Abstract

Kombinasi yang tersusun meliputi unsur-unsur manusiawi, material, fasilitas, perlengkapan, dan prosedur untuk mengubah perilaku siswa kearah yang positif dan lebih baik dengan potensi dan perbedaan yang dimiliki siswa untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan, inilah yang dimaksud dengan efektivitas pembelajaran. Efektivitas pembelajaran merupakan unsur penting terkait pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Mata pelajaran agama adalah pembelajaran yang selalu menjadi tolok ukur perilaku dan sikap, diketahui bahwa efektivitas pembelajaran Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada SMK Swasta di Kabupaten Bogor belum sesuai yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian guna mendapat informasi variabel-variabel terkait dengan peningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan strategi dan cara peningkatan efeltivitas pembelajaran dengan cara melakukan penelitian pengaruh antara variabel implementasi model cooperative learning, kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti dan metode SITOREM untuk analisis indikator guna memperoleh strategi dan cara peningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa efektivitas pembelajaran dapat ditingkatkan melalui penguatan variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh positif, termasuk kepemimpinan transformasional, implementasi model cooperative learning, dan motivasi belajar.

Abstract

Intensitas keterkaitan sistemik dan sinergi guru, siswa, kurikulum dan bahan belajar, media, fasilitas, dan sistem pembelajaran dalam menghasilkan proses dan hasil belajar yang optimal sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikuler, inilah yang dimaksud dengan kualitas pembelajaran. Kualitas pembelajaran merupakan unsur penting terkait pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Dari berbagai laporan perkembangan pendidikan, diketahui bahwa kualitas pembelajaran Mata Pelajaran Matematika pada SMK Swasta di Kabupaten Bogor belum sesuai yang diharapkan, baik tujuan pendidikan maupun tuntutan kompetensi. Abstract

The emergence of online loan applications provides a new practical and unsecured option in accounts receivable agreements, allowing many people to use this service. However, the thing that stands out in online loans is related to the behavior of collection officers from fintech P2P Lending companies by not applying ethics and consumer protection principles such as billing cases on the AdaKami application that commit terror, intimidation and threats so that they are detrimental to consumers as users of the application. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of a billing code of ethics that guarantees legal certainty in fintech P2P Lending and legal protection for victims who experience losses for the occurrence of the collection in question. This research uses normative juridical law research methods with a statutory approach (statute approach), analytical approach (analytical approach), and case approach (case approach). The main data collection is carried out by looking at several literatures, undergraduate scientific papers, and laws and regulations to obtain secondary data. The results showed that the application of the billing code of ethics in fintech P2P Lending is still not optimal due to the lack of legal regulations that can adequately protect consumers from actions taken by fintech P2P Lending. Better regulation and legal coordination between relevant parties are needed to enforce the law and protect consumer rights from violations committed by fintech P2P lending companies.

Abstract

Paragon Technology and Innovation is an Indonesian company within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry that produces cosmetic products. PT Paragon is currently planning to develop new product and need understand further what product shall be prioritized to develop. Customer segmentation could be applied to give initial guide to determine which product to develop first. It is a process that divides customers into groups to find out the characteristics, behavior, or needs of customers for a product. Customer segmentation needs to be conducted because it can be used as supporting data to find out customer characteristics and determine effective and efficient marketing strategies for the company. Segmentation is one of the strategies to face business competition, to retain customers, and to assist management in developing marketing strategies to increase sales and company growth. The purpose of this study is to categorize the customers of PT Paragon Technology and Innovation products based on their characteristics. To determine customer segmentation can be done using the K-Means clustering algorithm. The clustering process is carried out by grouping PT Paragon's customer transaction history data in 2023 in November based on four categories, namely Face Care, Hair Care, Body Wash, and Make Up. The data is analyzed using IBM SPSS to determine the characteristics of each cluster. The population and samples used in the research were 79 and 52. The number of clusters used was 5, namely cluster 1 or struggling man customers, cluster 2 or beauty enthusiast customers, cluster 3 or forever young customers, cluster 4 or beauty careless casual customers and cluster 5 or luxtomer. The main cluster that provides shared value for PT Paragon Technology and Innovation consumers is cluster 2 or beauty enthusiast customers. The main category for shared value is the make up category, referring to the result, we recommend PT Paragon to mainly developa product following that category.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) menghadapi dampak dari kejadian pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi kurun waktu 2023-2022. Diberlakukannya pembatasan mobilitas serta terjadinya penurunan daya beli masyarakat menjadi salah satu tantangan bahkan hambatan pelaku UMKM dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya. Salah satu peluang pelaku UMKM untuk bertahan di masa pendemi saat itu adalah dengan cara memaksimalkan penjualan Online. Sampai saat ini metode penjualan online menjadi cara alternatif yang mendorong berkembangnya UMKM. Akan tetapi tidak banyak pelaku UMKM yang sudah paham dengan metode penjualan Online ini. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya usaha pemberdayaan masyarakat pelaku UMKM untuk memanfaatkan pasar online atau cara lain yang bisa melatih pelaku UMKM dalam membranding hasil produksinya menjadi produk unggulan. Dengan cara memanfaatkan dan mengelola media digital yang baik, diharapkan dapat menarik minat masyarakat untuk membeli produk-produk UMKM. Media digital yang bisa dimanfaatkan yaitu Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, WhatsApp, dan penyedia jasa pengantaran makanan GrabFood/Go-Food atau media lainnya. Para pengusaha juga bisa membangun brand awarness melalui metode offline yaitu dengan cara pengembangan dan inovasi pemasaran seperti promosi dengan membuat dan membagikan brosur, membuat daftar menu yang menarik atau membuat pricetag. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam Praktik Kerja Lapangan kali ini yaitu dalam bentuk pandampingan tentang pengembangan inovasi usaha UMKM dengan metode observasi turun langsung ke lapangan. Kegiatan pendampingan UMKM ini dilaksanakan di lokasi Toko Barokah Snack dan Jajanan Pasar. Proses kegiatan Pendampingan UMKM dengan cara observasi dan wawancara kepada pelalu usaha agar bisa melihat dan mengetahui situasi usahanya saat ini pasca pandemi covid-19, penulis melakukan pendampingan dengan memberikan pemahan tentang pentingnya membangun branding yang tepat melalui inovasi-inovasi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman. Selain itu penulis melakukan pendampingan cara publikasi dan promosi produk serta membuat pricetag sebagai upaya melakukan brand awarness untuk Barokah Snack dan Jajanan Pasar.

This research focuses on the design of a web-based information system for selling furniture at Mulya Jaya Putra Meubel, located in Rancaekek, Bandung. The study aims to address the shortcomings in the current sales and promotion strategies. The proposed system encompasses online sales services and product information, aiming to enhance service availability beyond working hours, expand market reach, and provide detailed product information. The study benefits Mulya Jaya Putra Meubel by improving service quality, aids AMIK Al Ma’soem students as a reference, serves as an academic benchmark for the author, and enriches the reader's knowledge.

Abstract

Education is a form of conscious, tangible, and systematically planned activity aimed at creating a continuous learning atmosphere and process, actively developing self-potential to possess spiritual strength, self-management, intelligent personality, noble character, and both soft and hard skills needed by individuals, society, and the nation. The problem faced by the School of Information Management and Computer Logic is the failure to achieve the target number of student admissions for the year 2023 (a decrease in numbers). Therefore, without concrete action, it is feared to impact this Higher Education institution, especially the Information Management and Computer department. This study aims to formulate policies and alternative strategies based on the marketing mix model to increase public interest in choosing Logika Higher Education in the future. The independent variables studied are derived from the marketing mix strategy, namely Curriculum, Cost, Location, Promotion, Educational Staff and Personnel, Process, and Service. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is the Decision to Choose. The benefit obtained is an increase in the number of students enrolling in STMIK Logika, especially the Information Management and Computer Logic study program.

Abstract

Domestic violence is actually nothing new. However, all this time it has always been kept secret or covered up by the family, as well as by the victim himself or his family. Online mass media, as a channel for people's aspirations and containing news about current phenomena, does not lag behind in presenting this news. The focus of this research is looking at the media's perspective in reporting on this problem using descriptive research methods through the Sara Mills critical discourse analysis model approach, which is published in online media. This research discusses the role of women in news about domestic violence. The aim of this research is to reveal the author's purpose in writing text based on the subject-object position and the reader. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with the Sara Mills model theory which makes feminist discourse the center of the study. The data in this research are expressions related to the discourse analysis model of Sara Mills. The data source used in this research is news with the title Chronology of Domestic Violence against Venna Melinda, Often Experiencing Violence but Covering It Up on the mass media Kompas.com. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The level of violence against women as objects is still high. This happens due to several factors, including culture and the behavior of the subjects of violence. This shows the existence of internal and external factors. news selected in Critical Discourse Analysis that shows the suffering of women. Sara Mills' analysis is the theory used in this critical discourse analysis which is an expression of the presence of women in the news. Women are victims of domestic violence.

Abstract

This research has been conducted to college students in Solo and it is useful to see the influence of variable factors of technological progress on investment interests separately, variable factor of financial literacy against investment interest, as well as the influence of risk tolerance on investment interest that have been tested to 107 respondents based on the sampling criteria. The findings of explanation for overall results in this research are free variables from advanced technology, financial literacy, and influental risk of tolerance partially which have positive and significant values toward investment interest, where in this case investment interest is a bound variable factor.

Abstract

Mie Aceh is a halal SMEs business, which possible to continue to be sustainable, at any situation and condition, by incorporating all advancements in the digital realm into their operations, businesses can evolve and thrive. This research employs a mixed-method approach, featuring descriptive analysis, to identify the most efficient and effective strategy required. Utilizing a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) as the evaluation tool, with an "Internal-External" weighting step, coupled with a "Four-Step Strategy," the study aims to determine the appropriate business strategies for halal culinary SMEs, specifically "Mie Aceh “M." The objective is to assess the existing strengths of the SMEs, achieve sustainable business management goals, address identified weaknesses, capitalize on opportunities, and mitigate threats. It underscores the importance of digital marketing and product innovation to adapt to changing market dynamics. Furthermore, it suggests maintaining and expanding the "cost leadership strategy" previously implemented.
