Abstract

This study aims to know the welfare of the psychology of the first wife in polygamy marriage. What factors affect the psychological welfare of a first wife in polygamy, as well as what causes a wife in polygamy. This research uses qualitative research design as well as using and using a case study approach to be able to know the welfare of the psychology of the first wife in polygamy marriage. In this study, researchers used 7 people sources, 2 people as the subject of research, 4 people as informant know of each subject and 1 person as the informant of the perpetrator. The results of this study found that the cause of both subjects in polygamy were among men's riches, consideration of the nobility, and religious considerations. The subjects in this study also had different psychological welfare. The first subject has six-dimensional welfare psychology, while the second subject has only four of the six dimensions of psychological wellbeing. Every dimension that belongs to the subject is also influenced by factors such as religious and social support factors

Abstract

This study aimed to explore the influence of audiovisual media to memory in dancer at dance studio dharma pragina dewi. Hyphothesis in there are influence of audiovisual media to memory in dancer at dance studio dharma pragina dewi. This research use observation checklist the ability remember to movement of galang bulan dance. This research use experiment methods. The sample of this study were dancer of studio dance dharma pragina dewi which numbered 20 people with data analisys independent sample t-test techniques. The results of computer analysis of research data using SPSS 20.0 for windows, obtained value the results of independent sample t-test t = -7.415 and p = 0,000 (p <0.05). this suggest that the hyphotesis is accepted.  The result of this analysis can be stated that there is the effect of audiovisual media is significant to memory in dancer at dance studio dharma pragina dewi.

Abstract

This study aims to find out more about the dynamics of psychology and motivation factors of online human trafficking perpetrators on two subjects of early adult men who became prisoners Dirreskrimum Polda South Sumatra. To achieve research objectives researchers used a qualitative approach. The technique was used in 2 men aged 28 and 31 who had been in custody for several months. Based on the results of research known that the motivation of online human trafficking is divided into two, i.e. internal motivation and external motivation. Internal motivation of online human trafficking actors is a form of interest and lifestyle expression, while external motivation of human trafficking is the influence of peers, family demands and economic factors. Other findings from this study are the similarity of educational background, and economic causes. In addition, it was found that the influence of drugs and suicidal desires that arise due to heavy burden of the subject's life. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between self-efficacy and intention entrepreneurship in class XII Vocational School District 6 Palembang. The study hypothesis is that there is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and intention entrepreneurship to high school students Kejururan Negeri 6 Palembang. The population in this study were students Vocational School District 6 Palembang totaling 357 students, with the number of samples taken are 100 students who are determined using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection instruments used in this study is the scale of self-efficacy and intention scale entrepreneurship. Methods of data analysis using the Pearson product moment correlation. Based on this analysis, showed there was a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and intention entrepreneurship to high school students SMK Negeri 6 Palembang with r count> r table = 0.370> 0.197 by 0.05. That is, the higher self-efficacy, the higher the intention entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the relationship between body image and self-confidence. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive correlation between body image and self-confidence with the assumption that the higher is body image,  the higher will self-confidence be, and conversely the lower is body image, lower will self-confidence be. This research subjects were grade ten female students in a private school in Medan consisting of 125 students who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were obtained from a scale for measuring body image and self confidence. The calculation was performed through the prerequisite test analysis (assumption) that consisted of a test for normality and linearity. Data analysis used was Product Moment through SPSS 21 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed that  r = 0,365, and p = 0.000 (p <0.05), indicating that there is a positive relationship between body image and self-confidence. The results of this study indicated that the contribution (R2) given variable of body image on self-confidence was 13.3 %, while the remaining 87.7 % was  influenced by other factors not examined. From these results it is concluded that the hypothesis can be accepted.   Key word: Body Image, Self-Confidence, Ten Grade Female Students   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara body image dan kepercayaan diri. Hipotesis yang diajukan pada penelitian ini adalah ?ada hubungan positif antara body image dan kepercayaan diri? dengan asumsi bahwa semakin tinggi body image maka semakin tinggi kepercayaan diri dan sebaliknya semakin rendah body image maka semakin rendah kepercayaan diri. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswi kelas X di salah satu SMA di kota Medan sebanyak 125 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dari skala untuk mengukur body image dan kepercayaan diri. Perhitungan dilakukan melalui uji prasyarat analisis (uji asumsi) yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Analisis data dengan menggunakan Analisa Product Moment melalui bantuan SPSS 21 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan r =0,365, dan p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) yang menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif ada body image dan kepercayaan diri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan (R2) yang diberikan variabel body image terhadap kepercayaan diri adalah sebesar 13,3 persen, selebihnya 87,7  persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima.   Kata Kunci: Body Image, Kepercayaan Diri, Siswi Kelas X SMA

Abstract

Abstrak : This study aims to determine the description of the subject's self-adjusting behavior, find out the factors that cause self-adjustment in the subject, apply counseling with a behavioral-cognitive approach to improve adjustment to the subject. This type of research uses qualitative methods with case studies. Data collection techniques use primary data where to obtain data using observation, interviews and analysis of written documents. The results of this study are: 1) experiencing fear when interacting with peers on campus, being unable to deal with problems, assessing themselves negatively, avoiding the environment, not having close relations with campus friends and being less able to control emotions; 2) inconsistent parenting namely authoritarian and permissive parenting, peer rejection is a dominant factor in W's self-adjustment difficulties; 3) the effectiveness of counseling is seen from the difficulty of self-adjustment W who has been able to challenge the irrational beliefs that are owned, can interact with peers on campus, realize that the importance of entering campus and follow the lecture material schedule and work on KTI (scientific writing), and more active talk to peer groups on campus. Keyword: Counseling, Self-Adjustment, Cognitive-Behavioral Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku penyesuaian diri subyek, menerapkan konseling dengan pendekatan kognitiv-behavioral untuk meningkatkan penyesuaian diri pada subyek. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Karakteristik subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa tingkat III Akademi Kebidanan, perempuan, berusia 21 tahun, berkemampuan kognitif di atas rata-rata, mengalami kesulitan penyesuaian diri di sekolah serta bersedia menjadi subyek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dimana untuk memperoleh data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumen tertulis. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengalami ketakutan bila berinteraksi dengan teman sebaya di kampus, kurang mampu mengatasi masalah, menilai diri secara negatif, menghindari lingkungan, tidak mempunyai hubungan yang akrab dengan teman kampus serta kurang mampu mengendalikan emosi; 2) pola asuh inkosisten yaitu pola asuh otoriter dan permisif, penolakkan teman sebaya merupakan faktor kesulitan penyesuaian diri W yang dominan; 3) keefektifan konseling dilihat dari adanya kesulitan penyesuaian diri W yang telah mampu menantang keyakinan irasional yang dimiliki, dapat berinteraksi dengan teman sebaya di kampus, menyadari bahwa pentingnya masuk kampus dan mengikuti jadwal materi kuliah serta mengerjakan KTI (karya tulis ilmiah), serta lebih aktif berbicara dengan kelompok teman sebaya di kampus. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of physical attractiveness with interpersonal attraction in class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. The subjects were students of class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang, data collection instruments used in this study is the interpersonal attraction scale and scale perception of physical attractiveness. Methods of data analysis using simple regression correlation techniques. The results showed there significant relationship between the perception of physical attractiveness with interpersonal attraction in class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. The relationships in the show from the value of the correlation coefficient r = 0.586 with a significance value (p) = 0.000, or in other words, p < 0.01. This shows that there is a significant relationship between the perception of physical attractiveness with interpersonal attraction in class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. The value of donations perception of physical attractiveness on interpersonal attraction is 33%. The conclusion of this study is that there was a significant relationship between the perception of physical attractiveness with interpersonal attraction in class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang, alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala atraksi interpersonal dan skala persepsi daya tarik fisik. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi Regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara persepsi daya tarik fisik dengan atraksi interpersonal pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Hubungan tersebut di tunjukan dari nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,586 dengan nilai signifikansi (p) = 0,000 atau dengan kata lain p < 0,01. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara persepsi daya tarik fisik dengan atraksi interpersonal pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Besarnya nilai sumbangan persepsi daya tarik fisik terhadap atraksi interpersonal adalah 33 %. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara persepsi daya tarik fisik dengan atraksi interpersonal pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted to find out the relationship between product quality and user customer satisfaction of Telkomsel simcard in the students of Bina Darma Palembang University. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a relationship between product quality and user customer satisfaction of Telkomsel simcard in the students of Bina Darma Palembang University. Subjects in this study amounted to 186 students of Bina Darma Palembang University. The sample technique used in this study is purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is the scale of product quality and customer satisfaction. The analysis technique used is simple regression using SPSS version 20.0. The results of the analysis show that the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.194 with the score obtained is (R-square) = 0.038 and p = 0.008 (p <0.05) which means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. These results indicate that there is a significant relationship between product quality and user customer satisfaction of Telkomsel simcard in the students of Bina Darma Palembang University. The contribution of the product quality variable to the consumer satisfaction variable is 3.8%. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada hubungan antara kualitas produk dengan kepuasan konsumen pengguna simcard Telkomsel pada mahasiswa Universitas Bina Darma Palembang. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 186 mahasiswa Universitas Bina Darma Palembang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Alat Ukur yang digunakan adalah skala kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (R) = 0,194 dengan skor yang didapatkan yaitu (R-square) = 0,038 dan p = 0,008 (p < 0,05) yang berarti hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas produk dengan kepuasan konsumen pengguna simcard Telkomsel pada mahasiswa Universitas Bina Darma Palembang Kontribusi variabel kualitas produk dengan variabel kepuasan konsumen yaitu 3,8%. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the research is to find out the adversity quotient of adolescents who experienced broken home. What factors influence adversity quotient of adolescents who experience a broken home, and how the description of adversity quotient adolescents who experience a broken home. This study used a qualitative research design and used a case study approach to be able to find out adversity quotient of adolescents who experience broken home. In this study, researchers used 6 sources 2 people as research subjects and 4 people as informants to know from each subject. Rhe results of this study found that adversity quotient adolescents who wxperience broken home have adversity quotient that is not much different. The first subject has four dimentions of adversity quotient, while the second subject only has three of the four dimentions of adversity quotient, each dimention possessed by several factors, namely beliefs, talents, character, passion/willingness, education and environment. Keyword: Adversity Quotient, Adolescence, Broken Home Absrtak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adversity quotient remaja yang mengalami broken home. Faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi adversity quotient remaja yang mengalami broken home, serta bagaimana gambaran adversity quotient remaja yang mengalami broken home. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif serta menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus untuk dapat mengetahui adversity quotient remaja yang mengalami broken home. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan 6 sumber. 2 orang sebagai subjek penelitian dan 4 orang sebagai informan tahu dari masing-masing subjek. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa adversity quotient remaja yang mengalami broken home memiliki adversity quotient yang tidak jauh berbeda. Subjek pertama memiliki empat dimensi adversity quotient, sementara subjek kedua hanya memiliki tiga dari empat dimensi adversity quotient. Setiap dimensi yang dimiliki oleh subjek juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu keyakinan, bakat, karakter, hasrat/kemauan, pendidikan dan lingkungan. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the relationship between brand awareness with the purchase decisions consumer of Pakalolo shoes in the JM Group Palembang. The hypothesis proposed in study is there a relationship between brand awareness with the purchase decisions consumer of Pakalolo shoes in the JM Group Palembang. The population in this study were280 subjects, and sampled as many as 155 subjects. This research used nonprobability sampling technique that is incidental sampling. Researched measuring instruments used the brand awareness with purchase decisions. Analysis techniques using simple regression analysis by using SPSS version 20.0 for windows. The results showed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0,303 with a coefficient of determination (R-square) of 0,092 and p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). This suggests that the hypothesis is accepted. The results showed that there is a very significant relationship between brand awareness with the purchase decisions consumer of Pakalolo shoes in the JM Group Palembang. The contribution of the independent variable on the dependent variable it 9,2%. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Purchase Decisions, Pakalolo Shoes. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen sepatu pakalolo di JM Group Palembang. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen sepatu pakalolo di JM Group Palembang. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 280 orang dan yang di jadikan sampel sebanyak 155 orang yang di dapat melalui teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu incidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil analisis data penelitian dengan computer menggunakan program SPSS 20.0 for Windows, menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,303, koefisien determinasi (Rsquare) sebesar 0,092, sertanilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,01) pada uji regresise derhana. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen sepatu pakalolo di JM Group Palembang. Komunikasi.
