Abstract

Analysts and investors always pay attention to stock price movements from time to time as a reference in investing in financial markets. Many factors affect stock price fluctuations. These factors can be in the form of financial performance factors that refer to the company's financial ratios, such as: increase in assets, decrease in debt, increase in equity, revenue growth, costs, net income, dividends, or it can also be due to macroeconomic factors, for example: balance of payments, unemployment, interest rates, inflation, economic growth or it could be because of the exchange rate. Considering that these factors have different effects on each company which is reflected in its share price, this study was conducted to analyze the effect of several company financial ratios, risk based capital, and macroeconomics on the closing stock price of general insurance companies and losses. on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. There are four insurance companies selected as research samples using non-probability random sampling based on the consideration that the four insurance companies are insurance companies that have the largest total assets in the group of insurance companies that have gone public on the IDX. The research period was carried out for five years, namely from 2015-2019. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) with financial ratios, risk based capital, interest rates, inflation, economic growth and exchange rates as independent variables while the closing stock price of insurance companies as the dependent variable tested at a significance level of = 5 % with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that the effect of financial ratios, risk based capital, interest rates, inflation, economic growth, and exchange rates on closing stock prices in general insurance companies and losses was relative and varied. Partial test results at PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk only return on assets, return on equity, inflation rate, and exchange rate which have a significant effect on stock prices. At PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk partially only risk based capital and debt to equity ratio have a significant effect on stock prices. At PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk partially only the inflation rate has a significant effect on stock prices. At PT Panin Insurance Tbk partially only the inflation rate has a significant effect on stock prices. But simultaneously the company's financial ratios, risk based capital, interest rates, inflation, economic growth, and exchange rates have a significant influence on the variance of closing stock prices in the four insurance companies. Based on the results of the study, it also shows that the company's financial ratios, risk based capital, interest rates, inflation, economic growth, and exchange rates have contributed to explain the variance of closing stock prices of each at PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk of R2 = 89.1%, at PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk at R2 = 95.2%, at PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk at R2 = 83.5%, and at PT Panin Insurance Tbk at R2 = 79.1%. This means that the variance of the insurance company's stock price is quite a lot determined by the company's financial performance, risk based capital, and macroeconomics in this case the interest rate, inflation, economic growth, and exchange rate although the effect varies quite a bit for each company and is only slightly affected. by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to get an idea of the implementation of firearms use for immigration officers using empirical normative-research methods with a constitutional approach, and a qualitative approach. Result of research has shown that immigration officer, and the civil servant investigator of immigration are the examples of law enforcement officer who have threat in carry out their duties. Therefore, allowed to be equipped with firearms in the performance of his duties as a martial arts device. But, facts in the immigration office (class I) of Tanjung Priok were found that there had been no use of firearms by immigration staff particularly immigration officers, and the civil servant investigator of immigration in performing duties of immigration law enforcement. As a fact there's only one person in the field who has a licensed for ownership firearms. The obstacle faced by immigration officers, and the civil servant investigator of immigration in the use of firearms, namely There is no chief of immigration office policy yet on which to plan the use of service firearms, There is no rule review of the service firearms ordinance in the Directorate General of Immigration, There are no have qualifications immigration officer and the civil servant investigator of immigration yet, are supported to have a permit, and the use of firearms, And facilities for storage, as well as the treatment of firearms.

Abstract

In foreign language and teaching in Indonesia, when teaching speaking, most of teachers employ the same strategy. The teacher must change the strategy to be applied to students in order to successfully in the learning process. By using Self-Regulated Learning Strategies can be used to make students improve their learning outcomes. Self-Regulated learning strategies were defined as the strategies used by speakers to control their level of fluency. This research purpose to develop of students’ speaking by using self-regulated learning strategies. The data of this research used Quantitative research method in pre-experimental design. The data sample techniques only used 10 grader BDP A of SMK Darul Ulum Depok, West Java. And the data analyzed used statistically by t-test. The results of this study presented that the mean of students’ pre-test 57.42 and post-test 75.45. The statistic calculation showed that the result of t-calculation (tcal) > t-table (ttable) was 19.040 for t-calculation (tcal) and 2.037 for t-table (ttable) at the significance level of 5% (0.05), indicating that tcal was greater than ttable. Hence, that the Null Hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the Alternative Hypothesis (H1) was accepted. Based on the result, it can be decided that using self-regulated learning strategies can develop to students speaking proficiency.

Abstract

Pemerintah Desa atau Kelurahan merupakan salah satu pemerintahan yang bertanggung jawab mengatur dan mengelola sumber daya pemerintahan setingkat desa dan berkewajiban menyelenggarakan pengelolaan kependudukan sebagai bentuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Perangkat desa saat ini menggunakan media komputer sebagai alat dalam melaksanakan pelayanan pengolahan data dan pengelolaan kependudukan bagi masyarakatnya namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Salah satu solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah membuat sistem informasi berbasis perancangan sistem informasi layanan administrasi desa berbasis website. Dengan aplikasi ini, Informasi layanan administrasi desa dapat diintegrasikan pada sistem ini. Sistem integrasi ini dibangun dengan metode waterfall dengan empat tahapan yakni analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL. Adapun fitur yang ada pada aplikasi layanan administrasi ini adalah pengajuan surat oleh warga, fitur yang tersedia untuk admin meliputi pengunggahan surat administrasi yang diajukan oleh warga, pendaftaran pegawai, pendaftaran warga. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini memberi manfaat dan nilai tambah bagi masyarakat dan pegawai desa. Dibanding dengan sistem pelayanan sebelumnya yang masih menggunakan cara manual, aplikasi ini mengoptimalkan pelayanan administrasi dan pengolahan data kependudukan pada kantor desa dengan lebih efektif dan efisien serta dapat menyajikan informasi data kependudukan dan laporan yang akurat.

Abstract

West Bandung Regency Health Department is one of the government sectors responsible for supporting communities in coaching, serving, and monitoring West Bandung's health sector. One of them is the application service (SPP-IRT) for certification of food production in the domestic industry. applications, applicants have to go t o the West Bandung Regency Health Department to find out how to submit the application and obtain information from the results of the SPP-IRT application process. to facilitate application and information provision, it is necessary to have a useful system for the submission of applications and information from the SPP-IRT application process to be submitted online, to facilitate food production registration and can see the results of the submission process. In this study, managing submission data for application submission facilities and information from the results of the submission process so that business actors can apply for SPP-IRT online so that business actors no longer need to submit directly to the Health Department.

Abstract

Interaksi dan komunikasi orang tua terhadap anak serta bagaimana orang tua memperlakukan anak remajanya memberikan pengaruh terhadap sikap remaja yang jika berkelanjutan akan berkembang menjadi karakter yang terbentuk pada diri anak. Demikian juga halnya remaja dengan penggunaan teknologi internet, sikap orang tua terhadap aktivitas remaja ini akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap terbentuknya karakter yang dapat menyaring dampak teknologi internet sehingga remaja tidak terjerumus ke dalam ketagihan yang akan membuat karakter positif mereka menjadi merosot. Interaksi orang tua dengan anak dalam menghadapi dampak teknologi merupakan media yang ampuh sebagai media pendidikan bagi anak, dan seharusnya menjadi priorotas utama. Namun yang terjadi justru sebaliknya. Media lebih banyak mengarah pada penurunan nilai moral, seperti kekerasan dan pornografi.Keluarga diharapkan dapat membentengi putra putrinya, oleh sebab itu keluarga harus cerdas dalam berinteraksi dengan media. Tujuan untuk mencegah perilaku menyimpang yang tidak sesuai dengan norma susila dan nilai moral dalam diri anak. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi literature, dengan me review sejumlah 26 jurnal yang terkait dengan variabel penelitian.Hasilnya, Proses interaksi antara orang tua dan anak untuk mendukung perkembangan fisik, emosi, sosial, intelektual, dan spiritual berlangsung sejak seorang anak dalam kandungan sampai dewasa. Kesimpulannya, Anak-anak perlu diproteksi sejak dari keluarga dengan hal-hal yang positif, baik dan benar supaya dapat berkembang baik dalam kehidupan selanjutnya serta mampu mengendalikan diri berhadapan dengan pengaruh-pengaruh yang destruktif dari era digital. Keluarga sebagai salah satu trisentra pendidikan merupakan tempat pendidikan yang pertama dan utama bagi pembentukan karakter anak.

Abstract

Gambier is one of specific commodity in Sumatera Barat Province especially in 50 Kota Regency. This product is the specific plant in tropical area with various advantage. The rises of this product still has future chances if seeing at domestic market and export. This study aims to: (1) analyze gambier market structure in gambier marketing 50 Kota Regency, (2) analyze gambier market conduct in gambier marketing 50 Kota Regency, and (3) analyze gambier market performance in gambier marketing 50 Kota Regency. This research was done at January 2013 to August 2013 by using data secondary and primary. The model of analyzing in this gambier marketing by using structure, conduct and performance approach ( SCP method). The result of this research shows that marketing institutions of gambier marketing are farmers trough collecting trader to wholesaler and local exportir for export gambier, whereas marketing institution for pure gambier is farmers to wholesaller and outer of Sumatera Barat Province. Market structure in the research location at collecting trader and wholesaler level is olygopsony, but at exportir level the market structure is monopsony because the point of quality of gambier catechin. Market conduct is seen that farmers spread over at various area with various product, while the gambier end market or the last consumen is far away from production center so bargaining farmers become low. Gambier market performance trough margin and farmer’s share seen that the lowest margin is on pure gambier marketing channel with highest farmer’s share. The other indicator like price transmition elasticity seen that the change of price at exportir unfully to farmers. We can say that gambier marketing in this location research isnot efficient yet and imperfect market. Above condition cause there is no best price for farmers so it impacts to low farmer’s welfare.

Abstract

There are two main problems in this research, first regarding the impact of the emergency, in this case the Covid-19 pandemic, on the implementation of passport issuance services at the TPI Tanjung Priok Class I Immigration Office. Second, regarding the obstacles faced during the implementation of passport issuance services in an emergency (Covid-19 pandemic) at the TPI Tanjung Priok Class I Immigration Office. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, which means that the data collected is not in the form of numbers, but rather the data comes from interview texts, field notes, personal documents, and other official documents. The data collection method used in this research is triangulation, namely, literature study, interviews, and observation. The results of this study indicate that the Covid-19 Pandemic has an impact on public services, especially in the service of issuing passports at the TPI Tanjung Priok Class I Immigration Office. The government issued a Large-Scale Social Restriction policy to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. This policy is also supported by the Director General of Immigration regarding a Circular regarding Limitation of Immigration services, people must be able to adapt through changes in lifestyle in the Covid-19 situation which is called the New Normal Period. So in this case the issuance of a Circular on the Implementation of Immigration Duties and Functions in the New Normal Order Period. There were several obstacles in implementing passport issuance services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the TPI Tanjung Priok Class I Immigration Office.

Abstract

Banyak sekali masyarakat yang menggunakan perawatan luar tubuh seperti krim, serum, masker dan lainnya, tetapi banyak juga beredar dipasaran secara illegal. Untuk ekstrak daun sirih merah (Piper Crocatum) banyak sekali mengandung senyawa seperti tannin dan saponin. Senyawa tersebut diantaranya memiliki aktivitas dapat menghambat bakteri. Perawatan kosmetik banyak juga masyarakat yang ingin menggunakan herbal alami dan juga lebih aman untuk digunakan. Apabila ingin mengetahui hasil aktivitas antibakteri dari daun sirih ini dilakukannya penelitian dengan cara eksperimental yaitu menguji pada aktivitas antibakteri dan juga membandingkannya dengan penelitian daun sirih yang lain. Ekstraksi daun sirih merah pada penelitian ini menggunakan etanol 90% dengan metode maserasi. Untuk uji aktivitas antibakteri dibuat beberapa konsentrasi yaitu 200 mg/ml, 100 mg/ml, 50 mg/ml, 40 mg/ml, 30 mg/ml, 20 mg/ml, 10 mg/ml dan formulasi dengan konsentrasi 2,5% dan 5%. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa di dalam ekstrak etanol daun sirih merah terdapat antibakteri gram positif yang berarti menghasilkan pigmen kuning dan juga ditandai dengan adanya zona hambat.

Abstract

In the learning process to develop students' creativity, critical thinking skills are one of the important things, because with critical thinking students will use the potential of their minds to the fullest to solve a problem they face in everyday life. This type of research is a type of classroom action research conducted by the teacher as an effort to solve problems and improve the quality of learning in the classroom. The reason for using this type of research is because there are still many student scores that have not reached the limit of completeness so that researchers want to try to apply the Example Non Example learning model in this classroom action research. This research was carried out using an instrument of observing the activities of students in groups, and the test as an instrument that has been validated by the validator to determine learning outcomes using the Example Non Example learning model for students of class XII IPS 3 at SMA Negeri 1 Singkep. This activity was carried out in two cycles with five meetings, where there were two meetings in the first cycle and three meetings in the second cycle. The students' learning activities in the first cycle were presented classically reaching 79% and in the second cycle 87%, which means that in the implementation of the application of this model the results were good, an increase of 8%. As for the results of group assignments in working on the questions, all of them reached the KKM, which was 75 both in cycle I and cycle II. The classical average of the first cycle group was 83 and the second cycle was 89 increased. While the learning outcomes of students who completed the first cycle were 18 people with a percentage of 64%, while the second cycle students who completed were 25 people with a percentage of 89%, so the increase reached 25%.
