia. Proses uji coba respon siswa terhadap e-modul yang berikan kepada 10 siswa SMA Swasta PAB 4 Sampali. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase rata - rata penilaian pada validator ahli materi sebesar 88,2%, validator ahli media sebesar 90,2 % dengan kriteria penilaian valid/layak, dan persentase penilaian respon siswa berdasarkan aspek kemenarikan, aspek materi, dan aspek bahasa diperoleh nilai sebesar 90,1 dengan kriteria sangat tinggi

Abstract

Berbagai lembaga survei, penelitian dan media telah mengemukan bahwa hampir semua negara mengalami gejolak peningkatan jumlah kasus COVID-19 dalam beberapa periode. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang mengalami gelombang naik turun yang cukup serius bahkan sebelum terjadinya kekebalan kelompok (Herd Immunity) seperti sekarang. Pemerintah Indonesia terus berupaya untuk menekan penyebaran COVID-19 tersebut dengan menerapkan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) yang dikategorikan berdasarkan level satu hingga level empat untuk menangani permasalahan yang ada, baik dari sisi sosial, ekonomi dan kesehatan. Dalam hal ini, peramalan terkait informasi mengenai puncak dari terjadinya kasus, serta ramalan kapan berakhirnya pandemic COVID-19 menjadi sangat penting bagi pemerintah. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan model terbaik dalam meramalkan jumlah kasus COVID-19 dengan membandingkan berbagai model runtun waktu dengan konsep machine learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effectiveness of Facebook in students’ descriptive writing. The writer applied the pre-experimental method with one group pre-test and post-test designs, and collected data based on the test. The data was analyzed statistically using SPSS 22. The sample of the research was the tenth grade students of SMK Bina Insan Tangerang consisting of 20 students. The sample was taken by using simple random sampling technique. The result of the calculation shows that the mean score of the students on the post-test is higher than on the pre-test. Where in the pretest students got 70.45 while in the post-test they reached 86.35. Based on the statistical calculation with the significance level of 5%, t-test (9.133) was higher than t-table (2.093). It means that there was a significant difference. Therefore H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. It indicated that Facebook is effective in students’ descriptive writing.

Abstract

Salah satu materi kimia yang sulit dipahami oleh siswa di SMAN 1 Tebing Tinggi adalah elektrolit dan non elektrolit. Untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa agar mampu memahami materi tersebut perlu diiringi dengan adanya motivasi. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan motivasi yakni dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif FSLC, dibarengi dengan penggunaan media TTS untuk membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa pada model pembelajaran kooperatif FSLC menggunakan media teka-teki silang 2) mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Tebing Tinggi yang diajarkan metode kooperatif FSLC dengan menggunakan media teka-teki silang pada materi elektrolit dan non elektrolit 3) mengetahui korelasi antara motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa setelah pembelajaran kooperatif FSLC dengan menggunakan media teka-teki silang pada materi elektrolit dan non elektrolit. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dan model yang digunakan yaitu model pembelajaran kooperatif FSLC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan motivasi belajar siswa yang diajar dengan metode FSLC menggunakan teka-teki silang dibandingkan dengan motivasi belajar siswa yang diberikan dengan pembelajaran konvensional pada mata pelajaran elektrolit dan non elektrolit dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,013 < 0,05. Hasil belajar terdapat perbedaan signifikan yang diajar dengan pembelajaran FSLC menggunakan TTS dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional, ditandai dengan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,02 maka Ha diterima. Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai signifikan 0,039, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berhubungan secara signifikan dengan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Tepung bit digunakan dalam pembuatan brownies kukus untuk menjadi alternatif sebagai pewarna alami, menambah variasi produk tepung bit, mengurangi penggunaan tepung terigu, dan pemanfaatan tepung bit sebagai pangan lokal yang bersifat fungsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan menganalisis pengaruh substitusi tepung bit pada pembuatan brownies kukus terhadap daya terima konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Pengolahan Pastry dan Bakery Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Waktu penelitian dimulai pada bulan Juli 2021 hingga Juni 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah brownies kukus substitusi tepung bit sebanyak 35%, 45% dan 55%, kemudian diuji kepada 30 panelis tidak terlatih yang menilai keseluruhan aspek. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis statistik dengan menggunakan uji Friedman menunjukkan bahwa dalam keseluruhan aspek tidak terdapat pengaruh substitusi tepung bit sebanyak 35%, 45% dan 55% pada brownies kukus terhadap daya terima konsumen ditinjau dari aspek warna, aroma, rasa manis, rasa bit, tekstur, moistness, dan pori-pori. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah merekomendasikan brownies kukus subtitusi tepung bit 55% untuk dikembangkan karena disukai oleh konsumen dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan tepung bit sebagai pangan lokal bersifat fungsional.

Abstract

Analysts and investors always pay attention to stock price movements from time to time as a reference in investing in financial markets. Many factors affect stock price fluctuations. These factors can be in the form of financial performance factors that refer to the company's financial ratios, such as: increase in assets, decrease in debt, increase in equity, revenue growth, costs, net income, dividends, or it can also be due to macroeconomic factors, for example: balance of payments, unemployment, interest rates, inflation, economic growth or it could be because of the exchange rate. Considering that these factors have different effects on each company which is reflected in its share price, this study was conducted to analyze the effect of several company financial ratios, risk based capital, and macroeconomics on the closing stock price of general insurance companies and losses. on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. There are four insurance companies selected as research samples using non-probability random sampling based on the consideration that the four insurance companies are insurance companies that have the largest total assets in the group of insurance companies that have gone public on the IDX. The research period was carried out for five years, namely from 2015-2019. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) with financial ratios, risk based capital, interest rates, inflation, economic growth and exchange rates as independent variables while the closing stock price of insurance companies as the dependent variable tested at a significance level of = 5 % with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that the effect of financial ratios, risk based capital, interest rates, inflation, economic growth, and exchange rates on closing stock prices in general insurance companies and losses was relative and varied. Partial test results at PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk only return on assets, return on equity, inflation rate, and exchange rate which have a significant effect on stock prices. At PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk partially only risk based capital and debt to equity ratio have a significant effect on stock prices. At PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk partially only the inflation rate has a significant effect on stock prices. At PT Panin Insurance Tbk partially only the inflation rate has a significant effect on stock prices. But simultaneously the company's financial ratios, risk based capital, interest rates, inflation, economic growth, and exchange rates have a significant influence on the variance of closing stock prices in the four insurance companies. Based on the results of the study, it also shows that the company's financial ratios, risk based capital, interest rates, inflation, economic growth, and exchange rates have contributed to explain the variance of closing stock prices of each at PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk of R2 = 89.1%, at PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk at R2 = 95.2%, at PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk at R2 = 83.5%, and at PT Panin Insurance Tbk at R2 = 79.1%. This means that the variance of the insurance company's stock price is quite a lot determined by the company's financial performance, risk based capital, and macroeconomics in this case the interest rate, inflation, economic growth, and exchange rate although the effect varies quite a bit for each company and is only slightly affected. by other factors.

Abstract

In foreign language and teaching in Indonesia, when teaching speaking, most of teachers employ the same strategy. The teacher must change the strategy to be applied to students in order to successfully in the learning process. By using Self-Regulated Learning Strategies can be used to make students improve their learning outcomes. Self-Regulated learning strategies were defined as the strategies used by speakers to control their level of fluency. This research purpose to develop of students’ speaking by using self-regulated learning strategies. The data of this research used Quantitative research method in pre-experimental design. The data sample techniques only used 10 grader BDP A of SMK Darul Ulum Depok, West Java. And the data analyzed used statistically by t-test. The results of this study presented that the mean of students’ pre-test 57.42 and post-test 75.45. The statistic calculation showed that the result of t-calculation (tcal) > t-table (ttable) was 19.040 for t-calculation (tcal) and 2.037 for t-table (ttable) at the significance level of 5% (0.05), indicating that tcal was greater than ttable. Hence, that the Null Hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the Alternative Hypothesis (H1) was accepted. Based on the result, it can be decided that using self-regulated learning strategies can develop to students speaking proficiency.

Abstract

Gambier is one of specific commodity in Sumatera Barat Province especially in 50 Kota Regency. This product is the specific plant in tropical area with various advantage. The rises of this product still has future chances if seeing at domestic market and export. This study aims to: (1) analyze gambier market structure in gambier marketing 50 Kota Regency, (2) analyze gambier market conduct in gambier marketing 50 Kota Regency, and (3) analyze gambier market performance in gambier marketing 50 Kota Regency. This research was done at January 2013 to August 2013 by using data secondary and primary. The model of analyzing in this gambier marketing by using structure, conduct and performance approach ( SCP method). The result of this research shows that marketing institutions of gambier marketing are farmers trough collecting trader to wholesaler and local exportir for export gambier, whereas marketing institution for pure gambier is farmers to wholesaller and outer of Sumatera Barat Province. Market structure in the research location at collecting trader and wholesaler level is olygopsony, but at exportir level the market structure is monopsony because the point of quality of gambier catechin. Market conduct is seen that farmers spread over at various area with various product, while the gambier end market or the last consumen is far away from production center so bargaining farmers become low. Gambier market performance trough margin and farmer’s share seen that the lowest margin is on pure gambier marketing channel with highest farmer’s share. The other indicator like price transmition elasticity seen that the change of price at exportir unfully to farmers. We can say that gambier marketing in this location research isnot efficient yet and imperfect market. Above condition cause there is no best price for farmers so it impacts to low farmer’s welfare.

Abstract

Environmental Disclosure is a form of corporate social responsibility that includes regulations, policies, environmental effects, and applicable legal aspects. This study aims to determine the effect of environmental performance, leverage, firm size, and profitability on environmental disclosure in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2020. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. While the data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the IDX website (www.idx.com) and the websites of each company. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis model. This study obtained results that prove that environmental performance and firm size have a significant positive effect on environmental disclosure; leverage has a significant negative effect on environmental disclosure; profitability has no effect on environmental disclosure. The coefficient of determination analysis shows that the adjusted value of R squared in the coefficient of determination test is 31.6%, where the remaining 68.4% is influenced by other variables. This shows that the independent variable in this study does not have enough effect on the dependent variable because there are other variables that have a major influence on environmental disclosure.

Abstract

Menjamurnya tindak pidana korupsi tentu membuat segenap bangsa Indonesia gundah gulana. Ternyata korupsi terjadi pada pelbagai sektor dan juga kekuasaan eksekutif, legislatif, dan yudikatif serta sektor swasta (private sector). Oleh karena itu pemberantasan korupsi merupakan salah satu fokus utama Pemerintah dan Bangsa Indonesia. Upaya-upaya telah ditempuh, baik untuk mencegah maupun memberantas. korupsi secara serentak, mengingat tindak pidana korupsi sebagai white collar crime serta sebagai kejahatan luar biasa (extra ordinary crime). Upaya-upaya itu sebenarnya telah dilakukan dan diupayakan agar membuahkan hasil berupa tumbuhnya itikad pemberantasan korupsi hingga ke pelosok Indonesia. Bahwa Indonesia sebagai Negara yang besar telah memandang tindak pidana korupsi sebagai sebuah kejahatan yang dapat menimbulkan begitu besar kerugian yang diderita oleh Masyarakat. Sudah sangat dikenal oleh awam bahwa korupsi merupakan kejahatan yang merugikan keuangan negara. Fakta senyatanya lebih luas, bahwa korupsi merupakan perbuatan bejat, busuk, jahat, jelek, tidak jujur, dan konotasi negatif lainnya, bahkan extra ordinary crime. Untuk itu, perlu adanya upaya strategis untuk melakukan pencegahan dan penegakan tindak pidana korupsi melaui perlindungan hukum terhadap justice collabolator
