Abstract

This research aims to produce interactive media content for the e-learning course. This interactive media is included in the e-learning course and can be used by teachers at Pandu Pertiwi Foundation to guide them in making learning presentations based on Zen presentations. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. However, the model is modified with the stages carried out, namely analysis, design, development, and implementation. At the development stage, trials were carried out on material experts, learning design experts, and learning media experts, which were carried out in two cycles. At the implementation stage, user trials were carried out on three teachers who were representatives of the product to see its suitability for user needs. Based on expert and user trials, this H5P interactive content is feasible to use.

Abstract

The presence of the State financial balance law gives local governments authority over the finances provided by the central government to be managed properly. One of the local government budgets is intended for various developments. The infrastructure development is aimed at the welfare of the community which ends in community satisfaction. The research design used is a quantitative design with a survey approach. The population in this study were all people in Kubu Raya District. The sampling technique is random sampling. So that the sample used in the study was 78 people in Kubu Raya Regency who were randomly selected. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the help of the SPSS statistical program. The results showed that the type of infrastructure, budget size, and infrastructure quality affect the level of community satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital management on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Working capital management is measured by accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, and the cash conversion cycle, while profitability is measured by return on assets and return on equity. This research is a quantitative research with a research design in the form of hypothesis testing. The analytical method in this study uses multiple regression analysis using E-views 10.0 software. The data is obtained from the financial reports of manufacturing companies that have been published and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2018-2022. The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely 127 manufacturing companies that have been published and listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the study show that the variables accounts receivable and inventory have a significant negative effect on return on assets, while the account payable and cash conversion cycle variables have no effect on return on assets and return on equity.

Abstract

Alongside the growth of the tourism industry, especially in the city of Batu, tour & travel businesses such as Eagle Tour & Travel play a crucial role in providing comprehensive and organized travel services for tourists. However, despite having good prospects, businesses like Eagle Tour & Travel still face various operational and marketing challenges. This research is developed to elaborate on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) related to the Eagle Tour and Travel business established since 2015. This study aims to conduct a SWOT analysis of the tour and travel tourism business, focusing on the Eagle Tour and Travel brand in Batu City, East Java. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and SWOT analysis method focused on obtaining effective promotional and sales enhancement strategies based on recommendations following external environmental indicators (External Factor Analysis Strategy), then strengths and weaknesses are obtained through internal factors IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Strategy). The results of the study enable business practitioners to take strategic steps that align with the quadrants of the SWOT Analysis. The combination of various strategies above will assist Tour Travel companies in enhancing competitiveness, facing challenges, and winning the competition in the tourism industry

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze about vocabulary practice program. The results of this study are expected to be used to improve the existence of vocabulary practice program. This study takes the background at MA Nurussalam Modern Islamic Boarding School Sidogede Belitang OKU Timur. The research was designed in qualitative interpretive research design and used descriptive survey in the type of cross-sectional survey. The data collection was conducted by observation, interview and distributing questionnaires. The data has been collected from the result of this study was analyzed by describe using tabulated the data graphically in the tables and discussed the explanation of each respondent’s answer through questionnaires and from that can be drawn the conclusion. The result of this study is shown: (1) this program played a role to improve the quality of speaking proved by increasing student’s competence of vocabulary and comprehension which hold in a week five times in 30 minutes after Shubuh prayer and school time and seemly made teaching and learning more attractive and be better (2) 84.9% of respondent agreed that student could improve their English ability by participation support agendas.

Abstract

Tourism village as a tourism destination is a proven way out for improving society’s welfare as well as a sustainable tourism destination. This paper aims for demonstrating initial effort in a community in order to build tourism village, in accordance to the sustainable tourism development. This literature study shows that tourism awareness group called Pokdarwis has succeeded in building strong relationship in community to realize the vision of improving welfare of village community. This success is shown from the establishment of nine business units (BUMdes) and the increasing welfare of community with the opening of new positions in tourism sectors.

Abstract

Pantai Labu Pekan Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, is one of the villages whose area is located on the coast. According to the research conducted, there are still toddlers who experience stunting and malnutrition, the low coverage of poverty, and the low knowledge of pregnant women in toddlers causes the growth and development of toddlers to be disrupted and this can affect their health status broadly. The purpose of this research is to apply science and technology to the community to increase knowledge and skills in the health sector, form/develop community groups in the health sector, apply research results to improve public health for the welfare of public health. This research is observational research with a descriptive research design. The research was conducted in June 2023 in Pantai Labu Pekan Village, Pantai Labu District. In this Community Service activity, the methods carried out were training in local pagan-based snack food processing for pregnant women and WUS and conducting demonstrations on making sukahitu cookies, moringa leaves, fish nuggets, fish sandwiches, rebon shrimp crackers and satay donuts. This program to increase the knowledge of pregnant women and wus starts from 4 stages, namely licensing, preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of community service activities are that there is an increase in the knowledge of pregnant women and WUS about snack foods which can help in efforts to deal with stunting and there is an increase in the knowledge of pregnant women and WUS about snack foods. From snack foods that are highly nutritious to prevent stunting and snacks containing moringa leaves as a way to overcome anemia and breast milk production.

Abstract

Indonesia's population consists of 633 ethnic groups that have different characters. The Minangkabau have a longer head, nose and chin height than the other two tribes. In addition, septal deviation is defined as the shape of the septum that is not straight in the middle so that it forms a bend in one of the nasal cavities or both nasal cavities resulting in narrowing of the nasal cavity. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between nose length in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Andalas University, Minangkabau ethnicity and the type of nasal septal deviation. This study is a descriptive analytic study using 30 patients. The examinations were Nasoendoscopy and Facial Analysis. Data analysis used statistical test, namely Pearson Chi Square test. Results obtained are the mixed deviation type mean with longer nose length, shorter nose length, and normal nose length; then the type of vertical deviation with longer nose length, shorter nose length and normal nose length respectively were 55.6, 100, 27.3; 44.4, 0 and 68.2 (%). It was found that there was no relationship between nose length in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Andalas University, Minangkabau ethnicity and the type of nasal septal deviation with p value = 0.188 (p > 0.05). Conclusion obtained is that there is no relationship between nose length in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Andalas University, Minangkabau ethnicity and the type of nasal septal deviation.

Abstract

Cardiogenic shock (CS) is a condition characterized by low cardiac output despite adequate intravascular volume, leading to end-organ hypoperfusion and death. The causes of cardiogenic shock include myocardial or pericardial damage, disturbances in the heart's conduction system, and disorders of heart valves. Shock is marked by decreased oxygen supply and/or increased oxygen consumption or inadequate oxygen utilization, resulting in cellular and tissue hypoxia. The diagnosis of cardiogenic shock is typically based on easily assessable clinical criteria without advanced hemodynamic assessment, although it has previously been recommended to assess cardiac index and pulmonary capillary wedge pressure (PCWP). Cardiogenic shock carries a poor prognosis and is a leading cause of death in acute MI patients. Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with left ventricular dysfunction is the most common cause of cardiogenic shock. Nearly 80% of AMIs result in cardiogenic shock complications with mortality rates of 40-50%. Acute myocardial infarction, commonly known as a heart attack, is one clinical manifestation of coronary heart disease. Acute myocardial infarction is the sudden, severe ischemic damage to myocardial tissue. The occurrence of cardiogenic shock carries a higher risk in women. Studies examining gender-specific differences in the management and outcomes of patients with AMI indicate that women are typically older, have greater comorbidities, and are less likely than men to receive guideline-directed therapy and timely revascularization.

Abstract

The Bogor Regency Trade and Industry Office is tasked with managing trade and industry in the area with the aim of enhancing economic competitiveness. However, the performance of employees in the office has not been optimal. This study aims to evaluate the influence of work culture and competence on the performance of employees of the Bogor Regency Trade and Industry Office, with work ethic as a variable that acts as a mediator. A sample of 112 respondents out of a total of 154 employees was selected using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and direct observation, then analyzed using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) method version 3.0 as well as reliability, validity, statistical, and classical assumption tests. The results show the influence of work culture and competence on employee performance, the influence of work culture on work ethic, the influence of competence on work ethic, the influence of work ethic on employee performance, as well as the influence of work culture and competence on employee performance through work ethic as a mediator variable.
