Abstract

The aim of the study is to investigate the extent to which reliance on multiple performances measures (RMPM) leverages employee productivity. Assuming that this relationship exists when an employee has a high level of loyalty, we survey nurses and doctors in several healthcare organisations in Bandar Lampung.  Eighty-two returned surveys yielded usable datasets from 76 respondents. Analysing data with SPSS 19.0, we found that RMPM can leverage employee productivity through employee loyalty, but we found no direct effect of RMPM on employee productivity.  This study enriches research on management accounting and on employee behaviour in the service sector, in particular in health care organizations.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari dosis bokasi  limbah daun lamtoro yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi hijau pada tanah aluvial.Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen lapangan dengan pola Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 1 faktor yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dengan 5 kali ulangan, setiap unit percobaan terdiri dari 3 tanaman sampel. Taraf perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah sebagai berikut : b1 = 5% bokasi limbah daun lamtoro/polybag (300g bokasi + 5,7 kg tanah), b2 = 10% bokasi limbah daun lamtoro/polybag (600g bokasi + 5,4 kg tanah), b3 = 15% bokasi limbah daun lamtoro/polybag (900 g bokasi + 5,1 kg tanah), b4 = 20% bokasi limbah daun lamtoro/polybag (1.200g bokasi + 4,8 kg tanah), b5 = 25% bokasi limbah daun lamtoro/polybag (1.500g bokasi + 4,5 kg tanah). Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah volume akar, jumlah klorofil daun, luas daun, berat kering tanaman, jumlah daun dan berat segar tanaman. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan uji F. Taraf 5 %.  Apabila hasil uji F menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata dilakukan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemberian bokasi limbah daun lamtoro pada berbagai dosis dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pada tanah Aluvial. Dosis bokasi limbah daun lamtoro yang terbaik utnuk pertumbuhan dan hasil sawi tidak ditemukan tetapi dosis bokasi limbah daun lamtoro yang efektif untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi yang efektif adalah 10% per polybag dengan 6 kg tanah atau setara dengan 600 g dari 6 kg tanah.     Kata Kunci : Aluvial, Bokasi Limbah Daun Lamtoro, Sawi Hijau

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between self-efficacy and intention entrepreneurship in class XII Vocational School District 6 Palembang. The study hypothesis is that there is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and intention entrepreneurship to high school students Kejururan Negeri 6 Palembang. The population in this study were students Vocational School District 6 Palembang totaling 357 students, with the number of samples taken are 100 students who are determined using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection instruments used in this study is the scale of self-efficacy and intention scale entrepreneurship. Methods of data analysis using the Pearson product moment correlation. Based on this analysis, showed there was a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and intention entrepreneurship to high school students SMK Negeri 6 Palembang with r count> r table = 0.370> 0.197 by 0.05. That is, the higher self-efficacy, the higher the intention entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Coaching method is an approach of structured conversation process aims to help and guide someone (coachee or client) to improve performance or to find the root of the problem and how to overcome it. Through this particular method enable to help employees to increase their commitment impacted to increasing employee engagement so that employees may independently take the initiative and creative in facing the constraints to achieve optimal performance. In this research, researcher use descriptive action research which divided into 3 stages; Pre-coaching stage, stage of coaching process, and final stage (post coaching). The subjects of the study were three employees consisting of 2 males and 1 female with criteria under the age of 30 years and graduated from full scholarship fellowship program. Methods of data collection in this study are using unstructured observation and interviews using CARE coaching method. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data, researchers use triangulation of sources and member check. The results showed that the three research subjects working at PT TeL have a good working commitment and the coaching process undertaken were able to explore and generate awareness of work commitment to be better and create employee engagement to the company

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of self-regulated learning and self-concept on career aspirations in adolescents. This research uses a quantitative approach with ex-post facto design. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta City which consisted of 223 women and 152 men. Data was collected through CAS-R adaptation for career aspiration scale with 33 items from Obrien (1996), MSLQ for self-regulated learning scale with 44 items from Pintrich and Groot (1990) and TSCS for self-concept scale with 100 items from Fitts (1972) . The category of teenagers who have career aspirations is in the high category. The instrument validation technique uses content validity and Alpha Cronbach coefficient reliability. The results showed that there was an effect of self regulated learning and self-concept on career aspirations in adolescents with a significance value of 0.008 (p <0.05). Abstract

Surat Persetujuan Berlayar (SPB) merupakan dokumen negara yang dikeluarkan oleh Syahbandar terhadap tiap kapal yang hendak keluar masuk pelabuhan. Penelitian kualitatif berikut memakai pendekatan studi kasus serta bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan penerbitan SPB online pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran Utama Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Pengambilan data pada penelitian berikut dilaksanakan melalui wawancara, pengamatan langsung serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh melalui penggunaan model implementasi menurut Van Meter & Van Horn bahwasanya Kantor Kesyahbandaran Utama Tanjung Perak Surabaya telah mengimplementasikan kebijakan penerbitan SPB online dengan baik namun masih terdapat kekurangan yaitu pada kuantitas SDM di Kantor Kesyahbandaran Utama Tanjung Perak Surabaya, belum maksimalnya sistem yang terintegrasi antar external stakeholder yang ada di pelabuhan terkait pelayanan satu atap, dan adanya agen pelayaran/perusahaan pelayaran baru sehingga belum memahami tentang penggunaan Inaportnet System.

Abstract

Destination from the study this study aims to determine the development of poverty in Indonesia and determine the poverty level between provinces in Indonesia in the 2016-2020 period. The method used is descriptive qualitative with secondary data, namely data on the poverty line, number, and poverty level in Indonesia from the Central Statistics Agency for the 2016-2020 period. Based on results analysis, extreme poverty in Indonesia decreased from March 2016 – to March 20-19 but increased in 2020 due to Covid-19.
