Abstract

The main objective in the discussion of this material is to determine the impact of urbanization development on the growth rate of people in urban areas. Urbanization that occurs in people's lives does not just happen, but through various processes and encouragement from various conditions that arise in society. Research or observations related to the impact of urbanization development on the growth rate of people in urban areas will provide an overview of the conditions that occur in urban communities with the various phenomena it causes. Urbanization is one of the processes of social change that occurs rapidly among changes that occur throughout the world. Urbanization can simply be understood as a form of movement of people from rural areas to cities. There are many positive and negative impacts caused by urbanization on urban population growth. In this study used descriptive qualitative method, namely, by observing directly the phenomena that occur in urban areas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of SPI findings, compliance findings, follow-up inspection results and settlement of regional losses on audit opinions in districts/cities of South Sumatra province. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research using secondary data obtained from the official website www.bpk.go.id and requests for data on inspection reports to the BPK RI head office. The population used in this study were all districts/cities in the province of South Sumatra, namely 17 districts/cities with a total of 85 samples. The sample selection used the saturated sample method, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Testing this hypothesis using Logistic Regression analysis with T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The data were analyzed with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results of this study indicate that partially the Compliance Findings have a negative and significant effect on Audit Opinion. Meanwhile the SPI Findings, Follow Up on Audit Results and Settlement of Regional Losses have no and no significant effect on the Audit Opinion. Simultaneously SPI Findings, Compliance Findings, Follow-up on Examination Results and Settlement of Regional Losses have a positive and significant impact on Audit Opinion in the Regency/City of South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

In this study is to describe the political dynasty in the regional head election competition in Indonesia. This study was conducted because of the reality of political dynasties that occur in Indonesian society that continues to increase from year to year. This research was born from the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 33/PUU-XIII/2015 which legalized the practice of political dynasties in the nomination of regional heads. This study aims to explain that political dynasty is an empirical, juridical reality and is a consequence of the rule of law that must create justice, especially in the process of nominating regional heads and deputy regional heads in accordance with applicable law. The formulation of the problem is first, Is the political dynasty in the election of regional heads contrary to human rights guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia? Second, What is the constitutionality of political dynasties in the Election of Regional Heads in Indonesia? The research method used is a type of normative law research conducted by reviewing library materials or secondary materials. Normative research aims to systematize, correct and clarify the rules of law that apply to a particular field of law by analyzing the texts on primary and secondary legal materials and then analyzed. The results show that the political dynasty as a reality of the election of regional heads is constitutional because it does not conflict with the 1945 Constitution and the Human Rights Law. Second, there is a need to be regulated in the Law on the regulation of the election of regional heads and stricter requirements of candidate competence, than the requirements of intellectual, and managerial leadership skills, experience, and morality. This aims to find out how integrity the candidate is.

Abstract

Health services are efforts to maintain health, improve and treat disease in individuals/groups of the wider community. In getting health services, you must follow the procedure first, which must follow the waiting time. Waiting time is the initial image of service. The waiting time used by patients to get health services starting from the place of registration, examination, taking drugs until completion and leaving health services. During the waiting time process, handling is needed so that the community does not have suggestions that the puskesmas service is very bad or it can be said that they do not follow the existing procedures. Inefficient waiting times lead to patient dissatisfaction. The main factors and benchmarks for the success of puskesmas services have an impact on the number of visits, satisfied patients tend to return. This study aims to see the relationship between registration time to completion in order to provide services as expected by the community.

Abstract

Belanja Modal merupakan pengeluaran pemerintah yang bisa dirasakan oleh masyarakat dan memiliki masa manfaat lebih dari satu periode. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Belanja Modal di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan sumber data sekunder dimana data tersebut diperoleh melalui Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 17 Kabupaten/Kota dengan sampel jenuh. Total data observasi yaitu 85 Laporan Realisasi APBD Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Pengujian hipotesis ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Data dianalisis dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Pertumbuhan Keuangan Daerah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal, Derajat Desentralisasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal. Efisiensi Keuangan Daerah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal. Sementara Efektivitas PAD dan Ketergantungan Keuangan Daerah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal. Secara simultan Pertumbuhan Keuangan Daerah, Derajat Desentralisasi, Efisiensi Keuangan Daerah, Efektivitas PAD, Ketergantungan Keuangan Daerah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.

Abstract

Guru Penggerak dalam proses pendidikannya dilatih untuk mengembangkan keterampilan memimpin yang dikenal dengan Instructional Leadership dan menerapkannya hingga setalah masa Pendidikan selesai. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepemimpinan pembelajaran dari para lulusan program pendidikan guru penggerak. Populasi penelitian ini guru penggerak angkatan 1 mengampu mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dan Bimbingan dan Konseling sebanyak 117 orang dan sampel sejumlah 36 orang menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Kuesioner Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran disebar secara online menggunakan bantuan Google Form. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 21 untuk melihat deskripsi data dan juga perbandingan rerata di masing-masing dimensi kepemimpinan pembelajaran. Skala penelitian terdiri dari 7 dimensi kepemimpinan pembelajaran yaitu Instructional resource Provider, Maintain Visibe Presence, Professional Development, Maximize Instructional Time, Monitoring Students’ Progress, Feedback on Teaching Learning dan Curriculum Implementation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 36 orang guru penggerak angkatan 1 mata pelajaran PJOK dan BK 5 Orang atau 13,88 % memiliki Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran Tinggi, 28 orang atau 77, 77 % memiliki Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran Sedang dan hanya 3 orang atau 8,33 % yang memiliki Kepemimpinan pembelajaran rendah.

Abstract

Non-Tax Revenue (PNBP) is one of the instruments of state revenue excluding tax revenues, and grants are the second largest contributor to revenue after tax revenues in the APBN. Similar to tax revenues, the constitutionality of PNBP is also regulated in Article 23A of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Furthermore, the legal politics of the constitutionality of PNBP is described in Law Number 9 of 2018 concerning PNBP. In principle, PNBP has two functions, namely the budgetary function and the regulatory function. The two functions of PNBP are the spirit or soul of PNBP, meaning that both functions must be ensured that they really work and synergize with each other, without this, the existence of PNBP in supporting state/government activities in order to achieve people's welfare will be insignificant and not strategic. The method used in this study is juridical-normative, with this method the author tries to explain how the implementation of the budgetary function and the regulatory function of PNBP in supporting the implementation of state/government activities in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of SWOT analysis on business continuity at the Shifa Olshop Boutique Medan. This study uses key informants, namely the owner, 3 employees and 8 customers. The tool used in developing the strategy is a SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is used to find out what strategy is used after looking at the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that the Shifa Olshop Boutique has obtained from the interviews. The results of this study found that the internal factor that became a strength in business continuity at the Shifa Olshop boutique was having good quality raw materials. Meanwhile, the internal factor that becomes the weakness of business continuity at the Shifa Olshop boutique is the limited skills of the production employees. Also, the external factor that becomes an opportunity for business continuity at the Shifa Olshop boutique is a location that can be reached by customers who directly shop at the store or order online with low delivery costs because the distance is not so far. Meanwhile, the external factor that poses a threat to business continuity at the Shifa Olshop boutique is price competition with competitors.

Abstract

The application of various lecture methods through distance learning has several obstacles, so alternative methods are needed. This study aims to analyze the effect of mind mapping learning methods assisted by picture media on students' knowledge of the Basic Competence of Analyzing Dessert through Distance Learning. The research was held at Vocational High School 38 Jakarta with a population of 69 students in 2021/2022. The research method used a quasi-experimental, non-equivalent control group design with a purposive sampling technique. Class XI Culinary II is the Experiment Class with 33 Respondents, and Class XI Culinary I is the Control Class with 35 Respondents. Research data was sourced from the mean value of the post-test of the two classes. The results showed that the t-test = 2.138 with a significance of p = (0.037) <0.05. Accordingly, H0 was rejected, so Ha was accepted. The mean value of the Experimental Class showed an increase in knowledge of 22% while the Control Class was 14%. So, the mind mapping method with the help of image media is more influential in increasing knowledge of analyzing desserts through distance learning.

Abstract

The rapid development of the world creates increasingly fierce competition in the business world. This is also exacerbated by the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic which has spread to various countries. The presence of the COVID-19 pandemic has affected many companies, both large and small. However, one sector that is still capable of molars is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the differences in the implementation of business strategies at coffee shops in Pringsewu Regency during 2021 which is the COVID-19 pandemic period and help formulate strategy improvements using the eliminate-reduce-increase-create strategy canvas and blue ocean strategy index. . This study uses descriptive qualitative research by selecting the object of research are three MSME Coffee Shops in Pringsewu Regency. Sources of data used include primary and secondary using interview techniques to three coffee shops and documentation. The analytical methods used in this research are data reduction, strategy canvas, eliminate – reduce – increase – create and order strategies or blue ocean strategy indexes. Based on the results of research conducted, the COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected MSMEs in Coffee Shops in Pringsewu Regency. The outbreak of COVID-19 has disrupted the operations of the Coffee Shop MSMEs that are currently being run. Government policies taken to suppress the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic have also reduced coffee shop visitors drastically. Regarding the implementation of business strategies, this study found that in general MSME coffee shops in Pringsewu Regency have not implemented the Blue Ocean Strategy, but are still struggling with the Red Ocean Strategy.
